基于XML的Web模型研究

基于HTML的“瘦客户机”Web模型是当前流行的应用程序开发模型,但这种模型存在数据结构复杂、数据的可读性差、数据的共享性差和数据重复利用率低等弱点.为了解决这些问题,笔者提出了一种基于XML的多层次的Web应用程序模型,充分利用了XML技术的数据与表现形式分离所带来的特点,从而为解决上述问题提供了一种途径.     

活血陪元法治疗对艾滋病患者T淋巴细胞功能的影响

目的研究活血培元法治疗对艾滋病患者T淋巴细胞功能的影响.方法筛选已经开始服用抗逆转录病毒药物的HIV/AIDS成年患者24例,且病毒载量＜500 copies/ml,随机分成两组,一组加用东研Ⅰ号颗粒(中成药)和安慰剂对照,观察患者0、12、24w后的临床症状体征、T淋巴细胞亚群、血清HIV病毒载量以及细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、INF-γ)的变化.结果分析中药组与对照组0、12、24w后症状体征积分两组存在明显差异(P＜0.05);T细胞亚群CD4+T细胞绝对计数也有明显差异(P＜0.05);细胞因子两组均无明显差异(P＞0.05).两组病毒载量始终均为＜500 copies/ml.结论中药活血陪元法(东研Ⅰ号颗粒)能有效改善HIV/AIDS患者的临床症状及体征,提高患者的CD4+T细胞绝对计数,协助抗逆转录病毒药物控制病毒载量,但未发现对患者T细胞功能的部分细胞因子有显著影响.

文章对平面变形辊拔与辊挤问题建立了运动许可的三角形速度场并获得上界解析解。该解与 Avitzur 以连续速度场得到的上界解进行比较表明,有时本文解法可得到更低的上界值。     

Monitoring the sandstorm during spring season 2002 and desertification in northern China using SSM/I data and Getis statistics

A massive sandstorm enveloped most part of northern China during the spring season 2002. Monitoring the evolution of sandstorm and desertification has become one of the most serious problems for China's environment. Since 1989, one of the most advanced and operational passive microwave sensors is the DMSP SSM/I (special sensor microwave imager) operated at seven channels (19, 37, 85 GHz with the vertical and horizontal polarization and 22 GHz with vertical polarization only). In this paper, the sandstorm and desertification indexes, SDI and DI, are derived from the radiative transfer equation, and are employed with multi-channel measurements of the DMSP SSM/I for monitoring the sandstorm and desertification in northern China. Some SSM/I data in 1997 and 2001 are employed. The algorithm of Getis statistics is developed to categorize the spatial correlation and its evolution these days. It is demonstrated that the SSM/I indexes, SDI and DI, and its Getis statistics are well applicable for monitoring the sandstorm and desertification.     

三相交-交变频电源的仿真设计

三相交-交变频电源在低频拖动控制中有广泛的应用．利用MATLAB软件中的Simlink仿真工具来实现三相交-交变频电源的仿真设计和分析，能做到省时、省成本、易于操作，在静止式变频电源设计中有很好的使用价值．本文采用MATLAB仿真工具完成了一个全数字控制的三相交-交变频电源的设计．     

Podocalyxin enhances the adherence of cells to platelets

Podocalyxin (PODXL) is a mucin protein of the CD34 family expressed in kidney glomerular podocytes, vascular endothelium, progenitor bone marrow and tumor cells. It is assumed that PODXL plays an anti-adherent role in kidney podocytes. CHO cells stably expressing human PODXL (CHO-PODXL) or human tumor cells (Tera-1) inherently expressing PODXL showed increased adherence to platelets. The adherence of cells was inhibited (70%) by blockers of platelet P-selectin, prevented by the soluble ectodomain of human PODXL (PODXL-Δ) or by the arginine-glycine-aspartate (RGDS) peptide and partially impeded by inhibition of integrin αVβ3/αVβ5, suggesting a coordinated action of P-selectin and integrins. Colocalization of platelet P-selectin and PODXL expressed on CHO cells was demonstrated by confocal immunofluorescence. No adherence to platelets was observed when PODXL was expressed in glycomutant CHO cells deficient in sialic acid. 基于HLA火灾联合救援行动视景仿真系统的设计与实现

依据HLA的基本概念、方法和原理,建立了一个火灾联合救援行动视景仿真系统,以解决城市中的突发性灾难事件,如火灾和交通事故等.在HLA的体系框架下,给出了联邦成员的分类及实现,FOM/SOM的设计和视景仿真系统的编程实现.该视景仿真系统能够向智能救援指挥中心(IRCC)提供对突发火灾事件的直接救援可选方案,并向每一个救援单位提供最好的救援计划.     

浅谈高校图书馆系统的管理模式

分析了高校图书馆与院(系)资料室的现状及存在的问题,探讨了高校图书馆实施分馆制管理的必要性及具体措施。
