对盛花期甘蓝型油菜萝卜质不良系和保持系叶片在色素含量，色素丙酮提取液吸收光谱，干物质含量，类囊体膜蛋白质方面的对比研究表明，不育系叶片的生理生化表现水平在盛花期已接近保持系，其生理生化功能并无缺陷，而仅在幼苗期由于温度的影响没有完全表现出来；不良系叶片和花药的过氧化物酶活性均高于保持系。

基于灰水足迹理论的河南省经济发展与水环境脱钩关系研究

近年来,河南省经济发展水平有了很大提高,与此同时,水环境问题逐步显现出来。利用灰水足迹和脱钩指数模型,对2005—2015年河南省经济发展与水环境的脱钩关系进行了研究。结果表明:(1)河南省灰水足迹年均减少0.85%且部门之间存在差异,农业、生活、工业约占总量的61.8%、23.1%、15.1%。(2)河南省剩余灰水足迹整体上为负值(不包括2012年、2013年),水资源量能够完全稀释污染物,尤其是水环境的治理力度增大,确保了较好的水环境质量。(3)河南省经济发展与水环境从初步协调状态(2006年)发展到优质协调状态(2007—2015年),反映出经济发展水平相对较高,但对水环境的破坏程度相对较低的情况。(4)农业部门对河南省水环境的破坏程度最大,工业最小,生活居中,且均呈现逐渐减弱趋势,年均递减率分别为5.4%、8.7%和7.8%。优化调整产业结构,提高科技含量;改善农业生产方式,发展节水农业;加大技术和资金投入,合理保护水环境等多措并举才能实现河南省经济社会的可持续发展。     

AHP在ATP车载设备维修决策中的应用

基于以可靠性为中心的维修理念,对列车自动防护(ATP)车载设备进行功能和故障模式分析,运用层次分析法(AHP)对某种类型的ATP车载设备故障影响程度进行定量评估.结果表明:TCR天线的故障影响程度最高,BTM的故障概率最高,应适当调整这两个设备的维修策略.说明AHP方法可有效运用于ATP车载设备的维修决策,可针对性的优化既有的通用维修模式.     

Optimal Insurance-Package and Investment Problem for an Insurer

An insurance-package is a combination being tie-in at least two different categories of insurances with different underwriting-yield-rate. In this paper, the optimal insurance-package and investment problem is investigated by maximizing the insurer's exponential utility of terminal wealth to find the optimal combination-share and investment strategy. Using the methods of stochastic analysis and stochastic optimal control, the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman(HJB) equations are established, the optimal strategy and the value function are obtained in closed form. By comparing with classical results, it shows that the insurance-package can enhance the utility of terminal wealth, meanwhile,reduce the insurer's claim risk.     

多用途中口径火炮火力综合打击效能评估

为分析多用途中口径火炮火力效能,对多用途中口径火炮火力综合打击效能进行了评估。根据多用途中口径火炮的内涵,将火力打击能力分解为间瞄压制能力、直瞄穿甲能力和防空能力,在基于美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会(WSEIAC)的效能评估模型框架下引入作战任务分配系数,并对火力分打击能力进行归一化数学建模,得到多用途中口径火炮火力综合打击效能评估值。通过与现役陆军单一用途火炮实例对比分析表明该文建立的效能评估模型能够较好地评估多用途中口径火炮火力综合打击效能。     

Undercooling evolution of pure Sn droplets in various atmospheres based on fast scanning calorimetry

Undercooling of Sn droplets in different atmospheres was studied by fast scanning calorimetry （FSC） at cooling rate of 1,000 K/s. It is found that the undercooling decreased with increasing partial pressure of oxygen. Randomly distributed SnO2 islands were observed to form on the droplet surface, which likely has promoted the heterogeneous surface nucleation. As the partial pressure of oxygen changes, the nucleation rate and growth of SnO2 led to different oxide islands, which resulted in various potential catalytic sites for the nucleation of the molten Sn droplet. The results showed that the nucleation process of the Sn droplets was sensitive to the solidification environment, and therefore the atmosphere should be taken into account in the study of the nucleation behavior of the single Sn droplets.
