目的:评价双氧水子宫输卵管声学造影在输卵管性不孕患者中的应用价值.方法:对200例不孕症患者进行了双氧水子宫输卵管声学造影术.结果:输卵管性不孕占同期不孕症患者的29.5%,与文献报道的基本吻合.结论:双氧水子宫输卵管声学造影方法简便、安全、可靠,还具有治疗作用,在诊治输卵管性不孕患者中有重要价值.  相似文献

本文采用温盐水为造影剂,对68例不孕症患者,在B超监测下进行输卵管通液术,直接观察双侧输卵管的通畅情况,并对轻度阻塞的患者进行治疗结果:双侧输卵管通畅32例,单侧通畅12例,通而不畅6例,双侧阻塞18例;有7例经通液后而受孕此法不仅增加结果判断的客观性和可靠性,而且可免除碘油造影过敏和X线的危害,值得临床推广.  相似文献

目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管整形术的可行性及优越性.方法对37例因输卵管伞端闭锁的不孕症患者行腹腔镜下输卵管整形术,与同期30例开腹行显微外科手术进行比较.结果腹腔镜组的术后输卵管的再通率较开腹组的高,(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜下输卵管整形术,不乏为治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的首选.  相似文献

目的:探讨输卵管性不孕症腹腔镜治疗的疗效。方法:在腹腔镜下对41例输卵管性不孕患进行伞端成形术,输卵营造口术及粘连分解术。结果:以条输卵管经治疗后,46条被疏通,总有效率达71.87%,术后随访23例,8例在半a内受孕,妊娠率34.78%。结论:腹腔镜技术对输卵管性不孕的诊治快速有效,并可在直视下通液,观察输卵管形态及通畅度,作出预后判断。  相似文献

目的:探讨官腔镜在不孕症病因诊断中的应用价值.方法:对2003-05~2009-12在我院就诊2260例不孕症患者行官腔镜检查及镜下输卵管通液术.结果:2260例患者中输卵管梗阻733例(32.43%);子宫内膜息肉187例(8.27%).二者是引起不孕症的主要原因.原发性不孕症的少见原因有子宫畸形(1.53%);继发性不孕症的少见原因为宫内异物和宫腔粘连(4/756).结论:官腔镜是不孕症病因诊断的首选方法.  相似文献

目的:探讨患者在麻醉和清醒状态下进行子宫输卵管造影时诊断输卵管通畅性是否存在差异;分析和确定无痛子宫输卵管造影诊断输卵管通畅性的准确性。方法选择佛山市妇幼保健院2010年1月1日至2013年12月31日期间的女性不孕症患者100例进行对比研究。结果对照组,子宫输卵管造影技术和宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果相同的32例,子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为阻塞、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的11例,子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为通而不畅、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的7例;研究组,子宫输卵管造影技术和宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果相同的41例,子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为阻塞、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的3例,子宫输卵管造影技术检查结果为通而不畅、宫-腹腔镜联合探查术检查结果为通畅的6例。结论无痛子宫输卵管造影在诊断输卵管通畅性方面具有明显的优势,能够有效地鉴别输卵管痉挛引起的假性输卵管梗阻,在诊断输卵管通畅性时具有确切的准确性。  相似文献

目的探讨宫腔镜输卵管插管通液术与理气活血中药联合应用对输卵管炎症阻塞性不孕的治疗效果。方法试验组30例,治疗方法为宫腔镜输卵管插管通液术同时口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,对照组A30例,宫腔镜输卵管插管通液术同时口服广谱抗生素,对照组B30例,只施行宫腔镜输卵管插管通液术。结果试验组总有效率为83.3%,对照组A总有效率为70%,对照组B总有效率为56.7%。各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用宫腔镜输卵管插管通液术与理气活血中药联合应用治疗输卵管炎症阻塞性不孕、疗效显著,方法可行。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
