构建以项目经理服务型领导行为为自变量、项目绩效为因变量、团队情感承诺为中介变量和领导团队代表性为调节变量的一个被调节的中介模型,探讨项目经理服务型领导行为对项目绩效的作用机理.通过对64个工程项目团队的316份有效调查样本进行研究,发现项目经理服务型领导行为对团队情感承诺和项目绩效都具有正向的影响;团队情感承诺在项目经理服务型领导行为与项目绩效的关系中发挥完全中介效应;领导团队代表性调节了团队情感承诺在项目经理服务型领导行为和项目绩效关系中的中介作用.  相似文献

基于领导行为理论和社会认同理论,以新生代员工为调查对象,通过361组有效调查数据实证探究在中国情境下魅力型领导对新生代员工创新绩效的内在影响机制,深入剖析领导认同、职业认同和组织认同三者在上述关系中的链式中介效应。研究表明:魅力型领导对新生代员工创新绩效具有显著的正向作用;领导认同、职业认同、组织认同分别在上述关系中起部分中介作用;领导认同与职业认同、领导认同与组织认同、职业认同与组织认同在上述关系中均起链式中介作用;领导认同、职业认同和组织认同三者共同在上述关系中的起链式中介作用。研究结果为魅力型领导对新生代员工创新绩效的影响机制提供了新的解释途径,从理论和实践上丰富并拓展了领导行为和新生代员工创新绩效方面的相关研究。  相似文献

已有研究表明,交叉培训能有效提高团队运作效率和团队效能,但其作用机制尚不清楚。以31个学习团队为样本,从权变视角探讨交叉培训与团队合作学习绩效的关系,并揭示其内在作用机制,结果发现:团队压力正向调节两者之间的关系,即在压力较高的团队里,交叉培训才显著提高团队合作学习绩效;交叉培训通过共享心智模型作用于团队绩效,共享心智模型在两者之间起部分中介作用。  相似文献

为提高进近着陆绩效,结合航空事故调查分析,确定出机组成员间的有效沟通是确保安全飞行的基本要素之一。以机组成员的情境意识和机组的团队共享心智为中介变量,构建机组沟通对进近着陆的影响机制理论模型。采用Flight Simulator飞行软件,模拟单发失效应急情境,利用情境意识评定技术和团队共享心智测量量表,测量机组沟通对进近着陆阶段绩效的影响。实验结果表明:机组沟通、机组成员的情境意识及团队共享心智与进近着陆绩效间均存在显著的相关;在多重中介模型中,机组沟通主要通过三条路径的间接作用影响进近着陆绩效:机组成员情境意识的中介作用、机组团队共享心智的中介作用及情境意识和团队共享心智的链式中介作用。因此,通过提高机组沟通质量,进一步提高其机组成员的情境意识及团队共享心智水平,从而可以提高进近着陆安全水平。  相似文献

通过构建高校篮球教练员领导行为对团队效能影响的多重中介模型,检验运动员的团队凝聚力、团队认同、团队心理授权以及团队支持在教练员领导行为和团队效能间的多重中介效应.采用《团队效能量表》《教练员领导行为量表》《团队凝聚力量表》《团队认同量表》《团队心理授权量表》和《团队支持量表》对640名被试进行问卷调查;采用相关分析法和层级回归法检验主效应假设,非参数偏差校正Bootstrap法进行多重中介模型分析.结果表明:(1)自变量教练员领导行为和中介变量团队凝聚力、团队认同、团队心理授权、团队支持均对因变量团队效能具有正向的影响;(2)教练员领导行为对团队效能影响的多重中介效应模型成立,团队凝聚力、团队认同、团队心理授权是教练员领导行为和团队效能间的中介变量.高校篮球教练员在今后的球队管理中,可通过提升运动员的团队凝聚力,提升团队认同感,增强对运动员的心理授权等途径提升团队整体效能,有利于团队获得更好的比赛成绩.  相似文献

选取河南省五所地方高校的52个科研团队进行问卷调查,从知识共享的角度,探索创新氛围影响高校科研团队创新绩效的内在机制。结果表明:团队创新氛围既直接影响团队创新绩效,又通过知识共享间接影响团队创新绩效,因而,知识共享在团队创新氛围影响团队创新绩效的过程中发挥了部分中介效用。本研究的发现,为高校管理部门提高高校科研团队的创新绩效提供了可供参考的干预路径和策略建议。  相似文献

对河南省5所高校的52个科研团队进行问卷调查,从组织文化和团队知识共享的角度,探索影响高校科研团队创新绩效的主要机制,结果表明:组织文化既直接预测创新绩效,又通过知识共享间接预测创新绩效,知识共享在组织文化对创新绩效的影响中发挥了部分中介作用。研究为高校管理部门提高高校科研团队的创新能力、充分发挥高校在创新体系中的人才优势提供了有价值的实证参考依据。  相似文献

采用教师学校归属感量表、生活满意度量表以及教师职业认同调查问卷对重庆市153名特殊教育教师进行调查。结果显示:特殊教育教师学校归属感和职业认同均处于中等偏上水平,而生活满意度处于中等偏下水平;学校归属感、职业认同与生活满意度之间呈显著正相关;职业认同在学校归属感和生活满意度之间起着部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.16,中介效应占总效应的比例为38.10%。结论:特殊教育教师学校归属感和职业认同对其生活满意度具有显著正向预测作用,同时学校归属感也会通过职业认同间接地影响其生活满意度。  相似文献

从企业员工的职场灵性、组织承诺和工作绩效之间的影响关系出发,建立了以组织承诺为中介变量的职场灵性对工作绩效的影响模型,以204名企业员工的调查数据为样本,利用SmartPLS3.0软件对假设进行实证检验。通过分析关系模型的相关路径系数得出职场灵性能够对企业员工的组织承诺和工作绩效产生显著正向影响,组织承诺在职场灵性与工作绩效间起中介作用。此外,职场灵性的三个维度——工作意义感、团队联系感、个人与组织价值观契合度,可分别通过正向影响组织承诺进而促进员工任务绩效和关系绩效的提高。  相似文献

以社会认知理论为基础,研究高管团队学习目标导向对组织绩效的影响以及集体效能和团队合作氛围所起的中介和调节作用。以280家科技型企业为样本,实证研究结果表明:(1)高管团队学习目标导向对组织绩效具有显著的正向影响;(2)集体效能在高管团队学习目标导向与组织绩效之间起完全中介的作用;(3)合作氛围对高管团队学习目标导向与集体效能的关系具有调节作用。合作氛围越浓厚,高管团队学习目标导向对集体效能的正向影响就越强烈。(4)合作氛围调节了高管团队学习目标导向通过集体效能对组织绩效的间接影响,合作氛围越高,集体效能对高管团队学习目标导向与组织绩效的中介作用越强。研究结果丰富了高管团队学习目标导向在国内科技型企业情境中对组织绩效产生影响的中介机制和边界条件研究,为科技型企业开展高管团队管理实践提供了理论参考和借鉴意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献
