使用ab initio(HF)和密度泛函法(B3LYP,B3P86),在6-311 G(d,p)和6-311 G(3df,2p)基组水平下,对锗杂硫烯酮及其相关分子进行了优化构型的量子化学计算.计算结果表明,标题物Ⅰ和Ⅲ为反式弯曲几何构型,Ⅱ和Ⅳ为弯曲几何构型.NB0分析表明,Ⅰ中Ge原子上有孤对电子,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ中有弯曲弱σ键,该键有明显的π键性质,Ⅰ中有C(←=)O键,Ⅲ中有C(←=)S键.  相似文献

基于断裂力学理论和最大应力准则,结合单一型裂缝应力强度因子K与能量释放率G之间的关系和能量法,推导出Ⅱ-Ⅲ复合型裂缝K与G的关系公式;通过有限元软件对Ⅱ-Ⅲ复合型裂缝进行模拟,计算出Ⅱ-Ⅲ复合型裂缝的应力强度因子和能量释放率。模拟值与理论值之间的相对误差为4.44﹪,在允许范围内,验证了公式的合理性。  相似文献

以4-氯-3-碘胺基苯甲酸,2,3-二氢-2-甲基-1H-吲和硫酸羟胺为原料,经4步反应合成了降压新药吲哒帕胺,4-氯-3-碘胺基甲酸与亚硫酰氯反应得4-氯-3-磺胺基苯甲酰氯(I),产率97.4%;硫酸羟胺与发烟硫酸反应得羟胺-O-(II),产率94.7%;2,3-二氢-2-甲基-1H-吲哚与(Ⅱ)反应生成1-氨基-2,3-二氢-2-0甲基-1H-吲哚的盐酸盐(Ⅲ),产率81.7%。(I)和(Ⅲ)反应得目标产物吲哒帕胺(Ⅳ),产率77.4%,并给出了(Ⅲ)和(Ⅳ)的提纯方法。  相似文献

为了明确马铃薯杂交组合'M H-09'×'MIN-21'F1代分离群体中选育出的8个优良杂种株系间的分子细胞遗传学差异,为后续新品种育成及鉴定提供依据,利用亲本材料作对照,对其花粉育性、PMCMⅠ染色体配对行为及SRAP(Sequence related amplified polymorphism,序列相关扩增多态性)指纹特征等进行了比较研究.结果表明:各杂种株系间的花粉可育率存在一定差异,变幅为48.1% ~77.3%,株系ZX-1540的花粉育性低于50%,其余株系均在55% 以上;8个杂种株系ZX-20、ZX-460、ZX-780、ZX-900、ZX-1120、ZX-1540、ZX-1960和ZX-2200的PM CMⅠ染色体配对构型分别是3.82Ⅰ+13.05Ⅱ+2.31Ⅲ+2.79Ⅳ,6.52Ⅰ+13.04Ⅱ+2.24Ⅲ+2.17Ⅳ,4.37Ⅰ+9.97Ⅱ+3.19Ⅲ+3.53Ⅳ,4.05Ⅰ+15.54Ⅱ+2.12Ⅲ+1.63Ⅳ,2.71Ⅰ+13.85Ⅱ+2.35Ⅲ+2.64Ⅳ,8.44Ⅰ+7.08Ⅱ+5.92Ⅲ+1.91Ⅳ,5.20Ⅰ+8.61Ⅱ+6.76Ⅲ+1.33Ⅳ和1.13Ⅰ+11.69Ⅱ+1.04Ⅲ+5.09Ⅳ;利用筛选出的10对SRAP适宜引物,对10个材料进行PCR扩增得到122个多态性位点条带,多态性比率为65.92%;用特异性引物M5BE7扩增建立了能鉴定8个优良杂种株系和其亲本的SRAP指纹图.各株系及其亲本的遗传距离(GD)范围在0.290~0.640之间.以GD值0.40作基准,将10个材料划分成5类:株系ZX-20、ZX-1960和母本'M H-09'为一类;株系ZX-780、ZX-1120、ZX-2200和父本'M IN-21'为一类;株系ZX-460、ZX-900和ZX-1540各为一类.  相似文献

目的通过观测充血性心力衰竭不同病变时期病人外周血心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、BNP浓度变化,以比较和探讨两者在冠心病与非冠心病所致的充血性心力衰竭中的浓度变化和意义.方法选取心衰病人(病例组)60例,健康志愿者(对照组)20名,分别对病例组、对照组留取血清标本.采用夹心法原理、微粒子酶免疫分析技术检测上述两组血清中BNP、cTnI水平,并对测定结果进行统计学处理.结果心力衰竭组血浆BNP浓度为(1426.3±512.1)ng/L,cTnI浓度为(769.6±266.3)ng/L,与正常对照组BNP(46.9±33.3)ng/L,cTnI(27.9±12.1)ng/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).BNP浓度心功能I度CHF(529.5±236.9)ng/L、Ⅱ度CHF(1129.6±466.5)ng/L、Ⅲ度CHF(2736.5±996.2)ng/L,两两比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);cTnI浓度I度CHF为(366.6±169.6)ng/L、Ⅱ度CHF(1535.1±522.6)ng/L、Ⅲ度CHF(1719.4±679.4)ng/L,I度与Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论(1)CHF病人血清BNP,cTnI浓度均明显升高(P<0.05),升高程度依次为III度CHF病人、II度CHF病人、I度CHF病人.表明血清BNP、cTnI的浓度与CHF的严重程度有关,CHF越严重,血清BNP、cTnI浓度越高.可以作为心力衰竭分级的一个良好的诊断指标.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
