椭圆形基坑支护土压力分布理论初探

为使基坑设计更加科学合理,分析了椭圆形基坑支护的变形和土压力分布情况。结果表明:椭圆形支护上存在4个土压力转变点,在转变点处土压力会发生主、被动之间性质的转变;作用于支护上的土压力值是区别于经典理论的“类主动土压力”和“类被动土压力”,它们之间存在一定的比例关系。根据椭圆形支护上土压力的分布模式,提出了3种确定椭圆形支护土压力的方法。

针对会员理财的需求如何最大可能地发掘他们的关注点,是一个理财系统所最为关心的内容.基于聚类分析的挖掘技术可以从大量的数据中抽取潜在的、有价值的信息,而通过人工神经网络技术中的优化算法,则可以明显地提高数据挖掘的效果.     

A new approach to the generation of initial perturbations for ensemble prediction: Conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation

Conditional nonlinear optimal perturbation （CNOP）, which is a natural extension of singular vector （SV） into the nonlinear regime, is applied to ensemble prediction study by using a quasi-geostrophic model under the perfect model assumption. SVs and CNOPs have been utilized to generate the initial perturbations for ensemble prediction experiments. The results are compared for forecast lengths of up to 14 d. It is found that the forecast skill of samples, in which the first SV is replaced by CNOP, is comparatively higher than that of samples composed of only SVs in the medium range （day 6-day 14）. This conclusion is valid under the condition that analysis error is a kind of fast-growing ones regardless of its magnitude, whose nonlinear growth is faster than that of SV in the later part of the forecast. Furthermore, similarity Index and empirical orthogonal function （EOF） analysis are performed to explain the above numerical results.     

比格犬生化指标及不同性别的比较

目的建立比格犬血液生化参考值。方法采用Beckman全自动生化测定仪对51只比格犬的27项生化指标进行测定,并进行统计分析和差异显著性检验。结果比格犬仅有2项脂类指标雌雄之间差异显著。结论多数比格犬的生化指标雌雄之间差异不显著,血液生化指标的一致性较好。     

Preventing Dropping Packets Attack in Sensor Networks： A Game Theory Approach

Focusing on dropping packets attacks in sensor networks, we propose a model of dropping packets attack-resistance as a repeated game based on such an assumption that sensor nodes are rational. The model prevents malicious nodes from attacking by establishing punishment mechanism, and impels sensor networks to reach a collaborative Nash equilibrium. Simulation results show that the devised model can effectively resist the dropping packets attacks（DPA） by choosing reasonable configuration parameters.     

碳纳米管的合成与制备

金属纳米颗粒和碳纳米管是两种重要的纳米材料,要实现碳纳米管的大批量制备,必须首先解决催化剂连续投放问题和催化剂与产物及时导出的问题.通过特殊的反应装置和工艺可以实现碳纳米管的连续制备,从而达到低成本大批量制备碳纳米管的目的.本文采用一个简单的方法合成了铁钴(Fe/Co)纳米颗粒,并采用化学气相沉积法实现了碳纳米管的批量合成,纳米颗粒的尺寸分布均匀,碳纳米管管径均匀、高纯度、结构完美.合成的碳纳米管机械强度高,同时还有独特的金属或半导体导电性.

Homing endonucleases: from basics to therapeutic applications

Homing endonucleases (HE) are double-stranded DNAses that target large recognition sites (12–40 bp). HE-encoding sequences are usually embedded in either introns or inteins. Their recognition sites are extremely rare, with none or only a few of these sites present in a mammalian-sized genome. However, these enzymes, unlike standard restriction endonucleases, tolerate some sequence degeneracy within their recognition sequence. Several members of this enzyme family have been used as templates to engineer tools to cleave DNA sequences that differ from their original wild-type targets. These custom HEs can be used to stimulate double-strand break homologous recombination in cells, to induce the repair of defective genes with very low toxicity levels. The use of tailored HEs opens up new possibilities for gene therapy in patients with monogenic diseases that can be treated ex vivo. This review provides an overview of recent advances in this field.     

MoO3纳米材料的合成及电化学嵌镁性能研究

以一级有机胺为模板,制了薄层状的纳米MoO3-Temp,该材料具有3.5 nm左右的层间距.对MoO3-Temp薄层状纳米材料、微米级棒状MoO2超细材料及多晶M00.的电化学嵌镁性能进行了比较,发现层状结构缩短了镁离子的迁移路径,并且在层间还可以储存电解液,从而有利于镁离子向其晶格内部迁移.
