阀盘的运动特性与泵阀失效机理

对钻井泵阀阀盘运动特性进行了计算分析。结果表明，泵阀密封面联接磨损的磨损速度与密封面上的接触比压成正比，泵的冲次是影响阀盘运动规律及对阀座产生冲击的重要因素，泵阀产生磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损的主要原因是泥浆、阀盘和阀座的冲击，冲蚀磨损导致泵阀的刺蚀。因此，优化泵的工作参数是提高泵阀的密封性能、延长其使用寿命的重要途径。     

A／D转换器MC14433实际应用中若干问题的探讨

本文以一个实际的多点温度采集系统为例，对双积分型Ａ／Ｄ转换器ＭＣ１４４３３在对多点温度．循环转换过程中易出现的问题进行了分析，并结合ＭＣＳ—５１单片机系统，从软件角度提出了应注意的问题．

苯甲醛生产中氯含量的分析方法

确定了分析条件:用铂丝作催化剂,样品在氧气中燃烧;样品的质量为10mg;6％H_2O_2用量为10mL;0.5％KOH用量为2mL。采用本法,分析时间仅需20min(老方法需1h);使用的分析仪器和药品均为常用且简单的;平均误差为0.015％,平均偏差为0.05％。该法解决了由氯化苄生产苯甲醛反应的终点控制问题。     

FSH和氯■酚对猕猴超数排卵及异体授精的影响

本实验对ＦＳＨ及大剂量氯酚诱发猕猴超数排卵的效果以及两种药物对新捕获野生猕猴和多年圈养猕猴之间排卵效应和体外授精进行观察分析，结果表明ＦＳＨ每只１ｍｇ／ｄ诱发超数排卵的效果比氯酚每只５０～１００ｍｇ／ｄ效果好．氯酚诱发超数排卵的效应与剂量不呈正比．圈养的猕猴对氯酚的反应较新捕获猕猴高．两侧卵巢的卵泡发育存在交替优势现象，同一只动物两次诱排实验中间隔一次月经周期后，其卵巢对药物诱发超排效果反应良好．超排不影响猕猴的正常生育能力．用兔输卵管进行异体授精，因卵回收率低而影响成功率     

商南-商城断裂带中段大型韧性走滑剪切带研究

商南－商城断裂带中段的韧性剪切带是由多条糜棱岩带及其所夹的变质岩块体组成的大型韧性剪切带。它是以简单剪切为主要变形机制的、于绿片岩相温压条件下形成的韧性剪切带。剪切带内糜棱岩的塑性变形和恢复重结晶作用强烈。糜棱叶理产状多较陡倾，ａ线理近水平，表明为走滑断裂。大量不对称旋转构造指示该剪切带早期为左行剪切，后期在不同地段又叠加上程度不同的右行剪切     

基于PCR-RFLP的西洋参和人参指纹特征鉴定

目的建立西洋参与人参限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)的鉴定方法.方法采用改良的CTAB法从西洋参和人参中提取基因组DNA.应用生物信息学软件设计西洋参与人参核糖体DNA ITS序列的特异性引物,利用PCR技术对指定序列进行扩增,并通过RFLP方法酶切后进行指纹图谱的鉴别比较.结果提取西洋参与人参基因组DNA19 kb,并扩增核糖体122 bp大小的基因片段,经酶切后西洋参为80 bp和42 bp长度的两条片段,而人参仍然为122 bp长度的单一片段.结论西洋参与人参DNA具有特异性酶切位点,可作为西洋参与人参鉴定的有效方法,该方法简便快速,结果可靠.     

Preparation and performance of a cold gas dynamic sprayed high-aluminum bronze coating

By mixing preheated high-aluminum bronze powders with different amounts of Al₂O₃ powder, a low-pressure cold-sprayed coating was prepared and sprayed onto a Cr12MoV steel substrate. The hardness of the coating and the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate were tested with a HV-1000 microhardness tester and a mechanical universal testing machine. The surface microstructure, cross-section and tensile fracture surface of the coating were observed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Correspondingly, the influences of the preheat treatment temperature of the bronze powder and the Al₂O₃ content on the coating performance were investigated. The results indicate that the hardness of bronze powders decreased and the coating deposition rate increased after the preheating treatment of the bronze powder. The Al₂O₃ content in the mixed powders contributed to the deformation of bronze powders during the spraying process. This trend resulted in varied performance of the coating.

Effects of AlN on the densification and mechanical properties of pressureless-sintered SiC ceramics

In the present work, Si C ceramics was fabricated with Al N using B_4 C and C as sintering aids by a solid-state pressureless-sintered method. The effects of Al N contents on the densification, mechanical properties, phase compositions, and microstructure evolutions of as-obtained Si C ceramics were thoroughly investigated. Al N was found to promote further densification of the Si C ceramics due to its evaporation over 1800 °C,transportation, and solidification in the pores resulted from Si C grain coarsening. The highest relative density of 99.65% was achieved for Si C sample with 15.0 wt% Al N by the pressureless-sintered method at 2130 °C for 1 h in Ar atmosphere. Furthermore, the fracture mechanism for Si C ceramics containing Al N tended to transfer from single transgranular fracture mode to both transgranular fracture and intergranular fracture modes when the sample with 30.0 wt% Al N sintered at 1900 °C for 1 h in Ar. Also, Si C ceramics with 30.0 wt% Al N exhibited the highest fracture toughness of 5.23 MPa m~(1/2) when sintered at 1900 °C.
