基于三电平中点箝位逆变器的高压变频调速器   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
针对目前工业应用中对高压大容量变频调速装置的迫切需求,设计并实现了一种基于集成门极换向晶闸管(IGCT)器件的新型6kV/1800kVA高压变频调速器。其中交流输入侧采用移相变压器隔离的24脉冲整流电路以保证输入侧功率因数大于0.96;中间直流环节直流电压为10kV;逆变部分采用三电平中点箝位(NPC)电压型逆变器,并采用2只4.5kV的IGCT器件串联运行,逆变器输出线电压为6kV。NPC逆变器采用变频特定消谐脉冲宽度调制(SHE-PWM),且输出采用LC滤波器来减小dv/dt及谐波畸变率。装置采用IGCT作为电子开关取代传统的快速熔断器进行快速的桥臂过电流保护。装置试验表明这种高压变频器具有很好的性能及可靠性。  相似文献

采用两重H桥串联电压型逆变器输出五电平相电压,使用IGCT器件时可输出6kV线电压,适用于6kV电机变频调速装置。为改善逆变器输出电压的谐波特性,解决串桥之间功率的均分问题,提出了两种五电平SHE-PWM控制策略,给出了其实现原理,计算了3~50Hz内的变频变调制比的SHE-PWM开关角度,并在此基础上用数字仿真计算了各频率段下输出电压谐波含量。结果表明在不增加开关频率的前提下,比三电平逆变器消除的输出电压谐波次数更多,使逆变器输出LC滤波器的设计更加容易,同时可有效地均分两重串桥的有功功率输出。  相似文献

文章以中点钳位型三电平逆变器为模型,在介绍SHE-PWM原理的基础上,采用同伦算法对非线性方程组求解,求取SHE-PWM的开关角度,进行NPC逆变器消谐模型的求解,具有收敛范围宽、收敛速度快等优点;用MatLab/Simulink仿真研究了谐波消除的效果,并用IGBT搭建了三电平逆变器实验电路模型,对SHE-PWM的谐波消除效果进行了验证;实验结果证明了基于同伦模型的NPC三电平逆变器SHE-PWM方法的有效性.  相似文献

采用大功率IPM模块代替GTR、IGBT等开关器件设计逆变器,运用电压幅值、频率综合控制策略控制逆变器产生正弦波,在IPM集成过流、短路、欠压和过热等保护功能的基础上,设计一种新型高压变频串联谐振试验电源逆变器,并利用16nF试品电容进行实测分析.结果表明,设计的电源逆变器能扫描到谐振频率,与理论计算值相比,误差在±0.4Hz之间,输出谐振高压是原有装置的1.75倍,保护功能更加可靠完善.  相似文献

电网谐波与无功功率综合补偿方式的原理和控制策略   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文提出了采用两个逆变器对谐波和无功功率进行综合补偿的新方式,对其工作原理和控制策略进行了分析.该方式中也可单独采用带并联谐振回路的逆变器补偿谐波,在相同的系统参数、负荷情况和相近的滤波效果时,与仅补偿谐波的常规型有源滤波器相比,带并联谐振回路的逆变器的容量显著减小.采用文中提出的综合补偿方式进行大容量的动态谐波和无功功率补偿时,可最大程度地降低高频逆变器的容量,从而可降低装置成本、减小损耗,并可避免或减少大容量补偿时开关元件串并联所引起的问题.  相似文献

针对双调谐滤波器的参数设计问题,提出一种基于调谐频率设计双调谐滤波器的方法.利用双调谐滤波器与2个并联的单调谐滤波器阻抗等效的原理,研究双调谐滤波器中串联谐振支路电感、电容和单调谐滤波器谐振频率、电容的关系,从而确定双调谐滤波器串联支路和并联支路的谐振频率.利用单调谐滤波器的谐振频率是双调谐滤波器的零点,确定并联支路的电感,结合并联支路的谐振频率确定并联支路的电容.该方法可以简化双调谐滤波器的设计运算,实例展示了该方法双调谐滤波器阻抗特性曲线,仿真分析表明:依据该方法设计的双调谐滤波器的滤波效果良好.  相似文献

本文对开关电容滤波器和开关电流滤波器的设计方法作了综述。通过实例,提出了由LC滤波器原型电路到有源RC滤波器。再到开关电容滤波器的设计方法,并应用相互互易网络原理和信号流留转置方法,提出了由开关电容滤波器设计开关电流滤波器的方法,由于LC滤波器的设计有表册可查,据此可以很方便地设计出具有各种性能指标的开关电流滤波器。  相似文献

针对低频大功率二极管中点钳位( NPC)型逆变器控制系统的不连续空间矢量脉宽调制原理及控制策略的研究,提出三电平不连续空间矢量脉宽调制方法,相比于传统三电平空间矢量脉宽调制方法,在相同的开关频率下,此方法可以显著降低逆变器的开关损耗。同时,文中对三电平逆变器的中点电压不平衡问题以及在现场应用中可能出现的PN电平跳变问题进行分析,并提出解决方法。最后,针对本文提出的调制方法做中点电压的平衡控制,给出对于该算法基于仿真和实验的验证。  相似文献

为实现混合九电平逆变器在变压变频调速场合中的应用,该文在分析混合九电平逆变器脉冲宽度调制(PWM)方法的基础上,深入研究了混合九电平逆变器的死区效应,并提出一种改进的补偿方法。同时,为保证混合九电平逆变器的运行安全,采用注入零序电压的方法来控制H桥辅助逆变电路的电容电压平衡。实验结果验证了电容电压平衡控制方法的有效性,而且采用改进的死区补偿方法能够补偿死区效应导致的不正常脉冲,使得混合九电平逆变器能输出较好的电压波形,输出电压总谐波畸变率小于3%。  相似文献

针对中点钳位型三电平逆变器SHEPWM开关角度的求解问题,提出采用遗传算法对三电平NPC逆变器消谐模型的非线性超越方程组进行求解的方法.该方法在求解消谐模型非线性超越方程组时克服了传统数值方法的缺点,不需要给出方程的特定初值和预测在整个调制度范围内解的变化趋势,因此更易收敛和减小计算时间.用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件对三电平NPC逆变器SHEPWM 进行仿真研究,并利用FPGA和嵌入式计算机为核心控制器件构建实验平台进行实验研究,实现了在线SHEPWM控制.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献
