构式语义和语用义的整合：以“给我＋动词短语”为例

语义和语用义会在构式内互动和整合。为了证实这一论点，本研究从认知构式语法角度对“给我＋动词短语”构式作出探讨。此构式展示含两个组块的框架构式，其中的动词短语独立使用有祈使功能。第一组块与第二组块整合后会产生两义：1．标识位移目标的语义组合；2．标识特殊语用功能的语法化单位。前义与祈使句涉及事件的言内行为相关，后义加剧祈使句的言外之义和言后效果。此两义促成两个不同子构式。基于历时调查的认知演进构拟显示，此构式引申于双宾语构式，其引申方式是隐喻和转喻识解。     

压力下半导体GaAs的电子表面态

使用插值拟合近似获得晶格常数、带隙随压力的解析表示，采用变分法研究了流体静力学压力对半导体GaAs电子本征表面态的影响，数值结果表明，随压力增加电子表面态能级明显向上移动，且电子趋近表面。     

Vaults and the major vault protein: Novel roles in signal pathway regulation and immunity

The unique and evolutionary highly conserved major vault protein (MVP) is the main component of ubiquitous, large cellular ribonucleoparticles termed vaults. The 100 kDa MVP represents more than 70% of the vault mass which contains two additional proteins, the vault poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (vPARP) and the telomerase-associated protein 1 (TEP1), as well as several short untranslated RNAs (vRNA). Vaults are almost ubiquitously expressed and, besides chemotherapy resistance, have been implicated in the regulation of several cellular processes including transport mechanisms, signal transmissions and immune responses. Despite a growing amount of data from diverse species and systems, the definition of precise vault functions is still highly complex and challenging. Here we review the current knowledge on MVP and vaults with focus on regulatory functions in intracellular signal transduction and immune defence. 40-Gb/s all-optical digital 4-bit priority encoder employing cross-gain modulation in semiconductor optical amplifiers

High-speed all-optical logic circuits have attracted much attention because of their important roles in signal processing in next-generation optical networks.The digital encoder is widely used in binary calculation,multiplexing,demultiplexing,address recognition and data encryption.A priority encoder allows the existence of multiple valid inputs simultaneously,identifies the priority of the request signals and encodes the priority.We propose and experimentally demonstrate an all-optical 4-bit priority encoder for return-to-zero signals at 40 Gbit/s based on cross-gain modulation in semiconductor optical amplifiers.Detuning fil-ters after semiconductor optical amplifiers are employed to improve the output performance.Correct logic bit sequences and clear open eye patterns with extinction ratios exceeding 10 dB are achieved.     

污染带随机扩散模型的应用—长江污染带预测

本文探讨了对流扩散基本微分方程与微观微粒群运动、宏观紊流随饥扩散理论的内在联系,给出了半经验、半理论的关系和修正值的论据;将长江污染带随机扩散模型与感潮河段传输机理以及互不相容事件的概率之和等概念结合起来,合理地解决了感潮河流中污染带浓度预测问题.实测数据验证了上述结论.     

锥篮离心机物料颗粒运动和锥篮合理曲面计算

本文研究物料颗粒沿筛篮转鼓锥形壁上升过程中的运动.通过建立颗粒的运动微分方程及其数值积分,分析了颗粒的轨迹和速度、分离因素等运动要素.以这种分析为基础,计算了在特定要求下筛篮的合理曲面形状.     

外腔法压窄半导体激光器线宽的二阶理论

对耦合于长无源外腔的半导体激光器的线宽行为进行了二阶理论分析，首次得到了 外腔半导体激光器的线宽压窄率随外腔长的增加而出现饱和的结论。并给出了饱和因子 的表述式。     

新结构型半导体压力传感器及其光纤耦合系统

本文介绍了一种半导体压阻式压力传感器及其光纤信号藕合系统的原理、性能及差压测试结果。转换电路微功耗和系统高精度是其两个特点。压力信号用脉冲位置调制,並用光纤传输,这不仅使其适用于易燃易爆等特殊工况下的压力信号测量,而且保持了光纤长距离信号传输所具有的高度电绝缘、不受电磁场干扰等特点。传输光纤长度为50m;系统精度优于0.6％FS;示值稳定性误差小于0.2％FS;灵敏度为4mV/KPa。     

半导体表面吸附分子的表面增强喇曼散射

本文介绍了半导体材料表面吸附分子的表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)研究工作.至今,人们主要在二类半导体材料表面进行了SERS 实验:一类是半导体材料表面吸附分子的SERS 实验;另一类是被银修饰了的(silver-modified)半导体材料表面吸附分子的SERS 实验.文章还简单介绍了对半导体材料表面SERS效应所作的理论解释.最后对半导体材料表面SERS 研究的发展和应用前景作了展望.
