关于图式理论应用的实验研究

以复数概念为试验教学内容，对113名高二年级学生进行对比实验研究，剖析图式对数学概念学习的影响，研究结果表明：（1）图式理论对数学概念学习具有普遍的指导作用；（2）比起常规教学，图式教学更有利于学生学习数学概念；（3）指导学生构建图式是提高中、差生学习质量的一个有效途径。     

A novel artificial anal sphincter system based on transcutaneous energy transmission

For controlling anal incontinence, a new artificial anal sphincter system (AASS) with sensor feedback based on transcutaneous energy transmission is developed. The device mainly comprises an artificial anal sphincter (AAS), a wireless power supply subsystem, and a communication subsystem. The artificial anal sphincter comprises a front cuff and a sensor cuff placed around the rectum, a reservoir sited in abdominal cavity and a micropump controlling inflation and deflation of the front cuff. There are two pressure sensors in the artificial anal sphincter. One can measure the pressure in the front cuff to clamp the rectum, the other in the sensor cuff can measure the pressure of the rectum. Wireless power supply subsystem includes a resonance transmit coil to transmit an alternating magnetic field and a secondary coil to receive the power. Wireless communication subsystem can transmit the pressure information of the artificial anal sphincter to the monitor, or send the control commands to the artificial anal sphincter. A prototype is designed and the basic function of the artificial anal sphincter system has been tested through experiments. The results demonstrate that the artificial anal sphincter system can control anal incontinence effectively.

基于交叉效率Malmquist指数的我国家电上市企业TFP分析

针对基于传统DEA模型的Malmquist指数存在不够客观和精确的缺陷，提出基于交叉效率模型的Malmquist指数。利用该指数对我国家电上市企业在2005～2009年期间的生产效率进行分析，结果表明，家电行业总体的生产效率在稳步提升，但在2008年受到了金融危机的负面影响；规模越小的企业，技术进步给其带来的影响越积极，而中间规模企业生产效率的提高则同时来自技术效率和技术进步。     

Forecasting Orders with ARMA in Household Electric Appliance Enterprises Based on Mobile Agent

Forecasting orders accurately plays a crucial role for household electric appliance (HEA) enterprises keeping low inventory level.In order to reduce the influence of bullwhip effect,sales data are applied to forecast orders of the next period instead of ordering data.Mobile agent is applied to achieve the sales data from retailers in the data preparation.And the converting approach from sales data of retailers to prediction data is proposed.Autoregressive and moving average (ARMA) model is introduced to forecast orders and a comparison amongst final prediction error ( FPE ),Akaike information criterion(AIC),Bayes information criterion(BIC) and Akaike's corrected information criterion(AICC) criterion is shown.The sample test verifies the superiority of AICC; therefore it is applied to identify ARMA order.Forecasting architecture is established and then the prototype system is tested,at last a case shows the orders prediction of the next quarter and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.

超低位直肠癌保肛手术后肛门功能的临床对比分析

目的:探讨超低位直肠癌保留肛门功能的可行性。方法:实验组为超低位直肠癌患者组共32例;对照组为高位直肠癌组共25例;两组均采用全直肠系膜切除术(TME)分离全直肠系膜,后用吻合器技术吻合切缘,术后采用徐忠法肛门功能标准检测肛门功能,并随访3年。结果:随访3年中实验组复发2例(6.25%),对照组复发1例(4.00%);大部分实验组患者术后1个月内控便功能差,优良率37.5%,与对照组优良率64.0%比较存在显著性差异(P=0.047<0.05);但两组在术后3个月(P=0.076)、6个月(P=0.217)、12个月(P=0.856)则无明显差异。结论:对有保肛手术指征的超低位直肠癌患者,保肛手术是可行的,术后患者肛门功能恢复在近期与高位直肠癌保肛手术比较存在差别,长期效果无明显差异。
