民族工作缺失与民族工作过度——城市化进程中需要关注的若干民族问题

从长期工作和实践的角度出发,阐述了当前都市民族工作中存在的现实问题,提出了“民族工作的缺失”和“民族工作的过度”等概念。     

Resource Search in Unstructured Peer-to-Peer System Based on Multiple-Tree Overlay Structure

We propose a multiple-tree overlay structure for resource discovery in unstructured P2P systems. Peers that have similar interests or hold similar type of resources will be grouped into a tree-like cluster. We exploit the heterogeneity of peers in each cluster by connecting peers with more capacities closer to the root of the tree. The capacity of a peer can be defined in different ways （e.g. higher network bandwidth, larger disk space, more data items of a certain type etc.） according to different needs of users or applications.     

On the verge of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Umdeutung</Emphasis> in Minnesota: Van Vleck and the correspondence principle. Part one

In October 1924, The Physical Review, a relatively minor journal at the time, published a remarkable two-part paper by John H. Van Vleck, working in virtual isolation at the University of Minnesota. Using Bohr’s correspondence principle and Einstein’s quantum theory of radiation along with advanced techniques from classical mechanics, Van Vleck showed that quantum formulae for emission, absorption, and dispersion of radiation merge with their classical counterparts in the limit of high quantum numbers. For modern readers Van Vleck’s paper is much easier to follow than the famous paper by Kramers and Heisenberg on dispersion theory, which covers similar terrain and is widely credited to have led directly to Heisenberg’s Umdeutung paper. This makes Van Vleck’s paper extremely valuable for the reconstruction of the genesis of matrix mechanics. It also makes it tempting to ask why Van Vleck did not take the next step and develop matrix mechanics himself. This paper was written as part of a joint project in the history of quantum physics of the Max Planck Institut für Wissenschaftsgeschichte and the Fritz-Haber-Institut in Berlin.     

The Response of Debris-Flow Events to Solar Proton Flares （Ⅰ）

By analyzing the observation data from Dongchuan Debris Flow Observation and Research Station and historical data from year 1965 to 1990 gotten from National Astronomical Ob-servatories/Yunnan Observatory,the responding of debris flow in Jiangjia Ravine to Solar Proton Flare is studied. The following conclusion can be drawn. Solar Proton Flare,as one of most im-portant astronomical factors,affects the activity of debris flow in Yunnan. Generally,from 1965 to1990,the more active Solar Pro-ton Flare is,the greater the probability of high frequency and large runoff of debris flow is. On the contrary,the less active Solar Pro-ton Flare is,the greater the probability of low frequency,small runoff,and low sediment transport of debris flow is.     

Bang bang control of unified chaotic system

The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. 计算复特征灵敏度的代数法

对于复特征灵敏度分析问题，文中给出了一种代数法求解公式。从理论分析的角度来说，所提出的方法既适全于单频，也适合于重频。为了说明算法的数值稳定性，文中给出了严格的数学证明。     

平面刚架稳定问题的一种非线性分析方法

本文构造了既体现轴压力又体现侧向位移与轴向位移耦合因素的杆单元刚度方程,借助叠代逼近法处理非线性问题,综合杆件有限元分析的简便性与非线性分析方法的严密性,对受有水平和竖直均布载荷的单层与多层刚架稳定问题进行了研究,计算结果反映了多种因素对刚架力学响应的影响,得出有益的分析结论。     

合成金属有机(高分子)铁磁体

本文介绍了纯有机(高分子)磁体及金属有机(高分子)磁体的种类、结构和发展慨况,并概述了近年来我们所合成的常温稳定二茂铁型有机(高分子)铁磁体及其应用前景.     

L角钢挡板塔盘吸收性能的试验研究

经氨空气水物系吸收性能试验表明,L 角钢挡板塔盘具有结构新颖简单、加工安装方便、生产能力大、板压降小、效率高、传热传质效果好等特点,是一推广应用的新塔型,并提出冒夫里板效率 E_(mv)和体积传质系数 K_(yv)的关联式.     

韭菜凝集素的纯化及部分性质的研究

用葡聚糖凝胶柱层析法从韭菜的叶片组织分离出一种对新鲜兔红细胞有强烈凝集作用的凝集素，ＰＡＧＥ鉴定和高碘酸－Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ试剂反应均显单一条带。ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析表明该凝集素含有３个亚基，其相对分子质量分别约为３１０００、２４０００和２１０００。韭菜凝集素具有一定的热稳定性，在酸、碱处理中该凝集素对碱处理较酸处理稳定，氨基酸组成分析表明韭菜凝集素含有１４种氨基酸，其中半胱氨酸含量较高。
