PI/TiO2纳米复合膜的H2/CH4和H2/N2分离性能

以可溶性聚酰亚胺为基质 ,经乙酸修饰后的钛酸丁酯为TiO2 溶胶前体 ,NMP为共溶剂 ,采用溶胶凝胶法可制得PI/TiO2 纳米复合膜。采用XPS、TEM和气体透气性能测试等手段 ,对复合膜的结构和H2 分离性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,复合膜中钛酸丁酯已转化为TiO2 ,PI与TiO2 两相结合完好。TiO2 以颗粒状均匀分布在PI基质中 ,其颗粒粒径约为 1 0nm。复合膜的H2 ,N2 和CH4 透气系数随着TiO2 含量的增加而明显增加。当TiO2 含量为2 2 3 %时 ,对H2 的透气系数为 1 4 .1Barrer,对H2 /N2 和H2 /CH4 的分离系数分别为 1 87.5和 1 4 3 .2 ,因此 ,该复合膜是一种较为理想的H2 分离和回收膜材料     

功能型丙烯酸乳液的合成及其性能

以一种阴离子表面活性剂与辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂，在基体配方中加入多种功能单体，采用半连续滴加方法制备了室温自交联型丙烯酸乳液，讨论了功能单体丙烯酸含量、单体滴加时间对丙烯酸乳液的流变性能、乳胶膜的交联度及耐水性的影响。结果表明：随着丙烯酸含量增加，其乳液粘度上升，乳胶膜交联度增加、吸水率先下降后上升；增加单体滴加时间，可使乳胶粒平均粒径变小，分布变窄，相应生成的乳液粘度变小，同时其乳胶膜交联度上升，吸水率下降。     

Research on Precision Assembly Robot''''s Joint Torque Control Based on Current Measurement

A set of new current sensing device is used to realize joint torque control based on current measurement in a precision assembly robot's third joint. The output torque's model of the joint's brushless DC motor is founded. Disturbance factors and the compensated effect of the torque's closed loop based on current measurement are analyzed. Related simulations and experiments show that the system has good current tracking and anti-disturbances performance, which improve the force control performance of the robot in assembly.     

An Investigation of Stimulating the Autoclave Curing Process of Resin Matrix／Fiber Reinforced Composite Material, Ⅰ ： Process model

A mathematical model is made which describes the curing process of composites constructed from continuous fiber-reinforced, thermosetting resin matrix prepreg materials, and the consoli-dation of the composite is developed. The model provides the variation of temperature distribu-tion, the entre reaction process in the resin, the resin flow and fibers stress inside the composite,and the void variation and the residual stress distribution. It can be used to illustrate the mecha-nism of curing process and optimize the cure cycle of composite material in order to ensure the quality of a product.     

Present-Day crustal deformation field in China continent inverted from GPS observations, earthquake moment tensor and quaternary fault slip rates

Based on the bi-cubic Bessel spline function method, we have inverted the present-day crustal horizontal velocity field and deformation field in China continent by combining with 410 GPS observations, 327 seismic moment tensors of earthquakes and fault slip rates in China and its neighboring areas, and considered the geological and geophysical parameters at the same time. The results reveal that the crustal movement mostly takes on compression in SN-NE direction and extension in EW-NW direction in China continent. The continent is rotating southeast and takes on a clockwise rotation image from the west to the east, particularly in the southeast of Tibet and Chuan-dian area. Different blocks have different deformation in China continent. The south China, Ordos and Northeast block have good integrity.The deformation in the western part of China is obviously stronger than that in the eastern part. The strong strains are focused on the Himalaya, east Tibet,west Tian Shan and Chuandian block etc. The deformation at the joint of blocks is stronger than that within the blocks. The China continent deformation not only has the strike-slip faulting and extrusion feature but also has the crustal shortening and thickening feature.     

反应热喷涂Al2O3.TiO2陶瓷涂层性能的研究

利用自蔓延高温合成原理(SHS)结合传统燃气喷涂技术,研究了反应热喷涂工艺制备的Al2O3.TiO2基金属陶瓷涂层的性能。结果表明,铝热反应热喷涂技术能够促进涂层性能的提高。涂层平均结合强度达17.50MPa以上,平均孔隙率降低到5.50%以下。     

双分型面注射模工作过程的计算机模拟

在分析双分型面注射模的结构复杂性和工作过程特点的基础上，应用Photoshop和Authorware等软件，通过准备素材、制作动画、设计程序及打包程序生成了能够在Windows环境下独立运行的多媒体软件，实现了双分型面注射模工作过程的计算机模拟。对于分析模具设计的合理性和可靠性，减少反复试模和修模的经济投入，缩短模具生产周期，以及用于多媒体教学具有实际意义。     

简化太极拳对下肢关节的生物力学影响

通过对30例健康成年人在简化太极拳练习过程中下肢关节角度的测量及分析，发现在整个练拳过程中，受试者下肢关节角度均值的减小具有非常显著性差异。左右下肢关节平均屈曲30～40度即处于功能位，可以有效地提高下肢不同关节周围肌群的各种工作能力，有利于加强人体的行走和跑跳功能。另外，下肢动作弧度基本不受大腿长和小腿长的影响，正说明简化太极拳是适合于不同身高、男女老少皆宜的一项健身运动项目．     

油润滑下WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的摩擦学性能

运用M 200型摩擦磨损试验机测定了WSi2/MoSi2复合材料与45#钢配副油润滑时的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了其磨损机理.结果表明:油润滑可明显改善WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的摩擦学性能,在80～120N时材料具有较好的摩擦磨损综合性能;在油润滑下,WSi2/MoSi2复合材料的磨损机理表现为点蚀磨损和磨粒磨损,偶件45#钢的损失主要归因于磨粒的切削作用.图6,参13.
