根据不同的感光胶片对特种波光感光灵敏度低和电致发光单色性的特点,制作系列暗室照明光源和显示器件,具体研究方法是改变ZnS:Cu和ZnS:Mn,Cu半导体化合物的禁带宽度和杂质能级深度的方法,首先做出单色光,再用滤光片使光谱窄化,使其达到安全照明与显示的目的。  相似文献

治岭头金矿矿体主要赋存在中元古界陈蔡群变质岩系和上侏罗统磨石山组火山岩中。成矿元素组合为Au,Ag,Sr,Ti,Co,Sn,Mn,Li,V,Cr,W,Ga,Mn,Ni,Cu,Pb,Zn,Ba,Nb,Fe,S,Si,O等。蚀变带元素地球化学异常显示Au与Ag,Cu,Pb,Zn,Sn,Mn异常有较好的相关性。矿床成矿元素侧向综合分带系列为:Au,Ag,Zn,Cu,Pb,Mo,Sn,Cr,Co,Ni,Mn;成矿元素的地球化学演化为Si,Fe ̄(2+)→Fe ̄(2+),Pb,Zn,Cu,Au,Ag,Mn,Sn→Ca,Si,Cr,Co,Ni,Mn,Au是在约200~300℃时,由大量的黄铁矿和金属硫化物沉淀后络合物解离而停积成矿的。  相似文献

将浸渍法制备的Cu/SiO2、Cu-ZnO/SiO2、Cu-ZnO-ZrO2/SiO2,以及Cu/γ-Al2O3、Cu-ZnO/γ-Al2O3、Cu-ZnO-ZrO2/γ-A六种催化剂应用于甲醇脱氢制甲酸甲酯反应。实验结果表明,以Al2O3为载体的催化选择性较差且易积炭失活;加有ZnO助催化剂的Cu-ZnO/SiO2性能优于末加助催化剂的Cu/SiO2;加有权助催化剂的Cu-Zn-ZrO2/Si  相似文献

用差热分析(TG/DTA)技术研究了CuO/SiO2和CuO-ZnO/SiO2催化剂于H2气下的还原行为和在O2气下的氧化行为及对其催化性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO的加入有利于催化剂的热稳定性,并对CuO的还原有促进作用;在有氧化气氛存在时,ZnO的加入不利于保持Cu^0的还原态。  相似文献

基于Nernest分配定律,本文对广西大厂矿田花岗岩成岩过程中Sn,Cu,Zn的分配规律进行了分析研究,结果表明,该花岗岩主要成岩阶段Sn,Cu,Zn趋于分散,不利成矿;晚期岩浆阶段Zn,Cu有一定的成矿性,但不利形成超大型矿床。  相似文献

用离子交换法合成了杂多阴离子柱撑阴离子粘土ZnAl-SiW11和ZnAl-SiW11Z(Z=Co2+,Ni2+,Cu2+).XRD和IR测定结果表明,这些层柱化合物的通道高度是1.46×10-7cm,层间阴离子保持它们的Keggin结构.它们在空气中热分解序列为:ZnAl-SiW11Ni(347℃)>ZnAl-SiW11Co(341℃)>ZnAl-SiW11Cu(335℃)>ZnAl-SiW11(329℃)>ZnAl-(290℃),在沸腾水溶液中稳定存在的pH值范围是3.6~7.5.  相似文献

采用随机抽样的方法,应用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了436名健康人血清中Zn,Fe,Cu,Mn,Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,Mo和Se等10种微量元素;并用ST286型计算机进行多因素相关分析和统计处理.结果表明,血清中Zn,Cu元素分布比较集中,其它元素变异度较大;多数元素与年龄相关,其中Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Pb,Se与年龄呈正相关,而Mo则与年龄呈负相关;多数微量元素含量与环境中微量元素分布相似.  相似文献

用微量热法研究了水杨醛氨基葡萄糖席夫碱SG配体及其金属配合物和金属离子对大肠杆菌的代谢抑制.根据大肠杆菌的生长代谢热谱,计算出细菌在指数生长期的生长速率常数k、传代时间G、细菌生长抑制率I和代谢热量Q.结果表明:不同化合物的抗菌活性不同;SG配体和金属离子形成配合物后其抗菌活性均增强,抗菌活性强弱顺序是:SG>Co(Ⅲ)SG>ZnSG>Cu(Ⅱ)SG和Zn2+>Co2+>Cu2+>Ni2+.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
