高校校报的工作定位、稿源保证、质量提高、读者关注程序等一直是校报能否健康发展，顺利完成自身使命的几个不可忽视的重要问题，本文结合高校办报特点和个人工作经历，从四个方面探讨繁荣发展高校校报的有效途径。     

Construction of Cubic Dynamic and User-oriented Taxonomy forAutomatic Classification of Internet Information

Based on the requirements of the development of Internet, thenecessity of establishing cubic dynamic and user-oriented taxonomy for automatic classification is presented. Then the basic algorithm to construct such taxonomy is discussed. The view is up to date in current world.

On Almost Controllability of Dynamical Complex Networks with Noises

This paper discusses the controllability problem of complex networks. It is shown that almost any weighted complex network with noise on the strength of communication links is controllable in the sense of Kalman controllability. The concept of almost controllability is elaborated by both theoretical discussions and experimental verifications.

战役后勤基地(兵站)单位优化配置遗传算法设计

在战役后勤基地(兵站)配置位置确定的条件下，对单位配置的军事规则进行了量化描述，建立了合乎配置问题实际的目标函数，进而形成对应于遗传算法的适应度函数；建立了战役后勤部署单位优化配置的遗传算法模型，其简化的模型已在某战役后勤部署辅助决策支持系统中得到初步应用，取得了良好的配置效果，得到了军事专家的肯定。     

任意阶微分代数方法的面向对象编程实现

为给研究非线笥系统传递性质提供一个简便、有效的工具，研究了新近出现的微分代数的基本理论，在ＶＣ＋＋环境中编制了一个ＤＡ／ＴＬＣ软件包，实现了任意高阶微分代数的功能。通过一些例子对此软件进行了计算测试，其结果与解析解完全一致，这为任意高阶微分的计算提供了一种可达到机器匠极为简便的数值工具，可用于非线性系统任意阶传递性质的分析计算。     

水稻仙粳杂种四倍体的人工诱导

以一种极端类型粳亚种的二倍体杂种为材料，杂种幼穗的愈伤组织用秋水仙碱处理获得四倍体植株，幼穗在含不同浓度的2，4－D和KT的培养基上愈作组织的诱导率不同，2，4－D为2．0mg/L，KT为1．0mg/L，愈伤组织和诱导率最高，达55．6％，秋水仙碱在500mg／L的浓度加倍效果最高，达40％，同时比较分蘖斯秧苗和萌发种子的诱导率，仍以愈伤组织和加倍效果最好。

The optimum technique for silk finishing with a silicone -containing epoxide A is as follows: The silk fabrics is twodipped - two - nipped in a finishing liquid with 6 % (w/w) of the silicone - containing epoxide A, and 0.3 % ofcatalyst with a pick- up of 100% ± 2%, then drying at60℃ for 3.5 min, finally steaming at 110℃ for 7 min.After crease resistant finishing with the silicone-contain-ing epoxide A, silk can greatly improve both the dry andwet resiliencies.
