农村移民职业教育培训与万州区实施城市化战略的思考

重庆市万州区城市化战略能否顺利实现,除了受制于人口管理,就业机会、土地制度、政府职能等因素外,很大程度上取决于广大农村移民人口的科学文化素质和文明程度.区政府要从提高移民的自身素质和职业能力出发,加强"三教"统筹,发挥城市教育资源的优势,完善农村移民职业教育培训体系,加大对农村移民劳动力转移培训的扶持力度,通过各种形式的培训,促进农村移民的城市化转变.     

分子生物学设计性实验与七年制学生能力培养

通过分子克隆设计性实验,充实学生的基础理论和基本技术,引导学生独立设计实验、查阅资料解决存在的问题,促进医学专业七年制学生的能力培养.     

梁大牙: 一个另类英雄 --评小说《历史的天空》

英雄人物的成长离不开具体的历史时代环境。随着对“文学即人学”观念的深入思考,当代军旅作家们开始注重在作品中展示英雄人物的成长与具体历史时代环境的关系,塑造了一批具有个性和丰富内涵的英雄形象。徐贵祥在《历史的天空》中塑造了一位另类英雄人物——梁大牙(梁必达)形象。文章从四个方面对梁大牙的出身、经历、性格和情感进行分析,揭示了其体现出的人性复杂性和创新意义。     

Indoxyl derivatives of drug metabolites

Summary Indoxyl derivatives were detected as minor products among the urinary metabolites of two trial drugs, a benzodiazepine (GP 55 129) and a benzophenone (CGP 11 952). Their structures were elucidated by NMR and mass spectroscopy. Presumably, metabolites containing potential aldehyde functions react spontaneously with endogenous indoxyl. Such derivatives have not hitherto been encountered in drug metabolism.     

固沙植物白沙蒿化学成份的研究[Ⅰ]

从固沙植物白沙蒿中分到五个成份,经鉴定:1.亚(麻)油酸乙酯Ethyl linoleate。2.樱草素Sakuranetin,3.异樱草素Isosakuranetin,4.木波罗双氢黄酮Arto-carpanone,5、金合欢素Acacetin。亚(麻)油酸乙酯是冠心病类药物的主要成份,所以白沙蒿的发现为此类药物提供了新药源。     

地下感应式通信理论的研究

本文研究了地下矿井内,电波沿巷道内线缆传播的可行性及单线波模的传播与衰减规律,研究巷道内电小天线与线缆之间的耦合情况,从而为实际工作提供理论依据。     

Catecholamine metabolism in the vas deferens and the adrenal gland with special reference to the central catecholamine-depleted state

Experiments were carried out to elucidate the role of central catecholamines in regulating catecholamine metabolism in the vas deferens and adrenal gland of the rat. Rats were injected intracerebroventricularly (i.c.v.) with either vehicle or 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA). Groups of animals pretreated with vehicle or 6-OHDA (i.c.v.) were injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) with alpha-methyl-para-tyrosine (AMT), a tyrosine hydroxylase inhibitor. Catecholamine turnover rates were estimated by determining norepinephrine or epinephrine content after administrating AMT.Central norepinephrine and dopamine contents decreased significantly (p<0.05) after treatment with 6-OHDA and AMT. The norepinephrine content of the vas deferens of rats pretreated with 6-OHDA was markedly reduced (p<0.001) after administration of AMT, whereas that of the vehicle-treated rats remained unchanged. Administration of 6-OHDA had no effect on the norepinephrine or epinephrine content of the adrenal gland.The present results indicate that central monoaminergic neurons have an inhibitory effect on the adrenergic neurons of the vas deferens. In contrast, this inhibitory regulation does not appear to be exerted on the adrenal glands.     

湿地松对松针褐斑病的抗性测定

从松针褐斑病（Ｌｅｃａｎｏｓｔｉｃｔａ ａｃｉｃｏｌａ）重病林分中选出３６个湿地松（Ｐｉｎｕｓ ｅｌｌｉｏｔｔｉｉ）抗病表现型优树无性系，用人工喷洒病菌孢子液接种法对其进行抗病测定，结果表明，有２２个是高度抗病的。与用松针褐斑病产生的毒素粗提液处理上述无性系的离体针叶进行抗病性测定的结果基本一致，相关系数为０．８０。     

单片机控制的可变正(余)弦函数发生器

介绍一种用单片机控制的结构简单、成本低的正(余)弦函数发生器,论述了其基本原理,给出了硬件框图和软件框图,可用于计算机控制的调速系统中。     

Nras loss induces metastatic conversion of Rb1-deficient neuroendocrine thyroid tumor

Mutations in the gene encoding the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor predispose humans and mice to tumor development. Here we have assessed the effect of Nras loss on tumor development in Rb1 heterozygous mice. Loss of one or two Nras alleles is shown to significantly reduce the severity of pituitary tumors arising in Rb1(+/-) animals by enhancing their differentiation. By contrast, C-cell thyroid adenomas occurring in Rb1(+/-) mice progress to metastatic medullary carcinomas after loss of Nras. In Rb1(+/-)Nras(+/-) animals, distant medullary thyroid carcinoma metastases are associated with loss of the remaining wild-type Nras allele. Loss of Nras in Rb1-deficient C cells results in elevated Ras homolog family A (RhoA) activity, and this is causally linked to the invasiveness and metastatic behavior of these cells. These findings suggest that the loss of the proto-oncogene Nras in certain cellular contexts can promote malignant tumor progression.
