在硅橡胶中加入交联剂,制备成有机硅膜.该膜对醇-水混合物具有良好的分离性能,实验表明:交联剂的用量,交联方式均对膜性能有很大的影响,膜内支撑材料和料液浓度对膜的渗透性能也有影响,HV法和RTV法制得的透醇膜对酒精的选择因子分别约为7和5,其通量分别约为15×10-3kg/(m2·h)和40×10-3kg/(m2·h).  相似文献

聚苯胺掺杂电位区(0.2-0.7V)循环状安图能反映在聚苯胺膜内阴离子特性,Cl^-、ClO^-4、SO^-24和NO^-3等简单阴离子在膜内可通过电位循环交换。Fe(CN)^3-6/4^-氧化还原型阴离子可掺入膜内,而呈明显的氧化还原峰(电位0.5,0.4V),聚苯胺膜可富集和分离Fe(CN)^3-4/4^-离子。对氨基苯酸磺基团阴离子,在正电位下,可与带正电荷骨架膜静电吸引,还可能有某种不可…  相似文献

我们采用改良的胶原酶消化--密度梯度离心法分离大鼠肾近曲小管细胞,从麻醉的鼠取肾脏置入KHB(Krebs-Henseleit-Buffer)液中,去髓质,取出皮质,经胶原酶Ⅰ消化后,用37%Percoll分离液(240g,5℃,离心15min)分离鼠肾近曲小管细胞,并采用fura-2/Am测定肾近曲小管细胞浆内游离ca++浓度,其值为:201.22±144.60nMol(n=12)。  相似文献

首次采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取加拿大杨树花的挥发性成分,以GC/MS/DS联用技术分离鉴定了35种组分,占总峰面积的95%,其中含量较高的是1-乙氧基丙烷(14.44%),乙酸乙酯(12.94%),1,1-二乙氧基乙烷(11.63%),苯甲醇(5.75%),2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(5.59%)等。  相似文献

报道了以硅沸石(Silicalite)为原料,添加结晶模板剂TPABr(4-n-丙基溴铵)以及碱源(NaOH)等,利用水热合成法成功地合成了高硅含量、疏水性硅沸石膜.同时探讨了硅沸石膜对各种含醇水溶液的渗透气化分离特性.研究结果表明:对乙醇/水溶液,供给液乙醇浓度4.7%(wt)时,透过液乙醇浓度达到76%(wt)以上,分离系数αe/w)达65以上;对酒精发酵液,供给液乙醇浓度4.8%(wt)时,透过液乙醇浓度达到82%(wt)以上,分离系数α(e/w)高达90以上.充分说明了所合成的硅沸石膜对酒精水溶液具有非常高的分离效果.  相似文献

探讨了1-硝基蒽醌(1-NO_2AQ)和1-氨基蒽醌(1-NH_2AQ)同时测定和分别测定的色谱条件,提出了在Shim-packCLSS-SIL色谱柱上,以正庚烷-1,4二氧六环-乙酸乙酯(65:35:5(V/V)为流动相,流量为1.5ml/min,柱温40℃,以分光光度检测器于254nm处检测时,4min内使1-NO_2AQ与1-NH_2AQ分离;5min使1-NH_2AQ与杂质分离;7min可使1-NO_2AQ与杂质分离的高效液相色谱分析法。其绝对检出下限1-NO_2AQ为0.012μg,1-NH_2AQ为0.026μg,变异系数分别为1.1%和0.96%,回收率分别为99.7%和100.2%。  相似文献

使用离体细胞内记录,研究了猫副交感性胰腺神经节细胞的5-羟色胺(5-HT)去极化反应及其离子基础。5-HT使大部份细胞(47/51)产生去极化反应。反应只有两种类型:快去极化(6/47)及慢去极化(35/47),另有6个细胞出现先快、后慢的双相去极化反应;5-HT导致的快去极化伴有膜电阻减小,向细胞内通以超极化直流电形成条件性膜超极时其幅度增大,提示Na+导增大是其离子基础;5-HT导致的不同细胞的慢去极化分别伴随膜电阻增大、减小或不变,条件性膜超极时其幅度分别增大或不变,提示不是单一离子、而是多种离子参与其形成。分别用低Na+、高K+溶液灌注神经节,5-HT慢去极化均明显减小,而低Cl-溶液则无明显效应,表明Na+导增大和/或K+导减少是5-HT慢去极化的离子基础。  相似文献

用HZSM-5,Mo/HZSM-5,Fe/HZSM-5(38)分子筛催化合成乳酸异戊酯,以Mo/HZSM-5分子筛的催化性能最好。当Mo/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂用量为1g/mol乳酸,乳酸与异戊醇的摩尔比为1:1.2,控制反应温度为150℃时,乳酸异戊酯的产率可达93.8%,催化剂可以回收连续多次使用,在6h内产率仍可保持在93%左右。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献
