以硫酸锰、硫酸锌和硫酸亚铁为原料,草酸铵为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备了纳米级锰锌铁氧体粉体,研究了铁氧体的晶相及其磁性质,并分析了材料组成对其性质的影响.实验结果表明,锰锌铁氧体具有良好的铁磁性,并且随Zn摩尔分数的降低、Fe摩尔分数的增加,铁氧体的磁化率逐渐增大,居里温度逐渐变低.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备了锌含量x=0.1~0.4的钴锌铁氧体薄膜.X射线衍射结果表明,所有样品均为单一的尖晶石结构,样品的晶化温度较低,晶粒尺寸在12~36 nm之间.样品的晶格常数随锌含量的不同有少许变化.磁测量显示,样品的比饱和磁化强度随锌含量的不同变化显著,这是由Zn2+在尖晶石结构中的占位引起的.变温磁测量显示,样品的居里温度随锌含量的增加而降低.  相似文献

采用反复冷冻、融化的方法制备了不同浓度、相同循环次数的聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶和相同浓度、不同循环次数的PVA水凝胶。测试了PVA水凝胶的拉伸性能、溶胀率,再溶胀动力学。结果表明,拉伸强度随PVA含量的增加而增加;当浓度相同、循环次数不同时,再溶胀率随循环次数的增加而增加;当达到一个峰值时,随循环次数的增加而降低;当循环次数相同、浓度不同时,再溶胀率随浓度的增加而增加;当达到一个峰值时,随浓度的增加而降低。用物理交联和化学交联的方法制备了PVA/PAA互穿网络水凝胶,测试再溶胀行为,发现PVA/PAA互穿网络水凝胶具有温度敏感性。  相似文献

As2O3磁性纳米微球的研制及表征   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:8  
采用改良的乳化冷冻凝聚法制备As2O3磁性纳米微球,用能谱仪、透射电镜、原子荧光分光光度计、原子吸收分光光度计、图像分析仪和动力渗析系统等进行特性研究.结果显示所制备的As2O3磁性纳米微球近似球形,粒径为(190±50)nm,其中含As2O3(0.659 89±0.42)μg/mg,锰锌铁氧体磁性纳米粒子(69.570 27±0.36)μg/mg,缓释性好.用作微球载体Mn0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4的居里温度为105.407 ℃,其不同浓度的磁流体在高频交变磁场下可升温至43~47 ℃并保持不变. 实验结果表明,采用改良的乳化冷冻凝聚法可以成功制备As2O3磁性纳米微球,并为载药磁性微球及磁流体热疗的研究提供了理论及实验依据.  相似文献

以不同纯度麦冬皂苷为实验材料,采用紫外分光光度法测定各类样品对兔血红细胞的溶血率,绘制溶血率—质量浓度曲线,并比较不同纯度下相同质量浓度的麦冬皂苷的溶血作用.实验数据显示:当皂苷纯度为4%,质量浓度为0.06 mg/m L时,未出现溶血,质量浓度为0.12 mg/m L时,溶血率上升至13%;当皂苷纯度为17%,质量浓度为0.06 mg/m L时,未出现溶血,质量浓度为0.12 mg/m L时,溶血率上升至15%;当皂苷纯度为73%,质量浓度为0.03 mg/m L时,未发生溶血,质量浓度为0.06 mg/m L时,溶血率上升至12.5%.结果表明,麦冬皂苷具有体外溶血作用,其溶血率随皂苷浓度升高而增大;而在相同质量浓度时,其溶血率随纯度的增加而升高.  相似文献

研究了常用食用油脂和加热方式对小麦淀粉结构和体外消化性的影响.首先将黄油、棕榈油、大豆油等食用油与小麦淀粉按1∶5的比例(质量比)共混,然后对其分别进行恒定高温和持续升温两种热处理,制备淀粉-脂质复合物,并测定了复合物的脂质含量、颗粒形貌、结晶结构、热力学性质及体外消化性.结果表明:淀粉与脂质复合后,结合脂质含量显著增加,其结晶结构由A型转变为A+V型,其中棕榈油更易与小麦淀粉形成稳定的复合物;与恒定高温相比,持续升温热处理形成的复合物更稳定,且复合物的慢消化淀粉(SDS)及抗性淀粉(RS)含量均显著增加;恒定高温热处理后,小麦淀粉-大豆油复合物的SDS含量最高,为15.8%;持续升温热处理后,小麦淀粉-棕榈油复合物的SDS含量最高,达16.4%.  相似文献

采用原位同生法成功地制备了纳米铜改性酚醛树脂.利用X射线衍射分析和透射电子显微镜对所制备的树脂进行了表征,结果显示酚醛树脂中的纳米铜粒子分散良好,粒径为10~40nm.通过热重分析、冲击试验和摩擦试验,分别研究了纳米铜对酚醛树脂及摩擦材料性能的影响,结果表明:随纳米铜含量的增加,酚醛树脂的初始分解温度和半分解温度先升高后降低,在其质量分数为7%时分别达到最大值;随纳米铜含量的增加,摩擦材料的冲击强度先增大后下降,在其质量分数为5%时达到最大值;纳米铜可改善摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能,尤其在高温下可使摩擦材料的热衰退明显减轻,磨损率显著下降.  相似文献

根据Shliomis体积满足的解析关系式,理论分析了磁性颗粒浓度、环境温度和外磁场强度与方位对磁流体的Shliomis体积的影响,并通过数值模拟计算进行了定量的研究.结果表明,磁流体的Shliomis体积随磁性颗粒浓度的增加而增加;随环境温度的增加而减小,在远离磁流体熔点温度时趋于稳定值;随外磁场强度的增加而增加,且与外磁场和磁矩方位夹角有关.纵观各种因素,磁流体的黏度对其Shliomis体积的影响起着关键的作用.研究结果有助于深入了解磁流体中固体磁性颗粒磁矩的弛豫现象.  相似文献

采用传统陶瓷制备方法,制备一种高温钙钛矿结构0.71BiFe1-x(Mg1/2Ti1/2)xO3-0.29BaTiO3 (BFMTx-BT)无铅压电陶瓷.研究Bi(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3 (BMT)改性对该体系陶瓷微结构、介电、铁电与压电性能的影响.结果表明:在所研究的组成范围内BMT不改变陶瓷的晶体结构,居里温度随BMT含量的增加先保持不变,但随BMT的进一步增加明显降低,频率依赖性与弥散相变特征随BMT含量的增加更加明显.矫顽场随BMT含量的增加而降低,剩余极化在BMT含量x≤0.06时变化不大.添加BMT提高了陶瓷的压电常数d33,但使机电耦合系数降低.在BMT含量x=0.03时,BFMTx-BT具有优良的压电性能(d33为155 pC/N)与高居里温度(屯为420℃).  相似文献

本文配制了系列掺锌铌酸锂多晶料,测量了掺锌铌酸锂的熔化温度及居里温度随掺锌量的变化。用熔融提拉法生长了不同掺锌量的铌酸锂单晶。研究了锌在晶体中的分凝、晶体的抗光折变能力和倍频转换效率。实验结果表明:(1)在铌酸锂晶体中,随掺锌量的增加,LiNbO3:Zn的熔化温度呈下降趋势,而居里温度线性上升。(2)在掺锌铌酸锂晶体中,调节锌的掺杂量,可以找到分凝系数近于1的掺锌浓度。(3)当掺锌量大于7mo1%时,LiNbO3:Zn晶体与LiNbO3:Mg具有同样的抗光折变能力,前者的倍频转换效率比后者稍大。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
