中国延边朝鲜族自治州的移民资本流动

显著的移民资本流动已经在南朝鲜与延边之间发生。延边当地政府支持劳动力移民,支持随后的汇款额利用所带来的渐进利益。官方对成功的移民者和他们同延边经济发展的整合不感兴趣。他们已经采取措施推动移民但是并没有出台有效的政策用以将新资本转移到延边,并将它们注入当地发展中。到目前为止重要的资源并没有被触及。     

The human genome and understanding of common disease: present and future technologies

The study of candidate genes over the past three decades has yielded notable successes in common-disease genetics. During this time, however, interpretation of genetic association studies has been hampered by the use of clinical cohorts of inadequate power and insufficient information on genetic variation in candidate genes. The unavailability of highthroughput and low-cost genotyping technologies has also limited the scope of complex-disease genetic studies. More recently, however, the sequencing and characterization of variation within the human genome has revolutionized genetic studies and enabled full genome-wide scans for genes associated with disease. The identification of disease-associated (causative) genes has illuminated disease mechanisms. The translation of this knowledge into direct clinical benefit in diagnosis, prognosis and therapy for an individual’s disease still remains a challenge. Total systems intervention and human inquiry: The search for a common ground

Total Systems Intervention (TSI) is an approach to intervening in problem situations which has much to offer where complex interacting issues need to be addressed by the complementary use of intervention methodologies. That such an approach has much in common with Action Research (AR) has been recognized, with much recent effort being devoted to the relationship between AR and Critical Systems Thinking (CST), the theoretical endeavor underpinning TSI. This paper further develops this line of debate and relates AR or Human Inquiry (HI) more directly to TSI, using an information systems intervention to enhance the study. The outcome is a demonstration of how TSI implicitly uses techniques informed from the field of Action Research, and how a more thorough synthesis of HI with TSI might serve to improve the overall intervention process.     

叶绿素衍生物CPD4在人血清中的吸收光谱

研究了不同浓度（１０、５０μｇ／ｍｌ）的叶绿素衍生物４号（ＣＰＤ４）在含１０％不同血清人血清（分Ａ、Ｂ、Ｏ型三种）生理盐水中以及纯蒸馏水中的吸收光谱，并对结果进行了分析和比较，该工作对ＣＰＤ４在ＰＤＴ临床上的应用具有一定的意义。．     

用N-(3-P)NEM标记毛发角蛋白研究毛发中低硫蛋白和高硫蛋白的状态

本文用一种特异性标记蛋白质巯基的N-(3-P)NEM为荧光探针标记毛发角蛋白,经SDS-PAGE后,通过荧光薄层扫描确定N-(3-P)NEM与含巯基蛋白结合的部位。结果表明,毛发角蛋白中的低硫蛋白分子量在45,000～63,000范围,约占总蛋白量的49.6％～68.2％;高硫蛋白分子量在4,000～20,000范围,约占总蛋白量的18.9％～36.2％。除低硫和高硫蛋白以外,毛发角蛋白中还可能存在一种极低硫蛋白,分子量位于22,000～32,000范围。对人与5种动物的毛发角蛋白组分进行比较,证实人与动物的毛发角蛋白的主要差异在高硫蛋白,不同种属的动物毛发角蛋白中低硫蛋白和高硫蛋白的含量也不相同。作者认为毛发角蛋白中含巯基蛋白的差异可为动物分类学和法医学在进行毛发比较鉴别方面提供新的重要信息。
