The discovery of early Permian reef belt in east Kunlun and its significance

The early permian reef belt is distributed in the southern side of eastern Kunlun, north area of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The core-reef facies of thc reel extends from Tuosuo Lake to Huashixia. Lots of reef breccia was found at the southern slope of the mre-reef belt, and to the north of the reef belt there is back-reef limestone. Cacisponges, hydrozoa, bryozoa,Tabulozoa, Tubiphytes and red algae are the main frame-building organisms.Archaeolithoporella, laminated blue-green algaes,Tabulozoa andTubiphytes played a role of binding or encrustating. There are many kinds of epibiont in the mf, including brachiopod, gasterid, foraminifera, echinoderm and simple coral. The type and the characteristics of the reef-building organisms in eastern Kunlun and Animaqing are basically thr same as those in the south of Chi     

Signal transduction pathways mediated by colony stimulating factor-1 receptor

Colony-stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1), which is necessary for cell proliferation and differentiation, regulates both immediate and delayed early responses throughout G1 phase. The binding of CSF-1 to its receptor (CSF-1R) triggers phosphorylation of the receptor and its intrinsic tyrosine kinase. The activated receptor binds directly to cytoplasmic effector proteins, which induce multiple-signal transduction pathways. CSF-1 can induce the c-myc gene expression via Ras and Ets-related proteins. The expression of c-fos/jun family genes is also targeted following the activation of Ras. CSF-1R activates STAT1 and STAT3 to participate in signaling, but JAKs do not appear to contribute to signaling by CSF-1R. CSF-1R activates PI3-kinase, and PI3-ki can interact with downstream proteins by the MAPKK-related pathway independent of Ras/Raf. PC-PLC can enforce signaling in response to CSF-1. Furthermore, the turnover and dephosphorylation by the phosphatase SHPTP1 of CSF-1R are the major mechanism in the negative regulation of signaling by CSF-1R     

Relationship between giant magnetoresistance of NiFe/Cu multilayers and their microstructures

The (111)-orientated NiFe/Cu multilayers were prepared by magnetron sputtering method. At room temperature, saturation magnetoresistances of NiFe/CU multilayers oscillate as a function of Cu spacer layer thickness. Two peak GMR values of 19.4%, 11.6% and 11.2%, 1% appear, respectively, at Cu sublayer thickness of t_Cu,= 1.0, 2.2 nm while the deposition pressures are 0.25 and 0.45 Pa. X-ray small-angle reflections and diffuse scattering at Cu K-edge (8.979 keV) by synchrotron radiation source were used to characterize the interfacial roughness. Diffraction anomalous fine-structure scattering (DAFS) was performed to investigate the local structure of NiFe and Cu sublayers. Results show that the deposition pressure has effect on interfacial roughness of the samples obviously, and the interfacial roughness also affects the GMR values of the samples strongly.     

基于实例的工艺知识获取模型

介绍了耦合神经网络的工艺设计实例推理系统的实现方法论,提出了一种基于神经网络的工艺设计实例推理索引模型．与现存大多数实例推理系统不同,该方法用神经网络实现实例的动态分类和索引．实例层次分类的三层结构和基于特征的聚类模板概念,为实现基于符号处理的实例推理求解模式向基于神经计算的模式识别求解模式映射提供了条件．提出了基于实例的工艺知识获取模型,采用新实例的入库操作实现工艺知识的隐式获取,从而使知识获取得以简化．神经网络的自适应、自学习能力将减少系统的日常维护工作．基于实例的系统可望解决知识获取的难题．     

支持CAD／CAPP／CAM集成和并行的制造特征

由于设计和制造过程的复杂性,目前还没有一种有效的方法能彻底解决产品设计、制造和生产管理等生命周期内各个阶段的信息集成问题．探讨了并行工程下的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＭ的集成框架,提出了支持ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＭ集成和并行运行的制造特征,并在商品化ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ软件ＵＧⅡ上进行了开发工作．该系统已通过纺织行业箱体、柴油机行业的油泵以及机床厂的主轴箱等多种零件考核．     

1673K下BaO-BaF_2-Cr_2O_3渣系的热力学性质

１６７３Ｋ下,采用－ＭｏＣｒ＋Ｃｒ２Ｏ３ＺｒＯ２（ＭｇＯ）｛Ｃｕ＋Ｃｒ｝ａｌｏｙ＋（Ｃｒ２Ｏ３）ｓｌａｇＭｏ＋固体电解质电池测定了ＢａＯＢａＦ２Ｃｒ２Ｏ３渣系中Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的活度．研究结果表明,Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的活度随其浓度升高而升高,随ＸＢａＯ／ＸＢａＦ２升高而降低．根据实验及Ｘ射线衍射结果推测了该渣系的等温相图,并作出了该渣系中Ｃｒ２Ｏ３的等活度图．     

多个从方主从对策的仿射型诱导策略

讨论当主从对策中存在多个从方时,主方对多个从方的诱导策略的设计问题．给出了最优诱导策略和可诱导域的定义,研究了仿射型诱导策略的存在条件及解的结构形式,并探讨了当主方只具有对从方决策的部分观测时的诱导问题．     

不锈钢堆焊试件熔合区充氢前后的断裂韧性研究

研究了氢对不锈钢堆焊层熔合区的断裂韧性的影响作用。发现不锈钢堆焊层熔合区的断裂韧性随着充氢时间的增加而下降,结果表明,氢是引起加氢反应器不锈钢堆焊层剥离的主要因素。     

钢筋混凝土薄钢板组合剪力墙的弹性屈曲临界荷载

研究钢筋混凝土薄钢板剪力墙在侧向力作用下的弹性掘曲临界载荷计算问题,提出了相应的计算模型,导出了计算公式,并与相应实验结果比较,符合良好。
