偶氮苯分子光致异构化的研究

偶氮苯类化合物分子在一定波长的光照射下会产生顺式反式的结构变化,利用东南大学分子逊实验室提出的薄膜实时演变分析技术和基于此技术所研制的系统对这一现象进行研究。我们发现甩膜法制备的异丁烯酸（２－对硝基偶氮苯）乙酯Ｐ１２薄膜在光照下的折射率的变化是由于偶氮苯分子的光致异构化造成的,用３６０ｎｍ光照使偶氮苯分子产生由反式到顺式的结构变化,再用４５０ｎｍ光照使偶氮苯分子产生由顺式到反式的结构变化。在薄膜实

钾肥对皖南红壤烟叶含钾量及烟碱含量的影响

试验结果表明,皖南植烟红壤的烟叶含钾量随施钾量的增加而增加．烟株成熟期根系附近土壤速效钾、交换性钾含量与烟叶含钾量呈明显正相关．增加钾肥用量可以降低烟叶钙含量,提高烟叶Ｋ／Ｃａ值．烟叶氮和烟碱含量随施钾量增加有下降的趋势．施钾量与烟叶还原糖的相关性不明显．     

丙烯酸—丙烯酰胺反相乳液共聚合反应动力学研究

以Ｓｐａｎ８０／ｔｗｅｅｎ８０为乳化剂（ＨＬＢ＝６．４４）、Ｋ２Ｓ２Ｏ８为引发剂、甲苯为油相,研究了丙烯酸－丙烯酰胺反相乳液共聚合反应动力学。     

A recursive method for phase retrieval in Fourier transform domain

In terms of the cascading property and additivity of the order of the fractional Fourier transform, a new recursive algorithm is presented to implement phase retrieval from intensity measurements in the Fourier transform domain. This approach simplifies significantly computational manipulations compared with conventional iterative algorithms.     

A spectral model based on atmospheric self-memorization principle

Based on the atmospheric self-memorization principle, a complex memory function was introduced and the spectral form of atmospheric self-memorial equation was derived. Setting up and solving the equation constitute a new approach of the numerical weather prediction. Using the spectral model T42L9 as a dynamic kernel, a global self-memorial T42 model (SMT42) was established, with which twelve cases of 30-d integration experiments were carried out. Compared with the T42L9, the SMT42 is much better in 500 hPa forecast not only for daily circulation but also for monthly mean circulation. The anomaly correlation coefficient (ACC) of forecast for monthly mean circulation has been improved to 0.42, increased by 0.05, and the root-mean-square error (RMSE) has been reduced from 6.09 to 4.03 dagpm.     

Comparison between varietal purity and zymogram purity in maize

The zymogram purity of 5 inbred lines, 7 single cross hybrids and 7 single cross hybrids mixed with their parental lines was examined by a vertical discontinous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results indicate that the maize hybrid impurity is mainly composed of three parts:mixed with the seeds from parents or other source, contaminated with the seeds resulting from unknown pollination and variable in genetic background. It was found that the varietal purity is higher than the zymogram purity and they showed a linear relationship. The regression mefficient (γ) between varietal purity and zymogram purity is 0.898 2. There is an average of 3.5 % variable in the field. However, using a known rate of the mixed seeds, their regression mefficient is 0.999 9. It was also found that the examinational mix rate is 0.33% higher than the known mix rate. The seedling rate of the single cross hybrids is 85.71 %, but that of hybrids mixed with their parental lines is only 77%. Therefore, it is reasonable to claim that zymogram purity is lower than the varietal purity.     

Microdissection and amplification of the chromosome arm 5S in a rice telo-tetrasomic

The rice aneuploids with telochromosomes are ideal genetic stocks for chromosome arm identification and microdissection. A rice telo-tetrasomic line with two extra short arms of chromosome 5 (5S) was used in the present study. The amrs of 5S were microdissected from the prometaphase cells in mitosis and amplified with linker adaptor PCR (LA-PCR). The amplified fmgments, ranging from 200–3000 bp, were confirmed to be from the rice chromosome arm 5S by the rice STS and miamatellite markers.

硫酸亚铁剂量计在辐射加工中的应用研究

用硫酸亚铁剂量计对６．６×１０１５Ｂｑ６０Ｃｏγ辐照装置辐射场各项剂量学参数进行了准确测量。用剂量计跟踪测量了大蒜等辐照产品的吸收剂量及剂量分布。对７５１紫外分光光度计进行了校准,测定了该仪器摩尔吸光系数,并使剂量计标准化。
