气相色谱法精确定量测定10~(-8)克微量氩

用气相色谱法取代水银真空压力计的容量法进行微量氩的定量测定,提高了测量灵敏度,减少了样品用量;并且提高了准确度。为了使负压状态的微量氩能适合气相色谱法的进样要求,建立了新型的真空四臂阀—桥阀进样装置和充载气技术。在气体纯化部分,改用干冰冷阱替代惯用的液氮冷阱,避免了液氮冷阱吸附氩,从而保证了测量的重现性和准确度。     

气相色谱法测定土壤中甲、乙、丙、丁烷方法的研究

我们先用常压酸解脱气的方法从定量的土壤中提取气体,再用碱液吸收的方法富集待测气体,最后用气相色谱法定量测定富集气体中的甲、乙、丙、丁烷,并由此推算出土壤中甲、乙、丙、丁烷的含量。对这种方法的几种影响因素分别进行了探讨,并从中找出了最佳操作条件。     

生产低硫低烯烃汽油的RIDOS技术

亚洲油气合作与中国的国际能源地缘战略构建

从政治、经济、文化基础等方面看，亚洲油气合作也有其可行性。亚洲未来的油气安全也取决于中国进入此地缘政治格局的影响。因此，中国顺应亚洲经济合作的新态势，中国在国际能源地缘战略层面。也应该实现某种突破：东南亚方向形成“环南中国海能源经济圈”；东北亚方向形成“环黄海能源经济圈”；中亚方向建设“环里海能源经济圈”。     

一些气体的制备和性质实验的微型设计

本文对无机化学实验中常见气体(H_2、CO_2、H_2S、SO_2、Cl_2等)的制备和性质实验进行了微型化设计。研究了同一实验设计多种不同的方法实施;一套微型实验仪器多功能化的微型设计。     

皮托管测量气体流量的列线图

本文通过对皮托管测量空气流量的实验研究,提出了制作列线图的方法,并提供列线图。应用该图,可以直接从U管压差计读数及被测量气体的温度和压力查得流经一定管径管路的空气流速和流量。此法免去了大量繁复的计算,而且作图容易,查图方便,结果可靠。本方法对于不同型号的皮托管、不同管径的管路以及不同的气体同样是可行的。     

煤层瓦斯运移的模拟现状分析

本文从实验技术和数值模拟两方面分析了煤层瓦斯渗流、瓦斯抽放、瓦斯涌出和瓦斯突出的模拟现状,总结了前人的研究成果,提出了新的研究方法Boltzmann,这为进一步探讨矿下瓦斯运移提供新的思路。     

高效快速多种燃气组分色谱分析法

采用热导检测器，通过几种柱的组合．采用多维柱切换系统，并自动完成阀的驱动和信号切换，实现性质不同的人工煤气和液化石油气主要成分一次进样全自动分析，该方法操作简便、分离效果好、灵敏度高、结果准确可靠．     

Metabonomic analysis of hepatitis B virus-induced liver failure： identification of potential diagnostic biomarkers by fuzzy support vector machine

Hepatitis B virus （HBV）-induced liver failure is an emergent liver disease leading to high mortality. The severity of liver failure may be reflected by the profile of some metabolites. This study assessed the potential of using metabolites as biomarkers for liver failure by identifying metabolites with good discriminative performance for its phenotype. The serum samples from 24 HBV-indueed liver failure patients and 23 healthy volunteers were collected and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） to generate metabolite profiles. The 24 patients were further grouped into two classes according to the severity of liver failure. Twenty-five eommensal peaks in all metabolite profiles were extracted, and the relative area values of these peaks were used as features for each sample. Three algorithms, F-test, k-nearest neighbor （KNN） and fuzzy support vector machine （FSVM） combined with exhaustive search （ES）, were employed to identify a subset of metabolites （biomarkers） that best predict liver failure. Based on the achieved experimental dataset, 93.62% predictive accuracy by 6 features was selected with FSVM-ES and three key metabolites, glyeerie acid, cis-aeonitie acid and citric acid, are identified as potential diagnostic biomarkers.     

鼓泡塔气含率的一个新数学模型

本文从气泡在液体中的上升速度出发,结合已知的研究成果,建立了一个新的鼓泡塔气含率的数学模型。模型中的一个参数由实验确定。本文模型与其它经验关联式和文献值的比较结果表明:本模型具有一定普遍意义。
