国家高度重视运动员保障工作,各省市政府也都在进行制度创新和政策研究。本文在调查研究的基础上,结合竞技体育工作的规律、特征,借鉴其他职业领域职级制度的政策、经验,构建了专业运动员职级框架。     

Research on Construction Knowledge Resources Framework of Real Estate Enterprises

<正>Many studies have shown that knowledge resources have been the real source of innovation and competitiveness of real estate enterprises.Therefore,it is the basic work to establish the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework for implementing knowledge management(KM),and it should be given enough attention.A sort of the real estate enterprise knowledge resources framework system has been built in this paper based on the thought of Clark Henderson' s enterprise knowledge classification,and the contents have been analyzed and expounded.Thus,the real estate enterprises can grasp clearly the basic contents of its knowledge resources,then depict the knowledge system,in the end the solid foundation should be settled for implementing knowledge management.

A Unified Framework for Multilingual Text-to-Speech Synthesis with SSML Specification as Interface

This paper describes the design of a unified framework for a multilingual text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis engine – Crystal. The unified framework defines the common TTS modules for different languages and/or dialects. The interfaces between consecutive modules conform to the speech synthesis markup language (SSML) specification for standardization, interoperability, multilinguality, and extensibility. Detailed module divisions and implementation technologies for the unified framework are introduced, together with possible extensions for the algorithm research and evaluation of the TTS synthesis. Implementation of a mixed-language TTS system for Chinese Putonghua, Chinese Cantonese, and English demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed unified framework.

CIMS集成框架研究

ＣＩＭＳ集框架是９０年代初才提出的新的研究方向，本文从对ＣＩＭＳ集成框架给出定义出发，探讨了ＣＩＭＳ集成框架技术的背景和现状，介绍了我国ＣＩＭＳ集成框架的体系结构以及网络支撑环境的体系结构的理论模型和实现模型。     

一种基于Agent的服务质量管理框架

为了更好地满足应用的服务质量需求，应建立一种结构良好的服务质量管理框架，以便进行服务质量协商和资源管理．根据服务质量的结构、目标以及Agent的特性，提出了一种基于Agent的服务质量管理框架．首先，介绍了框架的构成，给出了服务质量的定义和各层参数的映射机制．其次，介绍了框架的核心部分“基于Agent的服务质量管理站”，说明了站中各种静态、移动Agent的作用和相互关系．最后，给出了基于Agent端到端的服务质量协商过程。     

浅议存款保险制度

阐述了存款保险制度的内涵及其发展,分析了在我国建立显性存款保险制度的意义,给出了我国存款保险制度的框架。     

基于高性能计算环境的并行仿真建模框架

为提高大规模分析评估推演类仿真的运行速度,基于高性能计算环境(HPC)的并行分布仿真正成为当前仿真研究的一个重要方向。论文在深入分析研究SPEEDES仿真引擎的基础上,阐述了基于HPC的并行仿真建模框架的组成及功能,分析了其设计思想,并给出了建模框架相应的实现。     

C4ISR系统体系结构设计环境研究

体系结构设计是C4ISR系统顶层设计的重要组成部分,其设计内容包括一系列相互关联的基本产品和支持产品,这些产品以图形、文字、表格的方式提供给用户。体系结构设计需要借助专门的设计工具。从体系结构设计的需求和体系结构产品的特点出发,设计了体系结构设计工具和环境,实现设计成果的共享并支持协同开发,维护了体系结构设计的一致性。
