车用微小通道蒸发器一维仿真与试验

通过蒸发器制冷能力、通风阻力、蒸发器内阻一维仿真结果与试验值比较,发现制冷剂侧两相换热区、过热区、空气侧分别采用已有的换热关联式计算时,计算值与试验值吻合度较好,误差控制在5%以内.研究了百叶窗翅片的百叶窗开角、翅片间距、翅片高度以及扁管的通道宽度、通道数对蒸发器性能的影响.对蒸发器进行了结构优化,选取了一个综合性能最优的方案,使得通风阻力下降19%,蒸发器内阻下降8.4%,制冷能力提高130W.     

Sonochemical synthesis of nanostructured nickel hydroxide as an electrode material for improved electrochemical energy storage application

A facile and fast approach for the synthesis of a nanostructured nickel hydroxide(Ni(OH)_2) via sonochemical technique is reported in the present study. The X-ray diffraction results confirmed that the synthesized Ni(OH)_2 was oriented in β-phase of hexagonal brucite structure. The nanostructured Ni(OH)_2 electrode exhibited the maximum specific capacitance of 1256 F/g at a current density of 200 mA/g in 1 M KOH_((aq)). Ni(OH)_2 electrodes exhibited the pseudocapacitive behavior due to the presence of redox reaction. It also exhibited long-term cyclic stability of 85% after 2000 cycles, suggesting that the nanostructured Ni(OH)_2 electrode will play a promising role for high performance supercapacitor application.     

Benthic foraminiferal δ~(13)C minimum events in the southeastern Okhotsk Sea over the last 180 ka

A total of six d13C minimum events,i.e.,VI,V,IV,III,II,and I,were observed via a stable carbon and oxygen isotope analysis of infaunal benthic foraminifera Uvigerina spp.in gravity core OS03-1 in the southeastern Okhotsk Sea over the last 180 ka.These events occurred at112–109,102–90,85–76,57–54,44–40,and 17–10 ka BP.The largest negative excursions reached 2.5%in event V and were greater than 1%in the other events.We proposed that all d13C minimum events were caused by the increase in sea surface water productivity,the weakened formation of Okhotsk Sea intermediate water,and the enhancement of the oxygen minimum zone.The negative excursions were unaffected by methane hydrate destabilization and subsequent methane release based on the results obtained by using archaeal lipid markers.

木质素氧化制取表面活性剂的适宜条件

通过正交实验研究了过氧化氢用量、氧气压力、最高温度、保温时间等条件对麦草氧化碱木质表面活性、氧化木质素中酸溶及酸不溶木质素含量的影响。结果表明，对氧化木质素表面活性及氧化后木质素中酸溶木质素的含量产生影响的4个因素的主次顺序为：过氧化氢用量，最高温度、保温时间，氧气压力。当过氧化氢用量为20％、最高温度90℃、保温时间0．5h、氧气压力0．6MPa时，氧化木质素的表面活性最好。当过氧化氢用量为20％、最高温度90℃、保温时间1h、氧气压力为0．4MPa时，氧化木质素中酸溶木质素所占的比例最高。     

Research on Deformation Regularity of Surface Migrating With Waste-fill Mining

Using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the influence laws that the different mining depth,mining width and filling step have on the surface subsidence and horizontal movement under the condition of filling mining has been studied.The functional relation among full subsidence and horizontal movement of surface,mining depth,mining width and filling step has been given,which provides theoretical formulas been referenced for filling mining theory and has a certain guiding value.     

冲天炉过热区热交换机理新探

本文通过模拟研究,得出了冲天炉过热区内对铁水的四种传热方式的传热系数。四种传热方式中,焦炭对铁水的接触传热与辐射传热共占85％左右,焦炭表面燃烧温度的高低对热交换有决定性的影响。焦炭表面温度与炉气温度有较大差别,它主要受焦炭性能影响,是衡量铸造用焦炭质量的一项不可替代的综合性指标。     

双气路色谱法测定固体比表面积的特点

本文介绍了以双气路色谱法为原理的ST-03型比表面和孔径测定仪的特点。以及仪器的稳定时间、样品管插入液氧深度、平衡气总流速、液氮饱和蒸气压、相对压力范围等因素对固体表面积测定的影响。同时相应提出了降低影响的建议。
