To reduce cavitation occurring on valve plate of piston pump,an optimization design method was introduced to quantitively analyze the accurate relationship between structural jet groove parameters and cavitation. Using the computational fluid dynamics( CFD) method,the absorbing and discharging processes in piston pump were simulated dynamically. The damping groove's structure effects on both jet angle and pressure shock were analyzed visually with a series of different parametrical grooves. By establishing parametrical damping groove model,the piston pumps' dynamic analysis was integrated with CFD analysis,experimental design and approximation model, etc. The mathematical model of plunger pressure during oil back period,jet angle and structural parameters of damping groove were established in the form of second-order response surface method( RSM) model. The damping groove structure of valve plate was optimized on the basis of the RSM model. Test data shows that the anti-cavitation performance of optimized valve plate was obviously improved. And this method provides theoretical foundation for the structure design of damping groove.  相似文献

This article reports a screw-driven polyhedron linear ultrasonic motor (USM) of nut-type. It is comprised of a stator, which is a threaded metal nut bonded with piezoelectric plates on its external surface, and a rotor with external threads, which engage with the internal threads of the stator. A traveling wave in the plane is stimulated on the stator when harmonic electric signals are applied to the piezoelectric plates. The traveling wave drives the rotor to rotate, and the threads transform the rotation into a linear motion. The lens can be fixed in the rotor and realize the integrated design of the auto focus system. This structure can omit retarder and directly drive to obtain a high accuracy of positioning, and it is shockproof. A mini AF cellular phone module (8.5 mm×8.5 mm×5.9 mm) driven by this motor was made and an image resolution of 3-5 MP was obtained in the module prototypes of the cellular phone.  相似文献

The computer aided engineering(CAE) analysis technique has become one of the most important means in modern automobile development due to its remarkably computing capability.With the development of CAE bussiness software and intensive research on automotive development process,the CAE technique,which was only used as an auxiliary validation tool in the later product development in the past,is gradually used in each stage of product development now.Furthermore,accurate and fast analysis data can be supplied effectively.Especially in current CAE application, based on some optimization technologies such as sensitivity,feature and topology,the parametric design gradually enables a CAE engineer to be free from the condition which a convention analysis usually lags behind a design,and makes it be parallel to or even anterior to the design.Under the circumstance,the CAE resources can be maximized in each project development department,thereby promoting the project progress and quality,and creating a new philosophy of "analysis-driven design".  相似文献

Presented in this paper is an integrated approach of computer-aided product development, process design and operation analysis based on a kilo-plant. The implemented kilo-plant, as a research platform to manufacture product in kilogram-scale, was designed especially for fine and specialty chemicals. The characteristics of product synthesis, process operation and product quality control are investigated coupled with computer-aided monitoring, online modeling, simulation and operation process optimization. In this way, chemical product discovery, process design and operation are integrated in a systematic approach, in the aim to respond to rapid changing marketplace demands to new products.  相似文献

The Sutong Yangtze River Bridge (short as Sut.ong Bridge) is now the largest span cable-stayed bridge in the world. The construction of the superstructure of the middle bridge covered several stages including erection of the big block girders for the side span, assistant span and tower area, erection of standard girders and closure of the middle span. The big block girders were hoisted by a floating crane, and the standard girders were hoisted by a double crane system on the deck. The pushing assistant method was adopted for the middle span closure construction. Furthermore, key technologies and innovative methods used in the processes of girder erection and cable assemblage in all stages were expatiated systematically. An all-stage self- adaptive geometry control method was used in the construction process. By accurately controlling the unstressed dimensions and shape of all structural components in each step, and realization that the control system and the controlled system adapt to each other, the goal was to make control of the final line shape and inner force of the bridge structure achievable. Two solutions, including GPS based and total station based dynamic geometry monitoring systems, were used to resolve the measure problem under the wide - range of wind-induced vibrations in the long cantilever state. Finally, research on the wind-induced vibration of the superstructure during the construction period was executed. Buffeting response analysis to the longest single and double cantilever states were carried out. The analysis and evaluation of wind resistance safety of the main girders under the longest single cantilever state was made, and corresponding wind resistance measures were suggested. The as-built geometric error and cable force error were controlled in a required design range, and this whole technological achievement can be a benchmark for construction of other large span cable-stayed bridges in the future.  相似文献

Lining materials are widely used in buildings to cover walls and ceilings. Combustible linings may produce a potential high fire hazard in buildings. Once ignited, it propagates fire and accelerates the enclosure fire growth. Two types of lining materials were studied during the tests: block board and plywood. The test was conducted in an ISO 9705 room, where linings were mounted on walls without the ceiling. By changing the heat output of the burner, the ventilation, etc., the concentrations of CO2/CO of different lining materials were researched. The effect of test conditions on the production of CO2/CO of different lining materials was investigated, and useful experimental data were provided for the further development of numerical modeling to simulate enclosure fire growth lined with combustible materials.  相似文献

A tiny ultrasonic motor was constructed by using a piezoelectric ceramic cylindrical rod as a vibration generator of the stator. The fabricated tiny motor has a diameter of 1 mm, a length of 5 mm and a weight of 36 mg. The resonant frequency is 32 kHz with one fixed boundary or 83 kHz with two free boundaries. Four silver electrodes were deposited on the cylindrical surface. The spacing between two adjacent electrodes was carefully designed. A method was developed for the polarization of the stator. By using the bending vibration mode of the stator, the motor shows a performance with a speed of 1800 rpm and a stalled torque of 4μNm, and can bear a high driving voltage up to 350 Vpp. The motor was used to drive an optical prism for circular scanning in an endoscopic OCT system. The tomographic images of the inner cavities of a plastic tube and a scallion were obtained, and the resolution was of the order of micrometer-scale.  相似文献

Urban land management requires the integration of a wide range of data on ecological process, environmental process and process on urban planning and development. This paper combined land suitability modeling with remote sensing (RS), landscape ecological analysis and geographic information system (GIS) to develop a spatial analyzing system for urban expansion land management. The spatial analyzing system incorporates the use of a multi-criteria mechanism in GIS for the suitability evaluation of urban expansion land. Grey relational analysis (GRA) was combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to address the uncertainties during the process of evaluation. This approach was applied to explicitly identify constraints and opportunities for future land conservation and development in Changsha City, China. Validation of the methodology showed a high degree of coincidence with the previous independent studies as regards ecological suitability. The methodology can be useful in environmental protection, land management and regional planning.  相似文献

The flow fields in the blood pump were analyzed three-dimensionally using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Hemolysis of the pump was calculated based on the changes in shear stress and related exposure times along the particle trace lines using a forward Euler approach. In this way, how different impeller structures and rotational speeds affect the hemolysis was particularly acquired. As a result, impeller with long-short alternant vanes behaved best in hemolysis property and can be utilized to axial blood pumps’ development and design.  相似文献

In order to intensify market competition,manufacturing enterprises must improve their product innovation capability.It is difficult to integrate the system modeling,simulation and collaborative process management in complex product development.A collaborative platform for complex product development based on multi-domain unified modeling and simulation is proposed in this paper.The architecture of the platform is firstly stated.The idea and realization of three key technologies,i.e.multi-domain modeling and simulation for complex product,knowledge management for product design and simulation,multi-domain collaborative mechanism,are emphasized.Finally,an industry case is given.The demonstration of the system shows that integration architecture is the effective infrastructure for multi-domain collaborative product development.  相似文献
