基于三阶累积量奇异值分解的雷达目标识别

基于一维距离像三阶累积量矩阵的奇异值分解 ,由非零奇异值构成奇异值矢量作为正则子空间法的输入 ,提出一种雷达目标一维距离像识别方法 ,对目标进行分类识别。该方法一方面利用三阶累积量提高了抗噪性能 ,同时又使用非零奇异值矢量减少了存储量与运算量。仿真实验结果表明 :在低信噪比 ,该方法的识别率高于特征子空间法     

基于SVG的WebGis中矢量图形处理研究

在对WebGis中的地理空间信息的数据格式的分析中，客户端浏览器不能直接处理(显示)矢量格式的地理信息数据．通常都是在服务器端把矢量格式的数据转换为栅格数据后，再传输给客户端，结果造成数据量的大增．SVG技术很好的解决了客户端显示矢量图形数据的问题．     

自级联式感应电动机控制系统的研制

描述了自级联式感应电动机的数学模型及其控制系统的结构,研制成功该类电机矢量控制系统样机.根据实验结果,分析了其动态和静态品质,得出此种类型电机控制系统完全可以达到与直流电动机控制系统相同性能的结论,提出了自级联式感应电动机进一步的应用前景.     

一种面向测试的RTL行为抽象与蕴含方法

针对寄存器传输级（register transfer level,RTL)行为的抽象，提出了一种层次化的带条件的表示，这种抽象的行为是面向测试的，它不仅表达简单，而且能很方便地进行蕴含操作，通过抽象，电路可以规范为行为集，并代替电路本身进行功能测试向量的生成，在测试生成过程中，大量地应用蕴含操作何以使其中的行为得到简化，并极大地提高了系统的效率。     

Face Recognition Based on Support Vector Machine and Nearest Neighbor Classifier

Support vector machine (SVM), as a novel approach in pattern recognition, has demonstrated a success in face detection and face recognition. In this paper, a face recognition approach based on the SVM classifier with the nearest neighbor classifier (NNC) is proposed. The principal component analysis (PCA) is used to reduce the dimension and extract features. Then one-against-all stratedy is used to train the SVM classifiers. At the testing stage, we propose an al-
