无蹼壁虎消化道组织学及组化观察初报

Ｃａｒｎｏｙ固定,常规石蜡包埋、切片、Ｈ．Ｅ染色、ＰＡＳ反应、ＲＮＡ反应,对无蹼壁虎消化道的组织学进行光镜观察．结果表明：其消化道由同心圆的粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜层组成．绒毛发达,绒毛的上皮细胞为单层柱状上皮．消化腺为分枝管状腺．ＰＡＳ反应显示柱状细胞纹状缘,杯状细胞和腺细胞呈强阳性,与分泌的粘多糖有关．ＲＮＡ反应显示腺细胞呈强阳性,与腺细胞分泌活动有关．     

Explicit analytical solutions of non-Fourier heat conduction equation for IC chip

Four basic explicit analytical solutions of non-Fourier heat conduction equation simulating IC chip thermal condition are derived. Some other analytical series solutions can also be derived with the above-mentioned basic solutions. Analytical solution has its own irreplaceable important meaning in theory. In addition, as the standard solution to check the accuracy, convergence and effectiveness of various numerical computational methods and their differencing schemes, grid generation ways and so on, the analytical solution is very useful also for the newly rapidly developing computational heat transfer.     

Buckling of a ferromagnetic thin plate in a transverse static magnetic field

An energy theory is proposed on the buckling of a ferromagnetic thin plate in a transverse static magnetic field. The analytic solution of critical field for plates is obtained by using variational method. It is shown that the critical magnetic field is not only influenced by the ratio of the thickness to the length, but also by the width, total length and the magnetic susceptibility of the specimen. Theoretical calculations agree with experiments reasonably.     

Identification and classification of subspecies of Asian cultivated rice and their hybrids

Having reviewed the major classification systems proposed by various scholars across the world, it is found thatindica andjaponica underO. sativa L. are two major directions thoroughly differentiated from the Asian cultivated rice, forming the framework of the classification structure. A system withindica andjaponica as the only two subspecies is therefore reiterated. There are various ways to determine the indica-japonica identity of hybrid rice, but the “combined morphological trait index” (CMT index) method is more efficient and easier to handle, although the isozyme analysis, molecular marker analysis and grain quality assay methods are also feasible.     

3—取代—7—二烷氨基—1,4—氧氮杂萘—2—酮的合成

以间氨基苯酚为原料,用硫酸酯进行Ｎ－烷基化,亚硝酸钠亚硝化水合肼在氮气流下还原得到２－氨基－５－二烷氨基酚,在乙醇介质中将该中间体进一步与α－酮酸乙酯进行成环反应,合成出４种３－取代－７－二烷氨基－１,４－氧氮杂萘－２－酮,该类化合物是用途广泛的新型荧光染料中间体,以此为原料制得的新型氧氮杂萘酮染料的吸收和发射谱带位置可以利用用取代基和溶剂效应在很宽的范围内移动,讨论了这些化合物具有荧光性的原因。     

玻璃池窑的计算机辅助设计 I.燃油蓄热室流液洞马蹄焰玻璃池窑

用理论和实践经验相结合的方法,采用ＢｏｒｌａｄｎＣ＋＋语言设计了一个燃油蓄热室流液洞马蹄焰玻璃池窑,用ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ１２．０版软件包绘制了三张窑炉图（平面图、横剖面图、纵剖面图）。     

水平管内环状流下两相强制对流蒸发的理论研究

分析了液膜内动力和换热特性,提出了一种环状流下的两相强制对流蒸发的６层速度分布模型,并利用比拟理论进行了分析和计算,预测其换热系数,通过与数据对比,结果表明预测值与实验数据有较好的一致性。     

492QS射流燃烧室汽油机用活塞材质试验

讨论了用混合稀土对Ａｌ－Ｓｉ共晶合金的变质工艺,测定了合金的热抗拉强度、线膨胀系数和活塞的尺寸稳定性。结果表明：加入混合稀土１％后,ＺＬ１０８号合金铁热抗拉强度提高了２６％,线膨胀系数降低,活塞的尺寸稳定性增加。

介绍了大型河工物理模型智能化采集与控制系统的开发要点,包括系统的功能、硬件设计、系统的采集与控制、软件设计以及开发工具等。运行情况证明,该系统在大型河工物理模型中应用具有可靠、高效、操作方便等特点。
