垢层对碳钢腐蚀影响探究

通过测定比较碳酸钙（分析纯）、碳酸钡（化学纯）、三氧化二铁（分析纯）、皂土（化学纯），四氧化三铁（化学纯）和滤渣几种垢层的自腐蚀电位，偶接后的电偶电流来研究它们对Ａ３碳钢腐蚀的影响。

Emodin inhibits tumor cell migration through suppression of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-Cdc42/Rac1 pathway

Enhanced cell migration is one of the underlying mechanisms in cancer invasion and metastasis. Therefore, inhibition of cell migration is considered to be an effective strategy for prevention of cancer metastasis. We found that emodin (3-methyl-1,6,8-trihydroxyanthraquinone), an active component from the rhizome of Rheum palmatum, significantly inhibited epidermal growth factor (EGF)- induced migration in various human cancer cell lines. In the search for the underlying molecular mechanisms, we demonstrated that phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) serves as the molecular target for emodin. In addition, emodin markedly suppressed EGF-induced activation of Cdc42 and Rac1 and the corresponding cytoskeleton changes. Moreover, emodin, but not LY294002, was able to block cell migration in cells transfected with constitutively active (CA)-Cdc42 and CA-Rac1 by interference with the formation of Cdc42/Rac1 and the p21-activated kinase complex. Taken together, data from this study suggest that emodin inhibits human cancer cell migration by suppressing the PI3K-Cdc42/Rac1 signaling pathway.Received 7 February 2005; received after revision 11 March 2005; accepted 18 March 2005

多物流配送中心选址及求解

经典蚁群算法不能直接用于求解多配送中心选址问题(MDLP),据此,将MDLP映射为扩展K-TSP过程并设计了改进的蚁群算法.改变了经典蚁群算法禁忌表的设置方式,算法运行时,给蚁群建立一个共享禁忌表,里面存放所有蚂蚁访问过的客户点,任何蚂蚁只能选择共享禁忌表未曾记录的客户点,从而增强蚂蚁间的信息交流,促进它们的分工与协作,使蚂蚁无遗漏无重复地遍历各配送点并找出问题的最优解.为提高算法的求解性能,在蚂蚁的选择规则里加入了代价引导函数,使用2-opt策略优化可行解并优化了信息素的更新方式.仿真算例及算法对比表明,模型和算法可以有效地表达和求解MDLP.     

Knockdown of <Emphasis Type="Italic">MRP4</Emphasis> by lentivirus-mediated siRNA improves sensitivity to adriamycin in adriamycin-resistant acute myeloid leukemia cells

Chemotherapy remains the standard treatment for acute myeloid leukemia;however,the emergence of drug resistance is a major hurdle in the successful treatment of leukemia.The expression of multidrug resistance-associated protein 4(MRP4)induces re- sistance in the adriamycin-resistant acute myeloid leukemia cell line,K562/ADR.The aim of this study was to investigate whether knockdown of MRP4 by lentivirus-mediated siRNA could improve the sensitivity of K562/ADR cells to adriamycin.Five lenti- virus-mediated short hairpin RNAs(lv-shRNAs-MRP4)were designed to trigger the gene silencing RNA interference(RNAi) pathway.The efficiency of lentivirus-mediated siRNA infection into K562/ADR cells was determined using fluorescence mi- croscopy to observe lentivirus-mediated GFP expression.MRP4 expression in infected K562/ADR cells was evaluated by real- time PCR and Western blot analysis.The MTS assay was used to measure cell viability and flow cytometry was used to measure apoptosis.The transfection efficiency of K562/ADR cells was over 80 percent.The gene silencing efficacy of lv-shRNA1-MRP4 was superior to the other constructs.Infection of K562/ADR cells with lv-shRNA1-MRP4 led to strong inhibition of MRP4 mRNA and protein expression.Combined treatment with lv-shRNA1-MRP4 and adriamycin decreased cell growth and increased apoptosis compared to treatment with lv-shRNA1-MRP4 or adriamycin alone.These data indicate that in K562/ADR cells MRP4 is involved in drug resistance mechanisms and that lentivirus-mediated knockdown of MRP4 may enhance sensitivity to adriamycin.     

Synthesis of PbS–K2La2Ti3O10 composite and its photocatalytic activity for hydrogen production

Photocatalyst, lead sulfide (PbS )-intercalated layer perovskite-type compound (K2La2Ti3O10), was synthesized via ion-exchange reaction, butylamine pillaring and sulfuration processes under the assistance of the microwave irradiation. The structure of the photoc atalysts was determined by means of powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, ultraviolet- visible diffuse reflection spectra and photoluminescence measu rement. And the photocatalytic activity of the composite compound for hydrogen production was also investigated. The experimental results showed that the intercalation of PbS in the layered space of K2La2Ti3O10 greatly improved the absorption edge and the photocatalytic activity. Hydrogen production of the PbS–K2La2Ti3O10 was 127.19 mmol/(g cat) after 3 h irradiation of ultraviolet light.
