结构稳定性在非线性系统鲁棒性分析中的应用

探讨了非线性系统的结构稳定性、分叉点和鲁棒性之间的关系，提出了一种分析非线性系统鲁棒稳定性的方法，并给出了相应的计算实例．     

域外奇点法分析薄板的平面应力问题

本文推导了两边简支无限长薄板平面应力问题的基本解，该基本解为级数解，为了便于应用和提高计算精度，还求出了这些级数的和函数。把该基本解应用在域外奇点法中可分析一对边简支另一对边为任意的矩形薄板的平面应力问题。本文给出的算例表明该法有计算量少、精度高的优点。     

Glycogen synthase kinase 3β and Alzheimer’s disease: pathophysiological and therapeutic significance

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder associated with cognitive and behavioral dysfunction and is the leading cause of dementia in the elderly. Several studies have implicated molecular and cellular signaling cascades involving the serine-threonine kinase, glycogen synthase kinase β(GSK-3β) in the pathogenesis of AD. GSK-3β may play an important role in the formation of neurofibrillary tangles and senile plaques, the two classical pathological hallmarks of AD. In this review, we discuss the interaction between GSK-3β and several key molecules involved in AD, including the presenilins, amyloid precursor protein, tau, and β-amyloid. We identify the signal transduction pathways involved in the pathogenesis of AD, including Wnt, Notch, and the PI3 kinase/Akt pathway. These may be potential therapeutic targets in AD. PP K-MEAN CLUSTERING

In this paper, we propose a dimension-reducing, K-mean clustering procedureby Projection Pursuit (PP) technique so as to explore the clustering structure of data inhigh-dimensional space in terms of low-dimensional projective points of data, and we obtainthe a.s. consistence of the estimates of the cluster centers and projection orientations.     

水电站钢蜗壳与外围混凝土结构的受力特性研究

应用三维有限元法，结合我国龙羊峡，岩滩，宝珠寺水电站的厂房蜗壳结构，研究了钢蜗壳与外围混凝土之间设置软垫层情况下的蜗壳与外围混凝土结构的位移及应力分布规律，给出了钢蜗壳及外围混凝土结构的几个主要受力特性。     

矩形板极限承载能力的探讨

船舶及钻井平台等的上层建筑和潜水器内部平面舱壁板，大多采用弹塑性设计．考虑到这种舱壁板是一次性承载，为提高舰船或平台的承载能力，减轻重量，以提高经济性和增加有效载荷，采用屈服线分析法设计上述壁板，并从理论计算和试验两个方面对该方法进行了探讨，得到了板的极限承载能力的数据并提出了该设计方法下的安全系数．
