以持续发展理论为核心,借助系统工程多目标优化的思想,利用协同论的观点构筑了一种新型的环境经济协调度预测模型。本模型包括两个部分,即协调度计算模型和协调度变化预测模型。协调度计算模型由功效函数,协调度和函数和环境经济协调度指标体系构成,其中指标体系的选取是协调度计算正确与否的关键。  相似文献

在城市与生态环境耦合规律的基础上,利用协同论的观点构筑了它们之间交互作用的耦合度模型。模型包括两部分即耦合度计算模型和耦合度预测模型。耦合度计算模型由功效函数、耦合度函数和城市化-生态环境耦合评价指标体系构成其中指标体系的选择是耦合度计算正确与否的关键。耦合度预测模型采用人工神经BP反馈网络。最后,以徐州市为研究对象应用此模型研究了该城市化与生态环境耦合的现状和发展趋势,为协调好它的城市化与环境建设提供了量化的决策依据。  相似文献

山东省能源经济环境系统协调发展评价有助于山东省把握能源经济环境系统发展的规律,寻求存在的不足及原因,为山东省科学持续发展提供决策依据.构建了包含三个目标、11个准则和22个具体指标的山东省能源经济环境系统协调发展评价指标体系.基于主成分TOPSIS价值函数和离差函数,构建了子系统发展度、子系统两两协调度、子系统两两协调发展度以及系统总体协调度等能源经济环境系统协调发展评价模型.运用其对山东省1995—2010年的能源经济环境系统协调发展进行评价,进而提出了促进山东省能源经济环境系统协调发展的相关对策.  相似文献

可持续发展观要求环境与经济协调发展,以发挥最大的综合效益.本文以皖江城市带为研究区域,构建了皖江城市带环境经济系统评价指标体系,分析了研究区的环境综合实力指数与经济综合实力指数;运用协调度与协调发展度模型,对皖江城市带2004-2011年环境经济系统的协调性及其演化特征进行定量评价.结果显示,协调度的平均值为0.7848,环境系统与经济系统总体上表现出一般协调水平,呈现"下降-上升-下降"的趋势,且各年间变化幅度大;协调发展度呈现先上升后下降的趋势,变化范围为0.6432到0.7614,大致处于初级协调发展经济滞后型阶段和中级协调发展环境滞后型阶段.  相似文献

通过建立经济环境综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型,对甘肃省14个市(州)的经济环境耦合度和协调度计算后进行时空格局演化分析.结果表明:从空间看,甘肃省经济环境耦合度的空间分布呈现梯次化、组团化特征,东部和南部地区的耦合度高于北部和西部;甘肃省的经济环境协调度整体处于低协调阶段,10 a间基本没有变化.从时间序列看,甘肃省大部分市(州)的经济环境耦合度出现了缓慢波动下降的趋势,市(州)之间的差距在缩小;经济环境协调度绝大部分处于缓慢上升的阶段.根据耦合度和协调度,可以将甘肃省14个市(州)划分为经济环境高耦合低协调地区、经济环境拮抗区以及经济环境低耦合低协调地区3个类型区.  相似文献

东营市地处黄河入海口,是黄河三角洲地区最为重要的中心城市.该区生态环境脆弱,在保持经济发展的同时,必须协调环境与经济之间的关系.利用主成分分析方法以及协调度评价指标体系和计算模型,对东营市2004—2010年经济资源环境协调度进行了评价研究.东营市环境与经济发展的协调程度总体来看属于协调发展类型,但其经济社会水平明显高于其资源环境水平,经济与环境协调度并非稳定发展,具有一定的波动性.其原因主要有黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的政策取向以及黄河三角洲地区生态环境严重恶化.最后提出了加大城市生态环境保护力度、大力发展循环经济等东营市生态环境与经济协调发展对策建议.  相似文献

在环境-经济系统分析的基础上,结合大连市自身的特点,建立了大连市环境-经济系统协调发展评价指标体系,采用综合指数法对其协调度和综合发展水平进行了计算。结果表明大连市环境与经济的发展关系相对趋于协调,但2002年后大连市的环境经济协调发展模式已从经济增长滞后型转变成环境发展滞后型。  相似文献

构建人口-经济-环境系统综合评价指标体系,基于熵值法和耦合协调度模型对2006~2016年长江经济带116个地区进行人口、经济与环境耦合协调度评价.研究结果表明,长江经济带116个地区的人口、经济与环境耦合协调度整体水平不高、梯度差异显著、两极分化明显,耦合协调度较高的地区普遍分布于东、中部地区,耦合协调度较低的地区普遍分布于中、西部地区,整个经济带各地区的主要协调类型为濒临失衡和轻度失衡,主要制约因素为经济因素和环境因素.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context.
