Summary The profile of action in animals of CQP 201-403, a novel 8-amino-ergoline, is in most aspects that of a very potent dopaminomimetic, both as a prolactin secretion inhibitor, and at the levels of the CNS and the cardiovascular system. Qualitatively CQP 201-403 differs slightly from bromocriptine and apomorphine in its effects on the CNS (no influence on serotonin metabolism in the rat cortex; induction of masculine mounting behavior in rats) and the cardiovascular system of the dog (reflex tachycardia in response to a blood-pressure fall). In man the new compound proved to be highly active in lowering prolactin serum levels and to be more potent than bromocriptine (Parlodel®).In memory of Dr Annemarie Closse, who died 14 June 1987.  相似文献

钛及钛合金因其良好的生物相容性和力学性能被广泛用作骨科植入物,但其自身缺乏抗菌能力,易发生细菌感染而导致植入失败。为了提高其抗菌能力,在钛基植入物表面制备出了具有pH响应的抗菌涂层。通过阳极氧化在钛片表面制备了TiO2纳米管(titanium dioxide nanotubes, TNT)涂层,采用水热法合成负载庆大霉素(gentamicin, GEN)的GEN@ZIF-8,并将其修饰在TNT涂层表面,制备出GEN@ZIF-8-TNT涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对制备的样品进行表征,并测定了接触角。体外细胞培养试验表明,GEN@ZIF-8-TNT涂层没有明显的细胞毒性,表现出良好的生物相容性。抗菌试验表明,GEN@ZIF-8-TNT涂层具有较强的抗菌能力,得益于ZIF-8降解释放出的Zn2+,OH-,GEN的协同抗菌作用。  相似文献

Summary Metabolism of 26-hydroxycholesterol to 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid and other C24-bile acids has been expected to occur by way of 3-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in studies in vitro. 3-Hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid was infused intravenously into bile fistula hamsters and the following C24-bile acids were identified: 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid, lithocholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, and a small amount of cholic acid.  相似文献

用免疫组化LSAB法检测46例非小细胞肺癌rasP21和CD44的表达。结果:rasP21的阳性率鳞癌为59%,腺癌63%;CD44的阳性率鳞癌为41%,腺癌63%。统计学分析证明:不同临床分期的rasP21表达强度有显著性差异(P<001);有淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移的CD44表达程度有显著性差异(鳞癌P<001,腺癌P<0025);rasP21与CD44表达强度两者无相关性(P<005)。结论:rasP21的表达与预后不良有关,CD44的表达与淋巴结转移有关。  相似文献

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.  相似文献

CD3ε of T cell antigen receptor complex (TCR/CD3) plays an important role in the resembling of the complex and activation signaling through its conservative immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM) in the cytoplasmic tail. Previous study showed that a chimera molecule, consisting of the extracellular-transmembrane domain of human CD8α fused to the cytoplasmic domain of CD3ε, induced apoptosis of T lymphocytes, indicating that apoptotic signals were transduced through the CD3ε- ITAM. To elineate involvement of the two tyrosines in apoptotic signaling pathway, cDNAs with mutations at Y170F, Y181F and Y170F/Y181F in CD8-ε-ITAM were made by point mutation and PCR, and then cloned into pcDNA3 eukaryotic expression vectors. Stable expression cell lines were established after transfection of the expression vectors into CD8+- Jurkat T lymphocytes. Stimulation of these cell lines with anti-CD8 monoclonal antibody showed that only the cells with expression of wild type chimera CD8-ε died by apoptosis, but not those cells with expressions of mutated CD8-ε chimera, indicating that the two tyrosines in CD3ε-ITAM were required for the apoptotic signal transduction in T lymphocytes.  相似文献

It was found that C60Br24 transforms to C60 spontaneously in some solvents. The intermediate, C60Br8, can be separated in some cases. When the bromine trap, phenol, was added,p-bromophenol and other brominated product were obtained and identified. The influences of time, the kind of solvent, etc were investigated. LaCeCuMn/γ-Al2O3纳米稀土催化剂的制备及性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以纳米纤维状γ-Al2O3为载体,采用工艺路线简单的浸渍法制备了LaxCe1-xCuMn纳米稀土催化剂,并应用微反活性评价装置测试了对CO和C3H8的氧化活性。利用XRD,TEM,BET等手段,分析了产品的结构和粒子形貌。实验结果表明,催化剂活性组分在载体上分散比较均匀,平均粒径在15~20nm之间,为纳米级催化剂。La物质的量为0.4mol、活性组分质量分数为15.04%时,制得了较为纯净的钙钛矿催化剂,CO和 C3H8氧化反应中起燃温度分别可以达到161,186℃,且二者的最终转化率均在99%以上。  相似文献
