本文提出了滚齿时基面内切削厚度的计算方法．该方法可作为深入研究滚齿切削过程的理论基础．     

Preparation of organic thin-film field effect transistor

The organic thin-film field effect transistor was prepared through vacuum deposition by using teflon as di-electric material. Indium-tin-oxide acted as the source and drain electrodes. Copper phthalocyanine and teflon were used as the semiconductor layer and dielectric layer, respectively. The gate electrode was made of Ag. The channel length between the source and drain was 50 μm. After preparing the source and drain electrodes by lithography, the copper phthalocyanine layer, teflon layer and Ag layerwere prepared by vacuum deposition sequentially. The field effect electron mobility of the device reached 1.1×10ˉ6 cm2/(V@s), and the on/off current ratio reached 500.     

板材辊式矫直机辊数研究

本文根据弹塑性弯曲理论，应用迭代法计算了板材一次弯曲矫直时的弯曲力矩和相应的反弯曲率，计算给定方案下形成的残余曲率，给出了压下量与反弯曲率的数学表达式．对于一定的矫直精度要求，提出了上排工作辊集体倾斜调整的辊式矫直机辊数的计算方法．     

并行广义预测自校正控制器(GPC)

本文旨在讨论ＧＰＣ算法［１，２］的并行化问题，通过对原串行算法的数据流及数据相关性的分析，得到了一种三角阵列的并行算法。该算法自然导致Ｓｙｓｔｏｌｉｃ结构，并具有良好的数值稳定性。对于一个 ｎ阶系统而言，本算法采用Ｏ（ｎ２）阶的处理器单元互连成三角阵列，可以把计算时间由原来的Ｏ（ｎ３）阶（内积运算）时间提高到 Ｏ（ｎ）阶，因而具有 Ｏ（ｎ２）的加速比，其处理器的利用效率得到了很大提高。     

CH_3COONa·3H_2O-Na_2SO_4·10H_2O截面

用步冷曲线法和DSC法测定了CH_3COONa·3H_2O-Na_2SO_4·10H_2O截面,得到了体系的多温图。结果表明,此截面的两条三次结晶水平线的温度值分别为: 液+Na_2SO_4(?)Na_2SO_4·10H_2O+CH_3COONa·3H_2O_2:18.2℃; 液+CH_3COONa(?)Na_2SO_4+CH_3COONa·3H_2O:58.1℃。     

数据包络模型的随机性研究

利用最小绝对误差估计和机会约束规划，本文研究了数据包络模型中的随机性问题，建立了一系列线性与非线性规划的数据包络模型。并对模型解的存在和鲁棒性作了讨论。

新型荧光增白剂的合成和表征

以4,4'-二(氯甲基)联苯、亚磷酸三乙酯、2,4-二氯苯甲醛为原料通过Arbuzow重排和Wittig-Horner缩合反应合成了新型荧光增白剂4,4'-双(2,4-二氯苯乙烯基)联苯.该化合物用IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS、元素分析等进行了结构表征.荧光分析表明其强度比常用的荧光增白剂VBL高4.5倍.     

Mathematical model of the identical slope surface

The formation of the identical slope surface and the method of construction are discussed. On the basement of building the parameter equation of variable-radius circle family envelope, the frequently used parameter equation of the identical slope surface of the top of taper moving along column helix, horizental arc and line is built. The equation can be used to construct the identical slope surface’s contours, gradient lines and three dimensional figures correctly. 外加剂对磷铝酸盐水泥凝结时间的影响

主要研究了外加剂对磷铝酸盐水泥凝结时间的影响，并探讨了磷铝酸盐水泥水化试件中的ζ电位、电导率（κ）和水泥粒子对外加剂吸附量与凝结时间的关系。结果表明：外加剂对磷铝酸盐水泥有显著的缓凝作用，且在外加剂作用下，ζ－电位和电导率之间有很好的相关性。
