泉州子城南大街街市空间研究

以明清作为时间基点,通过对史料和现存环境的定性和定量分析,研究了泉州子城南大街街市形成的背景原因、空间特征及其主要发展阶段.唐代,子城南大街作为十字街南向的主干道,道路制度效仿《考工记》体现王权和礼制氛围;五代至宋元时期,由于对外贸易繁荣和新街道制度的推行,原街道排水沟内侧出现店铺设施,形成商业和交通兼具的宽敞街市空间;明清时期,由于对外贸易停滞和人口增加,店铺进深加大且形成下店上宅的商住店宅,街市通行能力减弱空间拥挤.子城南大街的蜕变也是泉州古城走向开放型商业城市的关键要素.     

基于MATLAB的苎麻新型生物酶脱胶工艺优化模型

通过三因子二次通用旋转组合实验设计,以温度、pH值、酶液浸渍时间等为主要因子,建立以精炼残胶率为单目标的苎麻新型生物酶脱胶工艺最优化数学模型,利用MATLAB软件对最优化工艺数学模型计算,得到酶脱胶的最优化工艺条件为：温度59.86℃,pH值8.62,时间4.31 h.在最优化工艺条件下,对脱胶处理后的精干麻的质量作对比分析,结果发现酶液对麻纤维韧皮的作用更加深入,胶质的去除更加彻底,残胶率降低,纤维支数提高,纤维制成率提高.     

一种pH敏感高分子的合成及性能测定

从分子设计的角度出发,利用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、顺丁烯二酸酐三元单体共聚,制备了能固定生物大分子的pH敏感高分子材料,测得其溶解-沉淀的临界pH值为3.8。同时用傅里叶红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱对合成的共聚物的结构进行了表征。     

3种工况下多功能太阳能热泵的热泵制热水性能

简要介绍一种多功能太阳能热泵(MSAHP)系统的基本原理及其可实现的功能模式.对MSAHP样机在3种不同工况下热泵制热水性能进行了实验研究和对比分析,系统最高性能系数为6.1,在低温环境下性能系数范围也能达到1.8～5.9,表明MSAHP在热泵制热水模式下具有明显的节能效果.

Lushan M_S7.0 earthquake:A blind reserve-fault event

In the epicenter of the Lushan MS7.0 earthquake there are several imbricate active reverse faults lying from northwest to southeast,namely the Gengda-Longdong,Yanjing-Wulong,Shuangshi-Dachuan and Dayi faults.Emergency field investigations have indicated that no apparent earthquake surface rupture zones were located along these active faults or their adjacent areas.Only brittle compressive ruptures in the cement-covered pavements can be seen in Shuangshi,Taiping,Longxing and Longmen Townships,and these ruptures show that a local crustal shortening occurred in the region during the earthquake.Combining spatial distribution of the relocated aftershocks and focal mechanism solutions,it is inferred that the Lushan earthquake is classified as a typical blind reverse-fault earthquake,and it is advised that the relevant departments should pay great attention to other historically un-ruptured segments along the Longmenshan thrust belt and throughout its adjacent areas.     

Fine-mapping of SRT7 for short roots and identification of its candidate in rice

Three allelic short root mutants were identified by screening mutants with defective root elongation of the rice japonica cultivar Nipponbare mutant library generated via 60 Co γ-ray irradiation mutagenesis. These mutants, designated srt7-1 (short root 7-1), srt7-2 and srt7-3, respectively, had an extremely short seminal root, adventitious roots and lateral roots.
