论王襞的通变神应与他的主心学说

王襞认为,"心"具有通变神应之功效。心为主宰,人的一切行为皆由心之所发。他认为,真机不容己,良知体用乃心之官也。"心"体"虚明",才能容纳,才能拓展。所以一方面要发挥"心"的作用,另一方面要强化"心"的修养。     

逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠诱导重症急性胰腺模型多器官损害观察

摘要 探索逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠诱导大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型及胰腺外多器官损害情况。采用12周龄SD大鼠35只,随机分为对照组和实验组,各3组,实验组逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠诱导大鼠重症急性胰腺炎模型,对照组仅开腹后拨动十二指肠降部。观察造模后6小时、12小时胰腺和腺外器官病理和血清学指标变化、腹水及48小时内生存率。结果：SAP模型大鼠48小时内90%死亡,胰腺进行性水肿、坏死,大量腹水渗出,心、肺、肝、肾均有不同程度受损。SD大鼠逆行胰胆管注射牛磺胆酸钠诱导的动物模型,是研究重症急性胰腺炎胰腺坏事、水肿和多器官进损害的良好模型。

腹部消化器官病变部位与两类腹痛部位的关系

目的:探讨腹部消化器官疾病所致内脏痛及腹膜痛的部位与病变部位的关系.方法:收集1226例有腹痛表现的腹部消化器官疾病患者的临床资料,分别统计分析内脏痛部位及腹膜痛部位与内脏病变部位的关系.结果:内脏痛平面与病变内脏起源的原肠的平面呈正相关(rs=0.87,P<0.01).腹膜痛最先出现或最明显的部位与病变内脏的解剖部位一致(=0.96,P<0.01).结论:腹部消化器官疾病所致内脏痛及腹膜痛的部位均与病变部位显著相关.依据腹痛部位定位诊断,需要分清腹痛类型,分别根据内脏痛及腹膜痛部位推测病变内脏的胚胎起源及解剖部位.     

Signaling in the Chemosensory Systems

The mammalian olfactory system is not uniformly organized but consists of several subsystems each of which probably serves distinct functions. Not only are the two major nasal chemosensory systems, the vomeronasal organ and the main olfactory epithelium, structurally and functionally separate entities, but the latter is further subcompartimentalized into overlapping expression zones and projection-related subzones. Moreover, the populations of ‘OR37’ neurons not only express a unique type of olfactory receptors but also are segregated in a cluster-like manner and generally project to only one receptor-specific glomerulus. The septal organ is an island of sensory epithelium on the nasal septum positioned at the nasoplatine duct; it is considered as a ‘mini-nose’ with dual function. A specific chemosensory function of the most recently discovered subsystem, the so-called Grueneberg ganglion, is based on the expression of olfactory marker protein and the axonal projections to defined glomeruli within the olfactory bulb. This complexity of distinct olfactory subsystems may be one of the features determining the enormous chemosensory capacity of the sense of smell.     

福宝山莼莱营养器官解剖研究

莼菜的不定根生于地下茎节的两侧，呈蔟生状。解剖结构与莲藕相似，具有发达的通气腔，无机械组织的分化，莼菜地下茎匍匐于泥中，粗壮、锈褐色，能迅速伸长生长；地上茎浮生水中，多分枝，细长，绿色；二者都具有发达的通气腔和双韧维管束；但后者在未成熟时，其表皮上被有腺毛，成熟的盾叶解剖构造与莲藕相似，但未成熟叶的解剖构造特殊，下表皮上有发达的腺毛，上表皮由二层细胞构成；叶肉细胞不分化，外韧维管束。     

Cell cycle changes after denervation of the newt limb regenerate,studied in vitro

Summary The proliferation of the mesenchyme of medium bud stage blastemas ofPleurodeles, measured by³H-thymidine incorporation and mitotic index, decreases about 40–50% under denervated conditions when cultivated in vitro for 4 days; epidermis is not affected in this case. Autoradiography of blastemas after³H-thymidine long term labeling shows that 3/4 of the mesenchymal cells and 1/4 of the epidermal cells are cycling when the blastema is innervated; there is no significant change of these percentages when the blastema is denervated. The results show, contrary to in vivo experiments, that denervation does not provoke an exiting from the cell-cycle but only lengthening of the cycle of the mesenchymal cells (probably of the G₁ phase).     

Effect of epidermal growth factor on growth and maturation of fetal and neonatal rat small intestine in organ culture

Summary Small intestinal explants from pre- and post-natal rats were incubated in an organ culture system in the absence and presence of epidermal growth factor (EGF). The rate of synthesis of small intestinal DNA and protein as well as the activity of lactase and alkaline phosphatase increased rapidly between 17 and 20-day gestational age, whereafter they declined. The maximal incorporation of³H-thymidine and¹⁴C-alanine into DNA and protein, respectively, was significantly stimulated by EGF (100 ng/ml). EGF had no effect on the activity of either lactase or alkaline phosphatase in the small intestinal explants.Acknowledgment. 内蒙古4种土猎蝽摩擦发声器的电镜观察（半翅目：异翅亚目：猎蝽科）

对内蒙古４种土猎蝽摩擦发声器微细结构进行了扫描电镜观察比较，分析认为：１）在土猎蝽的摩擦发声器中决定声音信息特征的主要部分是前胸腹板喙沟；２）同种及同种雌雄个体的摩擦发声器结构相同，保证了其相互联系的准确性；３）不同种间摩擦发声器的前胸腹板喙沟结构具有一定差异，对种类鉴定具有一定的参考意义．
