基因表达式程序设计是一种基于基因组和表现型组的新型遗传算法,该算法在运行时具有很高的效率,实验表明在求解很多问题的时候比遗传规划优越两个数量级以上.预测采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量是进行通风设计和制定矿井安全技术措施的重要依据,而影响采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量的各因素之间关系不明确.基因表达式程序设计比较适合于求解这一类复杂的非线性问题.本采用基因表达式程序设计,建立了采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量的预测模型.结果表明,预测结果比遗传规划得到的结果具有更高的预测精度和很好的稳定性.章最后指出了该方法具有广泛的应用前景.  相似文献

采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量的预测对于矿井设计和安全生产有着重要意义.由于影响采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量的各因素之间关系不明确,而遗传规划特别适用于各影响因素之间因果关系不明确的复杂非线性问题,因此,它为预测采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量提供了一条新的技术途径.应用遗传规划理论,建立了采煤工作面瓦斯涌出量的预测模型.结果显示,预测精度满足要求.表明该方法是可行的、合理的  相似文献

为对回采工作面瓦斯涌出量进行准确预测,运用主成分回归分析以及BP神经网络原理和方法,结合现场实测数据,采用多元统计分析软件SPSS处理相关数据,研究影响回采工作面瓦斯涌出量各因素间的相关关系并提取主成分,以确定BP神经网络中的输入参数,建立BP神经网络进行预测.利用PCA-BP神经网络方法建立瓦斯涌出量预测模型.研究结果表明:采用PCA-BP神经网络方法的预测值与实际值最大相对误差为2.820%,最小相对误差为2.036%,平均相对误差为2.357%,较其他预测模型有更高精度.对降低事故发生率和矿井延深水平的回采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测具有较好的指导作用.  相似文献

为了更加准确有效地预测瓦斯涌出量,提出采用主成分分析结合粒子群算法、极限学习机的瓦斯涌出量预测方法,其中极限学习机中隐含层节点数量及激活函数的类型由粒子群算法进行组合优化.实验综合考虑影响回采工作面瓦斯涌出量的13个因素对沈阳某煤矿历史数据进行分析,首先采用主成分分析对数据进行降维,消除指标数据之间的相关性,将降维后的数据划分为训练集和测试集2部分,设计了粒子群算法的惯性权重,并由粒子群算法结合十折交叉验证对极限学习机的2个参数进行优化,选择最优参数组合建立预测模型,通过对测试集瓦斯涌出量进行预测,其均方误差为0.108 3,优于采用极限学习机及随机森林的预测结果.  相似文献

根据综合机械采煤的特点和瓦斯流动理论,将瓦斯涌出源划分为煤壁(围岩)瓦斯涌出、落煤瓦斯涌出、采空区(残煤)瓦斯涌出及上下邻近层(未采分层)瓦斯涌出4个部分。针对现有回采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测计算方法存在的问题,以煤层瓦斯流动理论和实测数据分析为基础,系统的研究了综采工作面涌出源瓦斯的涌出规律,结合综合机械化采煤具有采、装、运连续作业的特点,分别对各瓦斯涌出源的瓦斯涌出量进行预测,进而建立了一种适应性范围广且准确率高的综采工作面瓦斯涌出量预测模型,对制定瓦斯防治方案,进而根治矿井瓦斯具有重要的实际意义。并且运用该模型对潞安集团新建的屯留矿进行了瓦斯涌出量的预测。  相似文献

为分析矿井瓦斯涌出的非线性关系、指标间复杂联系和准确预测瓦斯涌出量,基于主成分分析和灰色关联理论在克服指标的共线性、相关性对瓦斯涌出量影响,兼顾二者关联性之上,确定主要指标,建立瓦斯涌出量预测的距离模型和灰色模型,进而基于支持向量机非线性,构建非线性组合预测模型.利用训练样本学习和最小绝对百分比误差确定预测模型参数,并以沈阳某矿某工作面为例,运用已构建模型预测瓦斯涌出量.研究结果表明:日产量、采出率与其他指标的共线性相对较强,煤层间距、临近层厚度及层间岩性与其他指标的共线性相对最弱;该模型绝对百分比误差最大为5.83%,预测精度相对高于各个单项预测模型,大幅降低预测风险.  相似文献

在研究大量国内外矿井瓦斯涌出量预测方法的基础上,通过比较,分析灰色理论在矿井瓦斯涌出量预测方法中的优势,根据某矿102回采工作面的相关瓦斯涌出数据,以灰色预测理论为基础,通过对影响回采工作面瓦斯涌出量的关键因素分析,建立该工作面的瓦斯涌出量GM(1,1)预测模型,通过模型的求解,给出预测结果,并对结果进行检验.结果表明,该模型预测结果与生产实际吻合度较高,对煤矿瓦斯管理具有十分重要的指导意义.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
