蚯蚓冻干粉对高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
为了探讨蚯蚓冻干粉对高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用,取体重为18~22 g的昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组,空白对照组饲喂基础饲料,高脂饲料组饲喂高脂饲料,其余3组在饲喂高脂饲料的同时分别按0.4,0.2,0.1 g/kg体重灌胃蚯蚓冻干粉悬液,8周后禁食12 h,尾部取血,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).结果表明,饲喂不同剂量蚯蚓冻干粉可明显降低高血脂症小鼠TC(P<0.05)和TG,LDL-C(P<0.05),并使HDL-C(P<0.05)显著上升.  相似文献

目的:建立小鼠高脂血症及脂肪肝模型,观察高脂血症性脂肪肝程度和时间的动态关系.方法:采用昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为对照组(n1=30),高脂组(n2=30),对照组喂普通饲料,高脂组喂高脂饲料,分别检测2~4周小鼠血清TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、和肝组织TG、TC含量变化;并观察肝指数,根据肝脏病理切片HE染色和冰冻切片苏丹Ⅲ染色分析肝脏脂变情况.结果:在喂高脂饲料2周后,小鼠血清TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TC/HDL-c出现明显升高,肝脏TG、TC含量也显著高于对照组,随后的3~4周血脂及肝脂水平保持稳定上升;肝指数持续增大,有肝细胞脂肪变性,肝脏组织细胞脂变程度随喂高脂饲料时间的延长逐渐加重.结论:高脂饲料喂养的小鼠4周内可形成不同脂变程度的脂肪肝,为抗脂肪肝药物的研究提供了实验依据.  相似文献

高血脂与心血管疾病密切相关,研究发现补充具有胆盐水解酶活力的益生菌可以有效改善脂质代谢,因此对实验室现有的水解胆盐能力较强的植物乳杆菌AR113和水解胆盐能力较差的干酪乳杆菌LC2W进行体内降血脂试验,探讨其对高脂饮食小鼠血脂的影响。以ICR小鼠为实验动物,随机分成4组:对照组、高脂模型组、高脂模型+菌株AR113组、高脂模型+菌株LC2W组。4周造模成功后开始连续灌胃菌液4周,研究其对小鼠体重、脏器指数、血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、肝脏TC和甘油三酯(TG)的影响。结果显示菌株AR113比LC2W降低血清血脂和肝脏血脂效果更好,菌株AR113对高脂血症小鼠具有显著的降胆固醇作用。  相似文献

目的:探讨茶多酚复方制剂对高血脂症大鼠的血脂调节作用。方法:将120只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、高脂模型组和治疗组3组,正常组基础饲料饲喂生理灌喂,高脂模型组高脂饲料饲喂生理盐水灌喂,治疗组高脂饲料饲饲喂茶多酚复方制剂灌喂。实验持续8周,每2周每组随机宰杀10只,测定血液TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C含量。结果:整个实验期,治疗组大鼠血液TC、TG、LDL-C含量显著低于高脂模型组(P<0.05),而血液HDL-C含量显著高于高脂模型组(P<0.05)。结论:茶多酚复方制剂具有降血脂作用。  相似文献

目的研究野生山葡多酚对脂代谢的影响及抗脂质过氧化作用.方法观察不同浓度野生山葡多酚对高脂血症小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及脂质过氧化(LPO)水平的影响.结果野生山葡多酚200 mg/(kg·d-1)×56 d组小鼠血清TG,TC,LPO含量明显低于高脂饲料组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01),而野生山葡多酚100 mg/(kg·d-1)×56 d组小鼠血清HDL-C含量显著高于高脂饲料组(P<0.01),动脉硬化指标(AI)显著低于高脂饲料组(P<0.01).结论野生山葡多酚具有显著降低血脂含量和抗脂质过氧化作用.提示野生山葡多酚具有防治动脉硬化作用.  相似文献

采用不同浓度红枣汁对小鼠进行试验,研究其对小鼠血脂水平的影响.结果表明,红枣汁组小鼠的血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和动脉硬化指数(AI)均显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)低于高脂模型组,而高密度脂蛋白(HDL C)极显著(P<0.001)高于高脂模型组,提示红枣汁具有显著(P<0.05)的降血脂保健作用.  相似文献

