二维DNA晶体在水-甲醇体系中生长的研究

报道了一种新的DNA晶体的生长体系,即甲醇-水(甲醇体积比50%)体系.甲醇-水体系是DNA晶体生长较宽松、容易的环境.TEM和AFM观察到在甲醇-水体系中生长的DNA晶体比在水中生长的DNA晶体更大,而且DNA晶体的构象发生了明显的变化,可能存在有B-,A-和Z-3种构象.

从虎杖中提取蒽醌类成分的微型化学实验

根据虎杖中游离蒽醌酸性的不同,采用微型化学实验仪器用不同碱度的碱水分别萃取不同酸性的蒽醌成分,成功地从虎杖中提取并分离了蒽醌类中大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚等有效成分。     

甲烷部分氧化制合成气负载型过渡金属催化剂性能的研究

考察了负载在不同载体上的过渡金属催化剂用于甲烷部分氧化(POM)制合成气反应的催化性能.结果发现,负载型贵金属催化剂一般表现出比过渡金属催化剂更好的POM反应性能,活性金属组分在载体上的分散度可以影响其催化性能,但金属的电子组态对催化剂性能的影响更为明显,适中的未成对d电子对POM反应是有益的.在各种载体材料中,SiO2等低酸性且无明显氧化还原性能的材料是制备POM反应催化剂的良好载体,在所研究的各种催化剂中,SiO2负载的Rh催化剂具有最佳的POM反应性能.反应条件可以明显地影响POM反应的性能,升高温度有利于提高甲烷转化率和CO选择性,原料气中过高的VCH4/Vo2不利于POM反应的进行.

基于灵敏度的模拟电路测试参数分析

介绍了一种提取电路最佳可测性参数集以诊断电路故障的新方法。利用灵敏度法分析了电路中故障元件和可测性参数之间的关系,推导出由电路可测性参数表示的故障元件容差最大值和最小值的表示式,得到诊断故障元件的最佳可测性参数,最后利用数据优化算法得到电路故障诊断的最佳可测性参数集。利用所介绍方法分析了一个低通滤波器电路,得到诊断该电路故障的最佳参数集。由于只需较少的可测性参数即可完成电路的故障诊断,因此本方法不仅计算简单,而且可有效地缩短测试时间和降低测试成本。
