海口市番茄反季节栽培品种比较试验初报

海口市番茄生产的正常季节是冬种春收。其产量虽然较高,但产值较低。本试验是通过引进耐热番茄品种,将播种期推迟到二月春种夏收,即反季节栽培。试种结果初步表明:泰引3号、扬帆2号等引进品种,在气温较高的条件下,植株生长正常,座果率较高,产量与品质能达到当地正常季节栽培的水平。我们初步认为,泰引3号比较理想,可在海口市郊进一步试种。     

Choroidal and iris angioarchitecture of the newt: A scanning electron-microscopic study of vascular corrosion casts

The corrosion cast technique provided for the first time an excellent three-dimensional visualization of the vascular pattern of the choroid and iris in the newt eye. The results show the presence of a single arterial afference to the choroidal and iris capillaries: the ophthalmic artery is the origin fo both ciliary arteries and the long posterior ciliary artery. Slightly behind the equatorial circumference of the eyeball the venous drainage consists of a single vessel on the dorsal side and two distinct vessels on the ventral one. It receives blood from both iris and choroid. The surface of the plastic endocasts shows some details of fine luminal structures of the endothelial cells. Shallow depressions may be regarded as imprints of endothelial cell nuclei, and they are distinctly different for arteries and capillaries. The angioarchitecture of the newt eye differs from that of brain in that hairpin-shaped capillary loops are not observed at all.     

理想非线性单组分色谱模型理论解与实验的比较

用气相色谱的分析方法研究了理想非线性单组分不同温度下的流出曲线，用＂特征点＂法回归出了各组分的物理常数Ｇ和ｂ，代入理论模型公式，并与实验结果进行子比较。     

太阳电池I－V数据采集系统

本文利用ＩＥＥＥ－４８８接口板，Ｋｅｉｔｈｌｅｙ６１７静电计，ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ微机，编程实现了太阳电池Ｉ－Ｖ数据的自动采集、存储．以ａ－Ｓｉ：ＨＰｉｎ型太阳电池为样品，计算出相应的电池参量，验证了该系统的可行性和准确性．     

生物荧光激发滤光片及栅滤光片的研制

本文论述生物荧光激发滤片及栅滤光片的膜系设计，压缩滤光片通带的新方法以及制备滤光片所采取的工艺措施。

本文阐述了一个由８０９８单片机结合硬件所构成的中频电源故障诊断自动检测系统．开发和利用它丰富的软件来实现和完善中频电源故障的自动检测、诊断和处理能力．     

Phenological studies of selected savanna mosses of south-western Nigeria

It was established that there is little diversity of bryophytes in the derived savanna. Mosses were found in the sampling sites, whereas liverworts were rarely observed. The reproductive methods of four dominant sexually reproducing savanna mosses —Archidium ohioense, Bryum coronatum, Fissidens minutifolius andTrachycarpidium tisserantii were monitored over two consecutive rainy seasons. Protonemal and gametophyte production were noticed in the field in March/April, and capsule dehiscence and spore dispersal occurred in September/October. The sequential stages of development, starting with gametangial production and ending with the falling of the dehisced capsules, occurred within the rainy season. However,A. ohioense andT. tisserantii did not discharge their spores easily (cleistocarpous), unlike the stegocarpous speciesB. coronatum andF. minutifolius. Water availability and possibly high humidity may have contributed to growth. The short period between sex organ formation and dehiscence of capsule seen in these studies, compared with the longer period in some temperate mosses, may be an advantage for bryophytes in a savanna environment.     

生长调节剂对大叶白蜡幼苗生长的影响

对一年生大叶白蜡实生苗用3种不同浓度的赤霉素（GA3）、ABT生根粉7号（ABT7）、萘乙酸（NAA）进行处理。结果表明，3种生长调节剂对大叶白蜡幼苗生长有明显的促进作用。处理后的苗木提高，生长加快，茎干增粗，叶片增大，抗性增强，其中以50mg/L的GA3作用最为显著。     

Are you growing systems thinking managers? Use a systems model to teach and practice organizational analysis and planning,management policy,and organizational development

This paper discusses the use of the Kast and Rosenzweig systems and contingency model for teaching and practice in organizational analysis and planning, management policy, and organizational development. The need for an organizational model for graduate students and field-based managers and executives is identified. The model is presented beginning with the Kast and Rosenzweig work, with integration of research by Daft, Schein, Trist, Deal and Kennedy, Ackoff, Delbecq, and Mintzberg. The teaching and practice uses of the model in four areas are presented, including organizational analysis and planning, management policy making, and organizational development. In each area case examples of the use of the model in teaching and practice are presented. Needs for future research and implications for the use of the model are discussed.     

Resistant orthogonal procrustes analysis

In this paper two alternative loss criteria for the least squares Procrustes problem are studied. These alternative criteria are based on the Huber function and on the more radical biweight function, which are designed to be resistant to outliers. Using iterative majorization it is shown how a convergent reweighted least squares algorithm can be developed. In asimulation study it turns out that the proposed methods perform well over a specific range of contamination. When a uniform dilation factor is included, mixed results are obtained. The methods also yield a set of weights that can be used for diagnostic purposes.
