提出了一种应用聚结晶紫膜修饰玻碳电极测定药剂中氧氟沙星含量的差分脉冲溶出伏安分析新方法.应用单扫描伏安法和差分脉冲溶出伏安法研究了氧氟沙星在聚结晶紫膜修饰电极上的电化学行为.同裸玻碳电极相比,聚结晶紫膜修饰玻碳电极可以明显提高氧氟沙星电化学信号的响应.在选择的最佳条件下,伏安法的氧氟沙星的峰电流与其质量浓度在1~10 mg/L内呈线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.998 3,检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L;差分脉冲法的氧氟沙星的溶出峰电流与其质量浓度在0.1~1.0 mg/L内呈线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.999 3,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L.以差分脉冲法测定了氧氟沙星药剂含量,平均回收率为96.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为0.96%~1.2%.本方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,可以用于氧氟沙星药剂的常规检测.  相似文献

通过循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了碳原子线(CAW)修饰电极对尿酸电化学反应的催化作用.研究发现,在含有0.5 mmol/L尿酸的pH=6.8的0.1 mol/L PBS缓冲溶液中,尿酸在CAW修饰电极上的氧化峰电位比裸玻碳电极上的氧化峰电位负移0.049V,而氧化峰电流ipa比裸玻碳电极增加了3.96倍,说明碳原子线修饰电极对尿酸的电化学过程具有很好的催化作用.  相似文献

采用现代电化学分析方法系统研究了炔雌醇在玻碳电极上的电化学行为.实验表明炔雌醇在玻碳电极上的氧化是不可逆过程,在pH=5.0的六次甲基四胺缓冲介质条件下,利用差分脉冲伏安法研究了炔雌醇定量分析方法,发现在1.8×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L下,炔雌醇的浓度与脉冲信号成线性关系,检出限是7.0×10-7mol/L.对实际样品进行了测定,方法简便、快速,结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用滴涂法和电聚合法制备聚对氨基苯甲酸/TiO2-石墨烯修饰玻碳电极.用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究扑热息痛和色氨酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为,据此建立一种扑热息痛和色氨酸同时测定的电化学方法.实验结果表明,该修饰电极对于扑热息痛和色氨酸的电化学反应具有良好的催化性能.利用差分脉冲伏安法测定,扑热息痛和色氨酸在1.0~530μmol/L浓度范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.990和0.993.信噪比为3时,扑热息痛和色氨酸检出限分别为0.4μmol/L和0.1μmol/L.将该方法用于实际样品分析,回收率为95.2%~105.8%.  相似文献

用甲基蓝和乙炔黑纳米材料修饰玻碳电极制备了对乙酰氨基酚传感器.用循环伏安法研究了对乙酰氨基酚在该传感器上的电化学行为.结果表明:该传感器对于对乙酰氨基酚的氧化还原具有良好的电催化性能.相对于裸玻碳电极传感器,对乙酰氨基酚在甲基蓝和乙炔黑纳米材料修饰玻碳电极的传感器上的氧化峰的峰电流显著提高.利用差分脉冲伏安法进行分析测试,对乙酰氨基酚在2.0~400#mol/L浓度范围内与其氧化峰的峰电流呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.992.信噪比为3时对乙酰氨基酚检出限为0.6#mol/L.用于对乙酰氨基酚药片检测,回收率99.3%~103%.  相似文献

本文采用玻碳电极为工作电极,以阳极微分脉冲伏安法测定多巴胺,研究多巴胺在不同pH和各种介质中的脉冲伏安行为.选择接近人体体液的pH和介质条件,其检出下限可达2.6×10~(-3)M.此法可用于药物类多巴胺含量的直接测定.此外,还以循环伏安法研究了多巴胺的电极反应动力学性质,测定了多巴胺在玻碳电极上的反应速度常数.  相似文献

用循环伏安法制备了聚天青Ⅰ修饰玻碳电极,用交流阻抗对修饰电极进行了表征,研究了乳糖酸阿奇霉素在修饰电极上的电化学行为,并用差分脉冲伏安法对其进行了测定.结果表明:该方法对乳糖酸阿奇霉素在1.97×10-5~5.41×10-4 mol/L浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:IP=-0.068 43c-5.189,检出限为8.15×10-6 mol/L,相关系数为R=0.990 2.  相似文献

采用Hummers法制备石墨烯对玻碳电极进行修饰,表面修饰效果采用电子显微镜进行表征,对测定条件进行优化。用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对核黄素(RF)的电化学行为进行了研究。实验结果表明,与裸玻碳电极相比,石墨烯/Nafion膜修饰电极显示出很好的催化作用,核黄素在修饰电极上得到的氧化还原峰电流显著增强。还原峰电流与核黄素的浓度在3.0×10-6~2.0×10-5mol.L-1范围内成线性,线性关系数R=0.9946,检测限为1.0×10-6mol.L-1。用此方法测定了维生素B2片中维生素B2的含量,效果较好。  相似文献

通过循环伏安法将氧化石墨烯和L-谷氨酸混合液修饰在玻碳电极表面,制备了聚L-谷氨酸/石墨烯修饰电极。通过循环伏安法及差分脉冲伏安法,研究乙基麦芽酚的电化学性质。实验结果表明:最佳条件下,乙基麦芽酚分别在0.951 V和0.852 V处出现氧化峰。其浓度分别在6.00×10-6~1.00×10-4 mol/L及4.00×10-6~4.00×10-4 mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为4.0×10-7 mol/L。用于检测食品中的乙基麦芽酚,结果满意。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. Because signal transmission in very high-speed scenarios will inevitably experience serious deterioration, it is imperative to develop key broadband mobile communi- cation techniques for such high-speed vehicles.  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the diversity of Retama raetam root-nodule bacteria isolated from arid regions of Tunisia. Twelve isolates, chosen as representative for different 16S rRNA gene patterns, were characterized by 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phenotypic analysis. Isolates were assigned to Sinorhizobium, Rhizobium and Agrobacterium. Symbiotic properties of Sinorhizobium and Rhizobium isolates showed a large diversity in their capacity to infect their host plant and fix atmospheric nitrogen.
