Provably Secure Convertible Directed Partially Blind Signatures

Combining the concept of partially blind signature with the concept of directed signature, we introduce a new concept of convertible directed partially blind signature （CDPBS）, in which only the signer and the user can verify, confirm and disavow the validity of given signatures and convert given signatures into universally verifiable ones, to meet the need of signing personally or commercially sensitive messages. We give a formal definition of CDPBS and propose a concrete provably secure CDPBS scheme. The proposed scheme is efficient and secure, in which its unforgeability is the same as that of the Schnorr＇s signature scheme and its untransferability relies on the hardness of the decisional Diffie-Hellman problem. Furthermore, by letting the user＇s private key be a common constant, the proposed scheme can be used as a normal partially blind signature scheme.     

Subposition assembly-based construction of non-frequent concept semi-lattice

An efficient way to improve the efficiency of the applications based on formal concept analysis (FCA) is to construct the needed part of concept lattice used by applications. Inspired by this idea, an approach that constructs lower concept semi-lattice called non-frequent concept semi-lattice in this paper is introduced, and the method is based on subposition assembly. Primarily, we illustrate the theoretical framework of subposition assembly for non-frequent concept semi-lattice. Second, an algorithm called Nocose based on this framework is proposed. Experiments show both theoretical correctness and practicability of the algorithm Nocose.

Entransy analysis of open thermodynamic systems

The concept of entransy developed in recent years can describe the heat transport ability.This paper extends this concept to the open thermodynamic system and defines the concept of enthalpy entransy.The entransy balance equation of steady open thermodynamic systems,as well as the concept of entransy loss,is developed.The entransy balance equation is applied to analyzing and discussing the air standard cycle.It is found that the entransy loss rate can describe the change in net power output from the cycle but the entropy generation rate cannot when the heat absorbed by the working medium is from the combustion reaction of the gas fuel.When the working medium is heated by a high temperature stream,both the maximum entransy loss rate and the minimum entropy generation rate correspond to the maximum net power output from the cycle.Hence,the concept of entransy loss is an appropriate figure of merit that describes the cycle performance.
