连锁经营管理专业文化建设路径探析

为了有效解决连锁经营管理专业毕业生离职率高和连锁零售企业人才缺乏的问题,项目组以专业文化建设为平台,以期通过与连锁企业共建包括专业理念识别、视觉识别、听觉识别、行为识别的专业识别系统,提高本专业学生的专业认同感、突出专业技能、缩小专业培养目标与企业需求规格的距离。

A Method of Retail Mortgage Stress Testing: Based on Time‐Frame and Magnitude Analysis

In this study, a non‐stationary Markov chain model and a vector autoregressive moving average with exogenous variables coupled with a logistic function (VARMAX‐L) are used to analyze and predict the stability of a retail mortgage portfolio, based on the stress test framework. The method introduced in this paper can be used to forecast the transition probabilities in a retail mortgage over pre‐specified states, given a shock with a certain magnitude. Hence this method provides a dynamic picture of the portfolio transition process through which one can assess its behavior over time. While the paper concentrates on retail mortgages, the methodology of this study can be adapted also to analyze other credit products in banks. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

浅析项目供应链管理

供应链管理是项目集成管理的重要手段之一。本文立足于工程项目，结合供应链管理的定义，分析了供应链管理的核心，对项目供应链及供应链管理的进行了界定，阐述了在工程项目管理中引入供应链管理的必要性，并就项目供应链管理的实施提出几点看法。

在模复形映射柱的性质及正规映射柱概念的基础上研究正规映射柱的性质，给出了几个相应的结论。     

甲苯侧链催化氯化产物分布的研究

研究了催化氯化的产物分布，试验了有关条件对产物分布的影响。结果表明：氯化程度是产物分布的主要影响因素；温度的提高，有利于苄叉二氯和苄川三氯的生成；铁离子、低温及水会导致环上的氯化；水引起水解的发生。     

极右完全半群及其结构

讨论了一类重要的右完全半群－极右完全半群，它是分裂右完全半群和上向右完全半群的推广，并利用半群降、升部分链的极右对称积给出了极右完全半群的结构。     

乙肝患者血清HBVDNA与e系统相关性的研究

用聚合酶链反应检测１３２例ｅ系统阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者血清ＨＢＶＤＮＡ．结果表明，ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性组，ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性率达８９．９％；抗－ＨＢｅ阳性组，ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性率为６８．３％．ＨＢＶＤＮＡ阳性患者的丙氨酸水平显著高于ＨＢＡＤＮＡ阳性患者，结果表明大部分抗－ＨＢｅ阳性患者体内仍存在ＨＢＶ复制及病情进展．     

Studies inin situ PCR detected by the BrdU antibody technique

Using the BrdU antibody technique followed by an immuno-chemical staining (BAT), the amplification of DNA fragments specific to human Y chromosome on cell specimen slides was efficiently detected. Whether direct BrdU incorporation into PCR products orin situ hybridization with PCR products on slides, the amplified target DNA fragments of specimen were visualized by BAT under the microscope. The availability of BAT and differences in the sensitivity and efficiency between BAT and dig-11-dUTP labeling in cellin situ PCR were discussed. 生物操纵法治理富营养化湖泊的细菌类群研究

从污染水体中分离筛选出高效降磷除氮菌共９５株，经分类鉴定为假单胞菌属（Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓ），芽孢杆菌属（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓ），肠杆菌科（Ｅｎｔｅｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒｉａｃｅａｅ）和硝化细菌科（Ｎｉｔｒｏｂａｃｔｅｒａｃｅａｅ）．经降磷测定实验表明，降磷率高达３１％～８０％的菌株占总磷细菌数的４４％．将分离的菌株按不同比例组合投入装有富营养化湖水和底泥的模拟装置中进行降解实验，结果总氮下降最高达８９．９％，总磷下降最高达９０．６％，同时浮游动物数量大为增加．说明物质正沿食物链流动．
