引发剂用量对ABS树脂冲击强度的影响

采用种子乳液聚合技术，以K2S2O8为引发剂合成了一系列PB－g－SAN接枝共聚物。并与SAN树脂进行共混，制得了ABS树脂。考察了引发剂K2S2O8用量对PB－g－SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率及制得的ABS树脂的冲击 强度的影响。研究了PB－g－SAN接枝共聚物的接枝率与ABS树脂的冲击强度间的关系。讨论了乳液聚合过程中K2S2O8的引发、扩散机理。     

岩体空隙率的计算方法

通过理论分析，推导出岩体弹性波波速与空隙率间关系，并对其进行统计分析，同时进行岩体空隙率计算，并与现场测试结果对照，二者吻合。

Decompoisition of toxic and environmentally hazardous 2,3,7,8-tetra-chlorodibenzo-p-dioxin by gamma irradiation

Summary The decomposition of the toxic and environmentally hazardous 2378-TCDD by gamma irradiation was studied and successfully used to decontaminatge laboratory wastes containing small quantities of this chemically and biological stable compound. The method makes use of gamma irradiation from a commercial⁶⁰cobalt facility at high dose levels (100 kGy) to break down the compound into notoxic products. Irradiation also decomposed 2378-TCDD in contaminated soil from the Seveso accident.     

The protease-activated receptor-3 (PAR-3) can signal autonomously to induce interleukin-8 release

Protease-activated receptors (PARs) play a clear role in the burst of inflammatory reactions and immune responses. However, for PAR-3, the most elusive member of the PAR family, the functional role is still largely unclear. It has been claimed that PAR-3 does not signal autonomously, although the wide expression of human PAR-3 indicates its important physiological roles. We demonstrate that in HEK-293 cells, stably transfected with human PAR-3, thrombin induced calcium signaling, IL-8 gene expression and IL-8 release. We confirmed this finding using human lung epithelial and human astrocytoma cells that express endogenous PAR-3. Moreover, thrombin exposure of HEK-293 cells resulted in ERK1/2 activation coinciding with IL-8 release. The effects of thrombin were not dependent on PAR-1 activation, as confirmed by PAR-1 gene silencing. Thus, we propose that PAR-3 is able to signal autonomously to induce IL-8 release mediated by ERK1/2 phosphorylation, which contributes actively to inflammatory responses. 一种新型的局部地区网络结构——总线环网(Bus-Ring)

本文介绍了一种新的局部网结构—Bus-Ring和介质送取控制方式—TOKEN CAPTURE,新网的外形结构仍是环形的,但每个结点的接口处理机有一个三态门来旁路,这样,报文经过每个结点时没有延迟,报文在网络中被所有结点同时收到,基于这种网络结构,可以实现令牌截取控制方式,在网络中,令牌不是逐个结点地顺序转送,而是由要求发送信息的结点在环路上截取令牌,建立令牌时采用侦听和碰撞检测技术,如同CSMA/CD,这样,在网络轻载时,可以使用CSMA/CD方式,重载时,使用TOKEN CAPTURE方式,这种新型网络增加了送取方式的灵活性,减少了报文经过每个结点的延迟和令牌传递时间,计算机仿真结果表明Bus-Ring网络性能优于总线网。
