黄毛耳草中乌索酸的分离提纯及RP-HPLC分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用“醇提凝析法”从黄毛耳草中分离提纯乌索酸,用IR、MS、NMR等技术对乌索酸结构进行了表征.建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定乌索酸含量的方法,色谱柱为SymmetryShieldRP18柱(3.9mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶水(88∶12,V/V);流速为1.0mL/min;二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长为210nm;柱温为25℃;线性范围:4.5~22.5μg;线性回归系数大于0.9998.HPLC测定乌索酸纯度为99.82%,得率为3.65‰.该方法具有快速简便、精密度高、重现性好、线性范围宽的特点,可作为控制乌索酸质量的方法.  相似文献

采用滴制法制备乌索酸滴丸,以滴丸的圆整度、质量差异及硬度等作为综合评定指标,优选出滴丸的最佳工艺为乌索酸与基质配比为1∶5,滴制温度为90℃,滴距为10 cm,冷凝剂的温度为15℃.同时采用RP-HPLC法测定滴丸中乌索酸含量为(5±6.1%)mg,乌索酸滴丸的体外溶出度75 min内比片剂提高232.8%,比乌索酸胶囊提高12.5%.  相似文献

对乌索酸进行一般药理学研究.按药理学研究方法观察乌索酸对动物精神活动、神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统的影响.结果表明ig UA22,11,5.5mg/kg对猫的心率、血压、心电图及呼吸均无明显改变;ig UA240,120,60mg/kg对小鼠的精神、神经系统亦无影响.提示:乌索酸对动物无明显毒、副作用。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱二极管矩阵检测器测定了乌索酸的紫外光谱,建立了分析色谱峰纯度的方法.采用傅立叶红外变换光谱仪测定了乌索酸的红外光谱,得到乌索酸的特征 IR光谱结构,解析了乌索酸的 IR光谱与其结构特征的关系,确定了乌索酸 IR光谱的结构特征和官能团归属.IR光谱的谱峰形态清晰可辨,使乌索酸的主要结构和官能团均能得到准确的分析和指认,与质谱联用,推定了乌索酸的分子骨架、官能团位置和结构.  相似文献

攀茎钩藤(Uncaria scandens(Smith)Hutchins)枝干用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析和反相柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到6个化合物.根据现代波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:乌索酸(1)、奎诺酸(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、环桉烯醇(4)、东莨菪亭(5)、香草酸甲酯(6).其中化合物(2)、(4)、(5)、(6)为首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定枇杷露中乌索酸的含量,同时采用光电二极管阵列检测器检测乌索酸色谱峰的纯度。色谱柱为Nova-Pak C18(3.9×150 mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇-水(88∶12),流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长210 nm,柱温25℃。乌索酸在0.039 5~0.237μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),检出限为0.2 mg/L(3σ),平均回收率为98.7%。该法适于对含有乌索酸的药物进行质量评价。  相似文献

乌索酸与齐墩果酸对小鼠实验性肝损伤保护作用的比较   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
为了研究乌索酸的保肝作用及其特色,分别建立四氯化碳(CCl4)、D-氨基半乳糖胺(D—GaIN)、卡介苗加脂多糖(BCG—LPS)及异硫氰酸-1-萘酯(ANT)诱导小鼠肝脏损伤模型,以测定血清谷丙氨酸转换酶(ALT)、谷草氨基酸转换酶(AST)、总胆红素(113)和肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量为指标,观察乌索酸对肝脏损伤的保护作用,并与抗肝炎药物齐墩果酸进行比较,结果表明:30mg/kg乌索酸均能显著降低CCl4、D—GalN、BCG—LPS、ANIT致肝损伤小鼠血清ALT和肝MDA值,而30mg,/kg齐墩果酸对CCl4、BCG—LPS肝损伤小鼠降ALT效果不及乌索酸;30mg/kg乌索酸能非常显著地降低ANIT致肝损伤小鼠血清TBLL含量,而30mg/kg齐墩果酸与联苯双酯降血清TB作用不明显,提示:乌索酸具有明显的降酶、退黄保肝作用。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献
