园林景观材料综述

随着城市化建设的进程，景观建设中所运用的材料也更加的丰富多彩，本文就对景观材料的应用现状，特点，作用，以及一些新型材料进行归纳宗述。     

（λ，μ]-商模糊子群

根据（λ，μ]-模糊子群和（λ，μ]-正规模糊子群的概念，给出了（λ，μ]-商模糊子群的定义，并讨论了其性质；同时丰富和完善了（λ，μ]-模糊子群和（λ，μ]-正规模糊子群的性质．     

一种简化的DMC算法的稳定性分析

针对简化的DMC算法，从内模控制结构的角度分析了它的稳定性问题，并给出了模型不准确时闭环系统稳定的条件，仿真算例表明了该算法的有效性．     

光纤水听器测量聚焦换能器声压和温度分布

为了解决人体中高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)焦点处的温度场分布检测的难题，给出了从声压分布入手探测温度场分布问题的新方法。通过搭建光纤水听器自动扫描系统，利用光纤水听器同时测量仿组织材料（TMM）样本中焦斑区域的声场和温度的分布，探究声压和温度在人体组织中的分布关系。通过实验得出，声压最大处和温度场最高处坐标同为(0 mm,0 mm)；-3 dB和-6 dB声束宽度：声压为2.4 mm、3.22 mm，温度为2.44 mm、2.98 mm。实验结果表明，声压和温度的最大值高度重合；仿组织材料样本中超声焦点处的横切面温度分布要比声压分布陡峭，即相比声压分布，温度场的能量分布更加集中，焦点半径更小。     

Anti-CD44 mAb remodels biological behaviors of spheroid cells with stemness from human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV-3

There is accumulating evidence that cancer stem cells (CSCs) play an important role in tumor progression. Novel strategies targeting CSCs have been widely researched. In the present study, we explored whether such CSCs existed in human ovarian cancer (OVCA) cell line and whether anti-CD44 antibody had effects on such subpopulation. We isolated and identified spheroid cells from SKOV-3. Then we used A3D8, an anti-CD44 mAb to treat spheroid cells with so-called "stemness". Effects of A3D8 on spheroid cells’ biological behaviors were examined. Our findings showed that there was a small subpopulation that had so-called "stemness" in SKOV-3 cell line. Against spheroid cells, A3D8 can (1) inhibit cell proliferation; (2) change cell cycle distribution and expression of p21, CDK2 and cyclinA; (3) enhance cisplatin (DDP)-induced apoptosis; (4) promote cell differentiation; (5) inhibit clone formation efficiency; (6) reduce invasive efficacy; (7) inhibit tumorigenicity. Thus, to sum up points which we have just showed, spheroid cells isolated from SKOV-3 can be used as an appropriate in vitro model for relevant study of human ovarian CSCs. And our results reasoned that anti-CD44 therapy may become a potential promising strategy for OVCA treatment.     

天津市中心商业区停车行为实证研究

通过对天津市大胡同商业区、滨江道商业区和小白楼商业区的停车情况进行实地调研,分析了中心商业区的停车现状,并给出了停车者的停车目的、停车场选择影响因素、停车时间、停车步行距离、费用支付的情况和停车价格的满意度,以及可接受的价格上涨幅度等方面的分析结果；并利用调查数据和Logit模型建立了天津市中心商业区停车选择行为模型.模型结果表明,停车费和步行距离是停车者在选择路外、路边停车场时的主要影响因素,为城市中心商业区交通需求管理提供了依据.     

尿毒症患者血清对内皮细胞小凹蛋白-1的影响及意义

目的体外观察尿毒症患者血液透析前后血清和健康人血清对人脐静脉内皮细胞(humanumbilicalveinendothelialcell, HUVECs)小凹蛋白 1(caveolin 1)表达的影响.方法取对数生长的 HUVECs,分为健康组(DMEM+健康人血清,n=8)、透前组(DMEM+尿毒症患者透前血清,n=18)、透后组(DMEM+尿毒症患者透后血清,n=18).采用 MTT法检测细胞活力,免疫组化SABC法和 Westernblot检测各组细胞内 caveolin 1蛋白的分布和含量.结果 MTT法筛选血清最佳干预时间和浓度分别为12小时、10%的血清干预浓度.与健康组比较,透前组细胞内 caveolin 1的蛋白表达水平明显下调(p<0.05),透后组改变不明显(p>0.05);而透后组细胞内 caveolin 1的蛋白表达水平较透前组细胞内 caveolin 1的蛋白表达水平上调(p<0.05).结论血液透析不能降低尿毒症患者动脉粥样硬化的形成的发生率,caveolin 1的变化可能是尿毒症血透患者动脉粥样硬化加速的原因之一     

Human activity recognition based on HMM by improved PSO and event probability sequence

This paper proposes a hybrid approach for recognizing human activities from trajectories.First,an improved hidden Markov model(HMM) parameter learning algorithm,HMM-PSO,is proposed,which achieves a better balance between the global and local exploitation by the nonlinear update strategy and repulsion operation.Then,the event probability sequence(EPS) which consists of a series of events is computed to describe the unique characteristic of human activities.The analysis on EPS indicates that it is robust to the changes in viewing direction and contributes to improving the recognition rate.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed approach is evaluated by data experiments on current popular datasets.     

布朗桥无线信道建模的时延概率密度函数估计方法

介绍了布朗桥的基本概念及其在无线信道建模中的应用，给出随机桥建模后信道时延分布的概率密度的估计方法，用Matlab进行了仿真，并给出了信道仿真结果及其物理解释。     

Phase synchronization processing method for alternating bistatic mode in distributed SAR

In the distributed synthetic aperture radar(SAR),the alternating bistatic mode can perform phase reference without a synchronization link between two satellites compared with the pulsed alternate synchronization method.The key of the phase synchronization processing is to extract the oscillator phase differences from the bistatic echoes.A signal model of phase synchronization in the alternating bistatic mode is presented.The phase synchronization processing method is then studied.To reduce the phase errors introduced by SAR imaging,a sub-aperture processing method is proposed.To generalize the sub-aperture processing method,an echo-domain processing method using correlation of bistatic echoes is proposed.Finally,the residual phase errors of the both proposed processing methods are analyzed.Simulation experiments validate the proposed phase synchronization processing method and its phase error analysis results.
