线阵技术在焊管检测中的应用

螺旋焊管管端焊缝检测方法中的胶片拍片法虽然灵敏度和分辨率高,但检测效率较低、成本高、不便于存档,图像增强器法效率高,但灵敏度、分辨率低.为此设计一套新型螺旋焊管管端焊缝检测设备,采用线扫描数字成像技术进行X射线检测.其灵敏度和分辨率优于图像增强器,检测效果达到了胶片的水平,弥补了图像增强器和胶片照相法的不足,提高了检测效率,降低了检测成本,实现了螺旋焊管无损检测的数字化.系统软件选用VC 语言进行编写,能够实现图像的降噪、焊缝提取和缺陷识别等功能.     

Effects of Genistein on Cell Cycle and Apoptosis of Two Murine Melanoma Cell Lines

The effects of genistein on several tumor cell lines were investigated to study the effects of gen- istein on cell growth, cell cycle, and apoptosis of two murine melanoma cell lines, B16 and K1735M2. These two closely related murine melanoma cell lines, however, have different responses to the genistein treat- ment. Genistein inhibits the growth of both the B16 and K1735M2 cell lines and arrests the growth at the G2/M phase. After treatment with 60 μmol/L genistein for 72 h, apoptosis and caspase activities were de- tected in B16 cells, while such effects were not found in K1735M2. Further tests showed that after genistein treatment the protein content and mRNA levels of p53 increased in B16, but remained the same in K1735M2. The protein content and mRNA levels of p21WAF1/CIP1 increased in both cell lines after treatment. The results show that genistein might induce apoptosis in B16 cells by damaging the DNA, inhibiting topoi- somerase II, increasing p53 expression, releasing cytochrome c from the mitochondria, and activating the caspases which will lead to apoptosis.     

辽宁省个人消费信贷与经济增长相互作用分析

消费信贷是促进经济发展的有效工具之一。但在我国,消费信贷尤其是个人消费信贷与经济增长间的相互作用还有待进一步的深入研究。本文以辽宁省2005年至2013年各季度个人消费信贷余额增长额、国内生产总值增长额、商品房销售增长额为研究对象,通过建立VAR模型,对辽宁省个人消费信贷与经济增长间相互作用关系进行了实证分析,并得出相应结论。     

观赏蔬菜在渝东地区的引种表现及应用评价

为丰富渝东生态涵养发展区的观赏植物资源,对30种观赏蔬菜进行了引种和应用试验,应用灰色关联度分析法对其进行了综合评价,并结合观赏蔬菜的生物学特性,对其应用途径进行了探讨,最终筛选出5种观赏蔬菜可直接用于渝东地区园林绿化,其他试验品种也具有较好的选育价值.     

生态旱育秧不同用药方式对比试验研究

试验结果表明,施用旱育保姆包种能明显提高秧苗出苗率、成秧率、单株绿叶数、茎基部宽、白根数、单株鲜干重、后期亩有效穗、结实率及苗期和大田期的抗病性。以每平方米苗床用250g过磷酸钙,氯化钾40g,40g尿素,旱育保姆包种方式表现最好576,7kg／666．7m^2,其次是每平方米苗床用250g过磷酸钙,氯化钾40g,旱育保姆包种方式553．3kg／666．7m^2,对照（ck）常规旱育秧表现最差506.6kg／666．7m^2。

介绍了金属钯充氢机理和低压条件下进行的金属钯充氢实验研究。发现在800Pa条件下,95℃时本氢-钯系统充氢率可达0.6。     

有潮河段洪水过程水位的动力数值预报方法及其应用(Ⅱ)

本文是文在如下几方面的进一步深入:将原计算区间的上游边界从离可口70km的竹岐站移到离河口20km的南平十里庵站,使下游河段洪水预见期延长到18—19h;计算了有支流的较复杂的河段;用数值模拟确定了欠缺的地形参数的等效值,使缺地形参数的河道实行数值预报成为可能;提出了现场预报的具体实施方法。     

Plasma Modification of Wool: The Effect of Plasma Gas on the Properties of the Wool Fabric

The wool fabrics were treated with low temperature plasma (LTP) using three different gases, namely (ⅰ) oxygen, (ⅱ) nitrogen and (ⅲ) 25％ hydrogen/75％ nitrogen gas mixture. After LTP treatment, the low stress mechanical properties, surface properties and thermal properties of the fabrics were investigated by kES-F (Kawabata Evaluation System) Instruments composing of KES-FBI for tensile and shear property measurement, KES-FB2 for pure bending measurement, kES-FB3 for compression measurement, KES-FB4 for surface friction and surface roughness measurement, and KES-F7 for thermal property measurement. The first four instruments were used for investigating the charaeterlstlc aspect related to fabrle hand while the last one was mainly for the fabric comfort. The properties of LTP treated fabrics under the effect of different gases were compared with the untreated fabric quantitatively.     

非线性系统流的耦合同步

基于一些自然系统混沌同步的考虑,提出了流的耦合同步法。在Ｌｏｒｅｎｚ系统中数值实验验证了我们的方法,实现了人武部分量、部分分量和单个分量上流的对称耦合的混沌同步。
