甲状腺肿块的高频彩色多普勒超声诊断

目的 :探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对甲状腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 :对 48例甲状腺包块患者进行二维及彩色多普勒血流显像超声检查。结果 :48例甲状腺包块患者共检出肿块 67个 ,超声检查与病理对照除 3例误诊外 ,其余 45例与病理结果包括肿块部位、数目均符合 ,符合率 90 % ( 42 / 45 )。结论 :高频彩色多普勒超声检查对甲状腺肿块具有较高的诊断价值 ,可为临床提供有价值的诊断依据
