Mechanical Design and Research on Process of Air Suction Drawing System of Spunbonded Nonwoven

The design guideline for the air suction drawing system with auxiliary air was analyzed, a spunbonding nonwoven system named PADHL1 - 3200 was designed and polypropylene （PP） spunbonded nonwoven fabrics with excellent properties were achieved after many trial runs. On the other hand, the suction air velocity （VA） was calculated and the influence of VA on the bonding strengh of PP nonwoven fabrics was Studied as well. It was found that VA is 1.5 - 2.5 times of the spinning velocity. With the increase of VA, PP fibers become finer and the bonding strength of PP nonwoven fabrics increases as well.     

借助Matlab遗传算法反演火山区压力源参数

首先分析了Mogi模型的经典最小二乘反演由于出现矩阵奇异或接近奇异而发散的局限性,决定采用具有全局高效搜索性和优化计算时不需要求导的遗传算法来反演火山区压力源参数。反演程序调用Matlab7.0 Release14工具箱中的选择、交叉和变异等相关程序。最后应用该程序和长白山天池火山区水准和GPS观测资料联合反演火山区压力源参数,经过比较遗传算法和阻尼最小二乘方法的反演结果,可看出2种方法结果近似,可见此方法方便快捷地实现了目标函数的最小化。     

Stepwise replication identifies a low-producing lymphotoxin-alpha allele as a major risk factor for early-onset leprosy

Host genetics has an important role in leprosy, and variants in the shared promoter region of PARK2 and PACRG were the first major susceptibility factors identified by positional cloning. Here we report the linkage disequilibrium mapping of the second linkage peak of our previous genome-wide scan, located close to the HLA complex. In both a Vietnamese familial sample and an Indian case-control sample, the low-producing lymphotoxin-alpha (LTA)+80 A allele was significantly associated with an increase in leprosy risk (P = 0.007 and P = 0.01, respectively). Analysis of an additional case-control sample from Brazil and an additional familial sample from Vietnam showed that the LTA+80 effect was much stronger in young individuals. In the combined sample of 298 Vietnamese familial trios, the odds ratio of leprosy for LTA+80 AA/AC versus CC subjects was 2.11 (P = 0.000024), which increased to 5.63 (P = 0.0000004) in the subsample of 121 trios of affected individuals diagnosed before 16 years of age. In addition to identifying LTA as a major gene associated with early-onset leprosy, our study highlights the critical role of case- and population-specific factors in the dissection of susceptibility variants in complex diseases.     

Long term monitoring of urban subsidence by Permanent Scatterer DInSAR

When using differential SAR interferometry (DInSAR) to monitor the surface deformation over a long time scale, it is often strongly affected by the spatial and temporal decorrelations and atmospheric dishomogeneities. The recently developed Permanent Scatterers (PS) technique proposed by Fertti et al. can overcome these difficulties by interpreting time-series of interferometric phase only at coherent point scatterers. In this study, we apply this PS technique using 25 ERS-1/2 scenes from 1992 to 2000 to monitor the subsidence in Suzhou. By using the linear deformation model, the deformation map in Suzhou urban area over the eight years is obtained. And the calculated results are in good agreement with the measurements of leveling.

哈贝马斯社会批判理论根基的语言学转向

生活世界理论在哈贝马斯社会批判理论中居于核心地位，但他对生活世界的理解并不是前后一致的。他早期基本上是在综合胡塞尔和许茨生活世界理论基础上而形成自己关于生活世界的理解，而他后期的社会批判理论则奠基在语言学转向后的生活世界理论基础之上。由于这一语言学转向，与其早期社会批判理论相比，他后期的社会批判理论在形式上更趋合理，在内容上更深刻，在批判的同时还形成了自己关于未来理想社会的建构理论。     

一种基于粗集理论的属性权重构造方法

提出一种新的基于粗集理论的权重构造方法来解决传统决策中主观性问题和冗余性问题,并给出了一种新的判据模式.新方法分析论述了可拓学中存在的数学逻辑错误,并与通过其他决策方法得出的结论作比较.最终通过实验分析来说明方法的有效性和可行性,从而为管理决策提供了一种新的思想.     

超临界CO2在制备PCL/水杨酸甲酯控释体系中的应用研究

本文利用超临界二氧化碳（SCCO2）对生物可降解材料--聚己内酯（PCL）进行溶胀和塑化,进而将其作为携带剂,将水杨酸甲酯嵌入到PCL中,制备含有水杨酸甲酯的PCL多孔材料,即PCL/水杨酸甲酯控释体系,并研究超临界流体条件下水杨酸甲酯的插嵌规律.研究结果表明,PCL对水杨酸甲酯有很好的吸附能力,通过测定所制备的多孔材料PCL/水杨酸甲酯体系的缓释行为,表明其多孔结构对药物分子具有一定的缓释功能,药物分子释放时间最长可达18 h以上.     

Effects of self evaluation on late ERP components

High-density event-related potentials (ERPs) were measured when participants were required to evaluate oneself, significant others (father and mother) and the most familiar public figures (Lei Feng and Jiang Qing) based on trait adjectives. There were three referential conditions and a non-referential control condition including self-evaluation (SE), significant other-evaluation (SOE), general other-evaluation (GOE), and semantic positivity-evaluation (SPE). The behavioral data showed that RTs to GOE condition were longer than the other three conditions. Scalp ERP analysis revealed that (1) SPE condition elicited a more negative N2 than SE condition, which was associated with inhibition of responses; (2) SE condition elicited a more positive P300 than SPE condition, which was an index of attention to self-relevant stimuli; (3) there was no difference on the amplitude and latency of P300 between SE and SOE conditions, which reflected that the concept of “self” included intimate others (e.g., father and mother) in Chinese culture.
