后现代主义文化视野中的村上春树

日本现代文坛作家村上春树的作品引起了世界文坛的广泛关注,主要因为其作品中体现了文化意识的多元与整合,表现西方文化在当代日本的重要影响.他的以<斯普特尼克恋人>为代表的小说创作体现出多种文化的基本特征.

俄罗斯专制主义的文化认同与现实选择

俄罗斯文化中专制主义因素的形成，是与它独特的地理环境和历史经历分不开的。可以说巨大而平坦的平原和东北罗斯的森林是造就俄罗斯文化权威性的空间因素；而它从拜占廷引入的东正教和鞑靼人的统治构成了影响它文化权威性的时间因素；此外俄罗斯独特的社会组织——村社，是它得以长久保存的社会基础，这些构成了俄罗斯的传统文化。斯大林正是在这种传统文化模式影响下将原苏联引上了现代化之路，如今的俄罗斯改革也必然要接受这种传统文化的挑战。     

文化的悲剧 --老舍小说中人物的悲剧实质

老舍小说中的众多人物根据其鲜明的文化身份，大致可分为“老派人物”、“理想人物”、“新派人物”三大类。他们的身份虽不同，但悲剧性的命运却十分相似。其悲剧主要是由他们各自所负载的文化与时代、历史的不谐调造成的。三类人物分别属于“被旧文化管辖而死的悲剧”、“反抗旧文化而死的悲剧”、“受劣质文化浸染而死的悲剧”，虽不悲壮激烈，却也深沉凝重，令人警醒。     

枣离体授粉及胚珠培养初探

对晋矮1号×壶瓶枣的离体杂交以及杂交子房和胚珠的离体培养进行了研究.结果表明:附加1.0mg/LIBA的KM8p培养基对枣子房的离体培养较为适宜,ZT对子房的成活具有促进作用,子房的愈伤组织化可减缓子房室内胚珠的败育程度.

埃兹拉·庞德是20世纪西方诗坛最有影响、最有争议的大诗人之一.他发起了意象派运动,他的意象经典小诗<在地铁车站>广为传诵,<诗章>是其里程碑式的现代派诗歌巨著.他谙熟古今,善于旁征博引,撷取各国文化之长为己所用,东方文化使他受益匪浅.他的诗歌理论在很多方面得益于东方文化,特别是中国的古诗和日本的俳句.

Changes in glycosaminoglycan sulfation and protein kinase C subcellular distribution during differentiation of the human colon tumor cell line Caco-2

Summary During the spontaneous differentiation (day 5 to day 15 of the culture) of Caco-2 cells, the sulfation of cell layer glycosaminoglycans increased, whereas protein kinase C activity was concomitantly redistributed from the membrane to the cytosol. The protein kinase C activators, 4-phorbol 12-myristate, 13-acetate and 1,2-dioctanoyl-glycerol inhibited glycosaminoglycan sulfation. By contrast, 4-phorbol 12, 13 didecanoate was ineffective.These results suggest that membrane-bound PKC may exert a modulatory effect on glycosaminoglycan sulfation, and this effect is gradually attenuated as Caco-2 cell differentiation progresses.     

Lack of effect of dihydroergotamine on endothelial and smooth muscle cell proliferation and endothelial cell prostanoid production

Summary The most important effect of dihydroergotamine is venoconstriction, but certain metabolic effects and changes in vessel prostanoid activity have also been suggested. In this study endothelial cell production of 6-keto PGF₁ and TxB₂ was quantitated in vitro. No evidence of altered prostanoid production was noted after incubation with dihydroergotamine (exposure ranging from 5×10^–3 to 5×10^–7 g/l). Similarly, no effect of dihydroergotamine on the growth rates of endothelial cells or smooth muscle cells in vitro was documented.     

Effect of protein kinase C activation and depletion on insulin stimulation of glycogen synthesis in cultured hepatoma cells

Summary Insulin stimulation of glycogen synthesis was nearly abolished in hepatoma cells shortly treated with 4 ß-phorbol 12 \-myristate, 13 -acetate (protein kinase C activation) but remained unmodified in cells chronically treated with the phorbol ester (protein kinase C depletion). Thus, although exogenous activation of protein kinase C results in an inhibition of insulin action, protein kinase C depletion has no influence on this process. The results suggest that, in hepatoma cells, no endogenous activation of protein kinase C may occur in response to the signal triggered by insulin.
