We report on the ninth-mode sectorial oscillation of acoustically levitated drops excited by actively modulating sound pressure. A numerical computation based on the level set method was performed to model drop shape evolution by solving an incompressible two-phase flow problem. The calculated shapes of the oscillating drop are in good agreement with experimental observations. The relationship between the oscillation frequency and parameters describing the flattened drops is studied both experimentally and numerically. The frequency of the ninth-mode sectorial oscillation decreases with increasing equatorial radius and can be well-described by a modified Rayleigh equation. 相似文献

MNNG诱发大鼠胃癌前期肝中碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶同工酶变化的冰冻切片观察 总被引：2，自引：0，他引：2
用冰冻切片技术对MNNG诱发Wistar大鼠胃癌前期肝中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的变化进行观察．结果表明：(1)ALP、ACP的定位在处理组与对照组间无明显变化；(2)处理组比对照组ALP、ACP的活性增强；(3)处理组间比较，ALP、ACP的活性有上升趋势．结果提示，在胃癌的诱发过程中ALP、ACP的含量的增加和活性的增强有利于细胞维持正常的生理功能．ALP、ACP的含量和活性的变化有望成为肿瘤诊断、预后的辅助因子，有一定的研究价值。 相似文献

以黑线姬鼠肝脏组织为材料提取线粒体DNA，并以此为模版定向扩增D-loop区．克隆后测序得到的全序列大小为852bp．选取其相对保守序列与欧洲大陆同种黑线姬鼠进行序列比较，发现2个同种不同域的黑线姬鼠亲缘关系很近．通过比较突变位点出现的位置可以推断黑线姬鼠线粒体DNA控制区可分ETAS，central，CSB3个区域．由中心区最为保守这一原则，推测出central区大体位置，central区两侧则为ETAS和CSB区． 相似文献
