Mechanism of Citric Acid Crosslinking in Cotton Fabrics

Citric acid (CA), which is cheap and nontoxicity, was regarded as the most likely formaldehyde - free durable press finishing reagent to be commercialized. To improve the drawbacks of CA finishs such as yellowing and less durability to home laundering, further research should be done. In this paper, a method had been found to differentiate ester crosslinkings from ester attachments on CA treated fabric and the variations of both ester crosslinkings and ester attachments under different curing conditions were also studied.     

免疫沉淀法分离纯化感染细胞保的甲肝病毒RNA

本研究采用抗血清（多抗血清）沉淀甲肝病毒，并用盐酸胍－酸性酚，氯仿一生法分离纯化病毒ＲＮＡ。此方法能排除非病毒ＲＮＡ的污染，操作简单，要求条件较低，ＲＮＡ的纯度和完整性都较好。

轨道交通——站间距优化模型在郑州市地铁建设中的应用

本文采用轨道交通站间距优化,通过C语言程序编程求解最优站间距,并对郑州市即将竣工的地铁1号线2号线站点数设置的合理性进行了评价。在此基础上,对郑州市地铁3、4、5、6号线的模型解答进行了修正,最终得出其最优站点数分别为31、24、30、19,为后序修建的地铁站间距的设置提供理论指导。

Influence of Weave on Fabric Wrinkle Recovery Property before and after Resin Treatment

Cotton fabrics with different weaves are designed and the influence of weave on wrinkle recovery property and tensile property is analyzed. Weave type plays a prominent part in determining fabric wrinkle recovery property and tensile property. Weave factor C is in direct relation to wrinkle recovery angle and in inverse relation to tensile property. This trend also exists after resin treatment. 3/1 left-twill fabric shows good wrinkle recovery angle and lest tensile loss after resin treatment.     

体育心理学原理在体育教育专业乒乓球专项教学中的渗透

运用文献综述法,本文针对体育院校教育专业的特殊情况,对乒乓球专项教学中的心理学原理的运用进行了研究和探讨,提出了若干建议,使乒乓球教学更好地适应新课程大纲要求。     

Preparation of HPMA and Its Application in Durable Press Finishing of Cotton Fabric

A series of hydrolyzed poly(maleic anhydride)(HPMA) is synthesized by using maleic anhydride as the monomer and hydrogen peroxide as the initiator.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time period and amount of initiator on the double bond residue in the products are studied to decide a suitable synthesizing process.Thepreferable amount of the initiator is 50 wt％,and thepolymerization should be carried out at 105℃ for two hours.Cotton fabrics are finished with the synthesized products and several commercial HPMAs,respectively.And the performance properties of the finished fabrics are compared.The fabric finished with the synthetic HP-MA using the above-mentioned synthesizing process isimparted a high wrinkle recovery angle.     

棒状链霉菌扩环酶R306位点的定点突变

目的:通过对棒状链霉菌的脱乙酰氧基头孢菌素C合酶(DAOCS)C末端R306位点突变,改变酶的活力和底物专一性。方法:利用生物信息学和空间结构分析推测,利用定点突变技术,对DAOCS的C-末端R306位点进行定点突变。结果:将DAOCS的C末端R306位点突变为其它3种性质相异的氨基酸,显示酶的活力和底物专一性都有一定改变。结论:DAOCS的C末端修饰对于提高酶活力或改变酶的底物专一性是一个非常有效的策略。     

试论我国民间组织建设存在的问题

目的:试论我国民间组织建设存在的问题。方法:结合实际,提出民间组织存在的几个问题:1.民间组织遵纪守法意识不强,有法不依、无法可依现象较为普遍;2.内部制度不完善,尚未实现自我治理;3.缺乏自觉接受监督意识,公开、透明度不够。结论:正视我国民间组织建设存在的问题,才能究其原因,对症处理,改进工作,从根本上加强我国民间组织建设。