目的观察果糖饮水对高脂饲料-STZ诱导ICR小鼠Ⅱ型糖尿病模型过程中体重及血糖浓度变化的影响。方法选取ICR小鼠(3周龄)雌雄各半,先以高脂饲料及高脂饲料加3%果糖饮水喂养6周,再以链脲佐菌素(STZ)(100 mg/kg体重)腹腔注射,继续喂养6周。每周测定体重,于注射前及注射后4周测定非空腹血糖浓度。结果雄性高脂饲料-果糖饮水组和高脂饲料组体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而高脂饲料-果糖饮水组与高脂饲料喂养组间没有显著差异(P>0.05);雌性高脂饲料-果糖饮水组和高脂饲料组体重与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05),但高脂饲料-果糖饮水组体重显著低于高脂饲料组(P<0.05)。喂养6周后(注射STZ前),高脂饲料-果糖饮水组和高脂饲料组的血糖浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而实验组间没有显著差异。注射STZ后,雄性高脂饲料-果糖饮水组和高脂饲料组的血糖浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),并且都超过糖尿病小鼠非空腹血糖的成模标准(11 mmol/L),且高脂饲料-果糖饮水组血糖浓度又显著高于高脂饲料喂养组(P<0.05);雌性小鼠高脂饲料-果糖饮水组和高脂饲料组血糖浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但都没有达到糖尿病小鼠非空腹血糖的成模标准,且高脂饲料-果糖饮水组与高脂饲料组间血糖浓度没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在高脂饲料喂养联合腹腔注射STZ制备Ⅱ型糖尿病模型实验中,果糖饮水对高脂饲料致肥胖作用没有显著的改善,而对血糖浓度升高具有明显的促进作用。这种促进作用在雄性小鼠最为明显,而对雌性小鼠没有明显效果。  相似文献

目的建立高脂血症食蟹猴模型。方法采用高脂膳食饲料诱导食蟹猴,分别在4、8、12、18个月检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三脂(TG)指标,对其血脂指标的变化趋势进行分析。结果模型组在饲喂高脂膳食饲料4个月后,TC、HDL、LDL与实验前相比差异极显著(P0. 01); TG在饲喂高脂膳食饲料8个月后明显升高,与实验前相比差异极显著(P0. 01);造模后,高脂饲料组与正常对照组比较,TC、HDL、LDL、TG均高于对照组,差异极显著(P0. 01)。结论在本实验中,模型组TC、HDL、LDL、TG均呈现递增趋势,尤其是TC、LDL明显高于食蟹猴正常参考值水平,说明模型组食蟹猴具有高胆固醇和高、低密度脂蛋白血症的特征,初步建立了食蟹猴高脂血症动物模型。  相似文献

目的 探讨马齿苋水提物降低高脂血症小鼠血脂的作用.方法 通过高脂肪饮食建立高脂血症小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型组、洛伐他汀组、马齿苋低剂量组、马齿苋高剂量组.喂养正常对照组时使用一般饲料,其他实验组使用高脂肪饲料,并且在饲喂同时按照其相应体质量进行灌胃给药.7周后,检测实验动物血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量.结果 马齿苋水提物能显著降低高脂血症模型小鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA、ALT和AST水平(P<0.01),显著提高HDL和SOD水平(P<0.01).结论 马齿苋水提物能显著降低高脂血症小鼠血清中血脂的水平,并能在一定程度上减轻喂食高脂饲料对实验动物的不利影响.  相似文献

研究了斑蝥黄质对高脂饲料喂养下大鼠诱发高血脂症过程中干预血脂代谢的情况.将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高血脂模型组、辛伐他汀阳性药组(15mg/kg)、斑蝥黄质高刺量组(20mg/kg).斑蝥黄质中剂量组(15 mg/kg)、斑蝥黄质低剂量组(10 mg/kg),分别饲喂标准、高脂、高脂+辛伐他汀、高脂+不同剂量斑蝥黄质,于实验开始前1天和开始后第4,8,12周末取空腹血,检测血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C).与高血脂模型组比较,斑蝥黄质组的TC,TG,LDL-C在第8,12周时降低(P<0.01),而HDL-C升高(P<0.01).研究表明斑蝥黄质可以对高脂饲料喂养大鼠诱发高血脂症过程中血脂代谢产生影响,改善血脂变化.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen. Strain RK 22 identified as Rhizobium was the most effective isolate.  相似文献
