跨文化交际与语言“出格“现象的研究

以认知和语言顺应理论为依据,讨论跨文化交际和语言"出格"现象的问题.语言是交际的工具,是文化的载体.语言与文化相互依存,相互作用.人们为了交际,就应掌握、运用语言;要交际成功,就应选择、理解语言,求得双方认知心理平衡,让语言顺应环境,并根据环境来顺应语言.     

Suppressing progress of pancreatitis through selective inhibition of NF-κB activation by using NAC

OBJECTIVE: To explore the characteristics of NF-KappaB activation in the progress of pancreatitis, the relationship with expression of TNF-alpha in the inflammatory reaction, and prevent the exacerbation of pancreatitis by using NAC. METHOD: Forty-eight rats were divided into three groups: therapy (group C), pancreatitis (group B) and control (group A). NAC served as the inhibitor of NF-KappaB activation. In the time intervals of 1.5, 3.0, 6.0, 12.0 hour, NF-KappaB activation was detected with flow cytometry (FCM) and the expression of TNF-alpha mRNA and protein with in situ hybridization (ISH) and enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA) respectively. Meanwhile, the level of lipase and amylase in the serum was assayed and the pathological change was evaluated. RESULT: NF-KappaB activation in the pancreatitis group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01), peaked at 3 hours, and was depressed by the inhibitor of NF-KappaB, NAC. The expression of TNF-alpha as well as the level of lipase and amylase in the serum also rose synchronously with activation of NF-KappaB. In contrast to group A, it was significantly different (P<0.01) in group B. After using NAC in group C, all of these values were decreased and the inflammatory reaction in the pancreas abated evidently. The pathology changes of the pancreas were shown to be alleviated in group C. CONCLUSION: First, NF-KappaB activity is intensively initiated in the course of pancreatitis and shown to have closely relationship with the release of cytokines. Second, use of NAC markedly depressed NF-KappaB activation. TNF-alpha expression is down regulated by cytokines. It is suggested that NAC probably acts as a useful agent for treatment of pancreatitis by indirectly inhibiting activation of NF-KappaB.     

Ultrastructure of spermatozoa of Bullacta exarata （philippi） and its significance on reproductive evolution and physio-ecological adaptation

The morphology and ultrastructure of Bullacta exarata spermatozoa observed by light and transmission electron microscopy are presented in this paper. The spermatozoon is composed of head with a simple acrosomal complex and an elongated nucleus, and tail with a midpiece, principal piece and an end piece. The midpiece consists of a mitochondrial ring, and the principal piece is composed of axoneme and lateral fin. The structure of B. exarata spermatozoa differs significantly from that of other gastropods, especially in the lateral fin and the principal piece, which was described scarcely before. A comparison is made between B. exarata and other gastropods, and its significance on reproductive evolution and physio-ecological adaptation is preliminarily discussed.     

Study on switched reluctance generator

The linear and non-linear math models of the switched reluctance generator (SRG) in generator mode were established in this work. The phase current and energy conversion process during generator operation were simulated by the linear math model. The non-linear math model was used to analyze the characteristics of the SRG operation in self-excitation mode and in separately-excitation mode. Some important findings on how the SRG is operated and controlled were obtained in this study, which provides theoretical basis for further design and experimental study.     

Science Letters：On stochastic optimal control of partially observable nonlinear quasi Hamiltonian systems

A stochastic optimal control strategy for partially observable nonlinear quasi Hamiltonian systems is proposed. The optimal control forces consist of two parts. The first part is determined by the conditions under which the stochastic optimal control problem of a partially observable nonlinear system is converted into that of a completely observable linear system. The second part is determined by solving the dynamical programming equation derived by applying the stochastic averaging method and stochastic dynamical programming principle to the completely observable linear control system. The response of the optimally controlled quasi Hamiltonian system is predicted by solving the averaged Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equation associated with the optimally controlled completely observable linear system and solving the Riccati equation for the estimated error of system states. An example is given to illustrate the procedure and effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.     

具有表面活性含氟丙烯酸酯的制备

利用氟碳表面活性剂FSO与丙烯酰氯反应制备了FSO丙烯酸酯,用气相色谱法分析了FSO丙烯酸酯的纯度,用IR光谱对其结构进行了初步表征。考察了物料配比和反应时间对FSO丙烯酸酯收率和纯度的影响。结果表明,在丙烯酰氯过量比为1.05和反应时间为8～10h时,FSO丙烯酸酯的收率和纯度最高。     

一种适用于软件雷达系统的数据流驱动机制

针对雷达信号处理各功能模块之间显著的流水性特征 ,结合一个通用的雷达信号处理系统———由清华大学研制的通用高速实时雷达信号处理系统的实验样机DSM(dataflow ,sharedmemoryandmultiplebusinterconnec tion) ,在研究现有静态、动态数据流驱动机制特点的基础上 ,提出了一种新型的适用于软件雷达系统的进程间准动态数据流驱动机制 ,并针对一个雷达信号处理的范例程序说明了编译器数据流驱动表的生成和系统数据流驱动的过程。     

β葡聚糖酶杂合基因bglHAM的克隆及在P.pastoris中的表达

采用PCR的方法,以Bacillus macerans总DNA为模板,构建出β-1,3-1,4葡聚糖酶杂合基因bglHAM,与巴斯德毕赤酵母表达载体pPIC9K重组,得到重组质粒pPIC9K-HAM,电脉冲转化法转化酵母菌GS115,KM71,在MM,MD平板上筛选表型,YPD-G418平板上筛选多拷贝重组子,重组菌株经甲醇诱导后,刚果红平板染色法检测到β-葡聚糖酶活性,SDS-PAGE证明表达产物的分子量约为24kD,摇瓶诱导培养筛选到的重组菌株,胞外每mL发酵液最高酶活达240U。
